چکیده
توسعه به مفهوم تحول کیفی، گذار از دوره ای به دوره دیگر مستلزم ایجاد تغییر همه جانبه در ابعاد اقتصادی، سیاسی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی و... است. توسعه، فرایندی در هم تنیده و دارای وظایفی گسترده و بخش های محیطی مرتبط با زندگی اجتماعی انسان ها است و به معنای فراهم شدن زمینه های لازم برای پیدایی ظرفیت ها و قابلیت های عناصر مختلف در اجتماع و میدان یافتن آن ها برای دستیابی به پیشرفت و افزایش توانائی های کمی وکیفی است. توسعه پایدار، نیازمند استفاده از همه ظرفیت وتوانایی هااست . لازمه سیاست توسعه پایدار، داشتن شاخص های اندازه گیری برای نیل به اهداف آن است. با توجه به اینکه کشور ایران از جمله کشورهایی است که دارای چشم انداز بیست ساله می باشد بر این اساس در این مقاله مفاهیم توسعه پایدار و شاخص آن برای تحقق سیاست های چشم انداز کشور تبیین شده است. لذا در این تحقیق یافته ها نشان می دهد سیاست های توسعه پایدار تابعی است از شاخص های رشد و تعالی انسان ها در ابعاد مختلف با تاکید بر عوامل ارزش های فرهنگی در هر جامعه ایی است.Sustainable Development Indexes and Politics
Development of qualitative transformation that is transition from a period to another period requires making changes in economic, political, social, cultural, aspects and so on. Development is the process intertwined that has broader issues in related to social life of human beings and environmental parts and a means of providing necessary sectors for finding capacities and Potentials of different elements in the community and interning them to achieve progress and improve the qualitative and quantitative. Sustainable development requires the use of all capacities. Necessary policy of sustainable development means having measurement indicators to achieve its objectives. Considering that Iran is among the countries that have a twenty-year outlook accordingly, in this paper, the concepts of sustainable development and measures to implement the policy perspective is explained. So in this research, findings shows sustainable development policies are the indicators of human development and progress in various dimensions, with a focus on cultural values factors in any society.
