چکیده
از ویژگی های اساسی دوران جنگ سرد ایستایی و عدم تحرک در ساختار ژئوپولیتیکی جهان بود. پس از پایان جنگ سرد، عوامل تاثیرگذار منطقه ای فعال تر شده و هر حوزه ژئوپولیتیکی اساساً واجد نیروهای همگرا و واگرایی است که تحت شرایط خاص عمل نموده و با یکدیگر به رقابت می پردازند و چیرگی هر یک از آنها بر دیگری، نوع رفتار اجزای حوزه ژئوپلیتیکی و اساساَ الگوی رابطه بین اعضای آن را شکل می دهد، یعنی تقویت نیروهای تجزیه گر و واگرا می تواند الگوی رفتار خصومت آمیز در حوزه را شکل دهد و بالعکس، تقویت نیروهای همگرا می تواند الگوی همکاری، اتحاد و رفتار مشترک و همگرایی را در حوزه پدید آورد. منطقه ژئوپولیتیک قفقاز از جمله حساسترین مناطق ژئوپولیتیک جهان در دوران جنگ سرد وپس از آن است. هدف این مقاله مشخص نمودن علل بی ثباتی در قفقاز از چشم انداز رویکردی امنیتی می باشد. روش پژوهش نیز روش تبیینی است و داده ها نیز به شیوه کتابخانه ای گردآوری شده است.Geopolitical Factors and Regional Stability: A Case Study of the South Caucasus
The basic features of the cold war,was the static and immobility in the geopolitical structure of the world. After the end of the cold war, regional factors were more active and every area of the geopolitics creats convergent and divergent forces in order to act under certain circumstances and compete with each other. Hence, giving each of them over the other, the behavior of the components of geopolitical area form the pattern of relationship between its members. Therefore, supporting separatist and divergent forces can make hostile behavior patterns and conversely. Supporting the divergent forces can also generate model of collaboration, alliance, common behavior and convergence in the region. Caucasus geopolitical region, involves the most sensitive geopolitical zones during and after the cold war in the world. The aim of this study is going to show the causes of instability in the Caucasus in the sight of security. Research method is also presented in the case of explanation and the data is collected through library.
