چکیده
رشد روز افزون جمعیت و خودرو، توسعه سریع و صنعتی شهرهای بزرگ ، شکل گیری شهرهای حاشیه ای و جدید در اطراف شهرهای بزرگ با توجه به عدم پیروی این رشد و توسعه از یک الگو و استاندارد مناسب توسعه شهری، منطقه ای و ناحیه ای، بر مشکلات و پیچیدگی های زندگی در این شهرها و ارتباطات بین شهری افزوده است و مجموعه این عوامل، توجه اندیشمندان شهری را به ارائه ایده جدید توسعه بر پایه توسعه حمل و نقل محور است، سوق داده است، که اصول ابتدایی آن مبتنی بر توسعه حمل و نقل همگانی و اختلاط کاربری ها بوده است. بر این اساس، در این راستا، هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی متغیرهای کلیدی توسعه حمل و نقل محور مستخرج از روش داده بنیاد است که بر این اساس تأثیرگذارترین و تأثیرپذیرترین متغیرهای دخیل در این توسعه شناسایی گردد بر این اساس، 10 عامل کلیدی تأثیرگذار شامل مطالعات جامع حمل و نقل، فرهنگ استفاده از وسائط نقلیه عمومی، افزایش ارزش زمین ، اختلاط کاربری ها و مجتمع های ایستگاهی، افزایش درآمد خانوار، افزایش اشتغال و خدمات رسانی، همکاری بخش خصوصی و دولتی و مردم محلی، طراحی اتومبیل محور فضا، نوع و عملکرد کریدور و ایستگاه، مدیریت تقاضای حمل و نقل و15 عنصر کلیدی بسیار تأثیرپذیر شامل وحدت فضایی و توازن کاربری ها، مطالعات جامع حمل و نقل، امنیت عمومی، فرهنگ استفاده از وسائط نقلیه عمومی، افزایش ارزش زمین، طراحی بوم محور و انسان مدارانه اماکن، حمل و نقل غیرموتوری، مدیریت تقاضای حمل و نقل، فضاهای عمومی و باز و تفریحی که بیشترین نقش را در آینده توسعه TOD در شهر تبریز دارند انتخاب شدند.Identification and analysis of key factors of transportation-based development with emphasis on the metropolitan structure of Tabriz
Increasing population and car growth, rapid and industrial development of big cities, formation of new and suburban cities around big cities due to not following a suitable model and standard of urban, and regional development, has added to the problems and complexities of life in these cities . And the combination of these factors has drawn the attention of urban thinkers to the presentation of a new idea of development based on transportation-oriented development, the basic principles of which have been based on the development of public transportation and the mixing of uses. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to identify the key variables of transportation-based development of the extract derived from the foundation data method, based on which to identify the most effective and influential variables involved in this development. Accordingly, 10 key influential factors include comprehensive transportation studies, culture of using public transport, increasing land value, mixing land uses and stations, increasing household income, increasing employment and services, private sector cooperation, and Government and local people, space-driven car design, type and function of corridors and stations, transportation demand management 15 very influential key elements including spatial unity and balance of uses, comprehensive transportation studies, public safety, culture of using public transport, increasing the value of land, eco-based and humane design of places, non-motorized transportation, Transportation demand management, public and open spaces and recreation that have the most role in the future of TOD development in the city of Tabriz were selected.
