Pathology of The Psychedelic Drug and Narcotic-Related Crimes in The Law of Iran and The United Kingdom(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Different communities have been involved with the dangers of drugs from long ago, and the variety of the drugs is increasing day by day; especially when the drugs became industrial, and new drug called “psychedelic drug” was created with the various effects on the individuals’ mind and will. Hence, different legal systems deal with different types of crimes related to these drugs with different approaches. The criminal policy governing drug crimes primarily focuses on the government's responses, both criminal and non- criminal, but the role of organs and NGOs is significant in the field of prevention and treatment of non-drug responses. The relative decimation of addiction, the participation of NGOs in the treatment of drug addicts and the drug rehabilitation, the perpetrator of industrial psychotropic drugs, and the reduction of the confiscation of the perpetrator’s entire property to the property derived from crime, cooperation with the other countries in the prosecution of drug crimes, the guarantee for the implementation of the cancellation of the passport for perpetrators and the intensification of the punishment of the heads and perpetrators of drug crimes from the cases of the 2010 Amendment of the Counter Narcotics Law, have the influenced of the general anti-narcotics policies adopted in 2006, as well as international documents. Contrary to Iran pathology approach, it is possible to use social and non-repressive punishments for some minor drug crimes in the UK's legal system.

Identification and Pathology of Organizational Syndromes in Education(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: Present research was conducted aimed to investigate the pathology and ranking of organizational syndromes in Iran education and present its model. Methodology: This study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was combined (qualitative and quantitative). The research population in the qualitative section was the documents and texts of education pathology and experts in this field and in the quantitative section were the managers and teachers of Isfahan and Yasuj cities in 2019-20 academic year. The research sample in the qualitative section were 10 people who were selected according to the principle of theoretical saturation by purposive and snowballs sampling methods and in the quantitative section were 375 people who were selected according to Krejcie and Morgan table by multi-stage cluster sampling method according to the proportion of the ratio volume of cities. Data were collected by methods of take noting, semi-structured interview and researcher-made questionnaire whose psychometric indicators were confirmed. The qualitative data were analyzed with methods of open, axial and selective coding and quantitative data were analyzed with methods of exploratory factor analysis, Friedman test and structural equation modeling in MAXQDA-18, SPSS-25 and LISREL-8.8 software. Findings: The findings of the qualitative section showed that in Iran education there were 78 indicators and 17 organizational syndromes including structural alienation, discrimination and politicking, immobility, incompatibility, pressure, structural mastery, explosive, tension and distress, narcissistic, caution, impulsive, non-commitment, neglect, terrorism, group thinking, lack of communication and silence. The findings of the quantitative section showed that in Iran education, respectively the syndromes of narcissistic, lack of communication, discrimination and politicking, group thinking, structural alienation, tension and distress, structural mastery, caution, pressure, terrorism, neglect, immobility, explosive, incompatibility, non-commitment, impulsive and silence had higher rankings. Other findings showed that the organizational syndromes model had a good fit and all of them had a significant effect on organizational syndromes (P<0.05). Conclusion: According to the identified syndromes and their effect, in order to improve the performance and effectiveness of the education organization, can be reduced the negative effect of the syndromes by improving the activities and relationships internal-organization and external-organization.

The Islamic Revolution of Iran is known as one of the superb phenomena of the twentieth century, the essential political-religious revolution globally, which has left various effects at the national and international levels. Shia ideology is a crucial element in the etymology of this revolution. One of the basic principles of this ideology is political jurisprudence that has a two-way relationship with the Islamic Revolution. With a qualitative method and documentary study, the present study aimed to analyze the interaction between Shia political jurisprudence and the Islamic Revolution. To this aim, we reviewed documents and library resources and extracted the required data in research files. The results indicated that, on the one hand, Imam Khomeini, as the founder of the Islamic Revolution, by using Shia political jurisprudence, has founded and promoted this revolution. On the other hand, the Islamic Revolution has significantly impacted the development and promotion of Shia political jurisprudence by creating innovative spaces and arenas. This interrelationship is also associated with obstacles, challenges, and harms that the present article has partly addressed.

Despite the importance of the business model in implementing strategy, this issue is less addressed than strategy. This important issue regarding banks' business model has received less attention, and research in Iran and other countries has caused a deprivation of knowledge. In addition to the scientific pathology of the business model in Iranian commercial banks, the present article seeks to determine the weights of importance and prioritization of the main categories. It also prioritizes and determines the importance of each of the concepts of the main categories of the commercial banking business model. The research method is applied in terms of results and descriptive in terms of purpose and quantitative-qualitative from the data dimension. The research method's strategy in the qualitative part is the grounded theory, and in the quantitative part is the process of hierarchical analysis. The data analysis method in the qualitative part is the coding method, and the quantitative part is based on pairwise comparisons and incompatibility rate analysis. The research community is the experts of commercial banks, and its examples are Mellat, Tejarat, Melli, Sepah, Saderat, Shahr, Eghtesad-e-Novin, and Ayandeh banks. The sampling method is a purposeful judgment with the snowball method and data collection tools in the qualitative part of the interview and review of documents in the quantitative part of the questionnaire. The research findings led to identifying the pathology of Iranian commercial banks' business model in 7 categories and 36 concepts, which are prioritized and contributed based on the importance and role of each of them in the business model.

Pathology of Isfahan in the Different Periods of Islamic Era Based on the Historical Texts

Isfahan and its historical monuments have been repeatedly damaged and destroyed for a long time due to their unique strategic location. They are located on the highway from north to south and east to west of the central plateau of Iran. Factors that have played a role in damaging and destroying Isfahan›s historical monuments can be generally divided into two categories: natural elements and phenomena and human factors and behaviors. This study aimed to identify and categorize the causes of damage to the historical monuments of Isfahan from the beginning of the Islamic period to the Qajar period. To achieve this goal, two general questions arise: What are the main factors that have caused damage to the historical monuments of Isfahan during the Islamic era, and how can they be classified? Which harmful phenomena have caused Isfahan›s most severe destruction of historical monuments? To answer the questions, the destructive factors of Isfahan›s architectural works from the beginning of the Islamic period to the Qajar period have been studied. The research method is descriptive-analytical, and the data collection method is based on the study of historical-geographical sources, field observations, and existing works reports. The studies show that in addition to various factors, the most critical factors causing natural damage to historical monuments in Isfahan are drought, famine, earthquake, and the essential human characteristics; there have been internal or external wars and conflicts.

Philosophy of Islamic Education: environmental and behavioral pathology of children's religious education(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

This study was conducted with the aim of environmental and behavioral pathology of religious education of children. The research method was descriptive and content analysis. Studies show that the foundation of religious education of children is closed in the family and children are the expression of parents' beliefs and behaviors and they are silent but effective teachers of children; Also, school and friends, as formal and informal spaces that complement their personality, are parallel to the phenomenon of cyberspace, environments whose characteristics have a significant impact on their inclination or non-inclination to religious issues; In the behavioral dimension, the findings indicate that harms such as: upbringing, humiliating behaviors, unjustified harshness and discrimination, etc. are among the incorrect methods that can be inflicted on children by those around them. Suggestions: Promoting media literacy of families, raising children's values, creating a bridge between family and school, paying serious attention to attracting committed people and taking care of the expansion without supervision of non-profit schools.

Pathology of Shahab National Plan in Primary Schools of Shahryar, Iran

Purpose: This paper aimed to examine the pathology of Shahab national plan in primary schools of Shahryar, Tehran, Iran. Methodology: This research was conducted with a mixed exploratory method, that is, firstly, using semi-structured interviews and a qualitative method of the fuzzy Delphi type, the harms of Shahab National Plan were identified and prioritized, then the current situation of the harms was investigated using a quantitative descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of the qualitative part of the research was specialists and experts working in the Ministry of Education as well as university professors. The sampling method in this section was a targeted method, according to the principle of theoretical saturation, 15 of them were selected as a sample. The statistical population of the quantitative part of the research was made up of all the fifth grade teachers of the elementary school of Shahryar city, whose number was 441 in the academic year of 2018-2019. To determine the sample size in this section, the Cochran formula table was used and 230 people were selected as a sample, whose selection method was cluster random. The research tools were semi-structured interview, fuzzy Delphi questionnaire and researcher-made questionnaire. Reliability and validity in the qualitative part were obtained according to the audit strategies of the research. In the quantitative part, the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed through Cronbach’s alpha test, and it was used to confirm the formal and content validity of the questionnaire from the experts’ point of view. To analyze the results in the qualitative part, content analysis of interviews and fuzzy Delphi were used, and in the quantitative part, one sample t-test was used in SPSS. Findings: Based on the qualitative findings, the harms of Shahab plan were identified and prioritized in three areas: behavioral (including 14 harms), structural (including 19 harms) and contextual (including 25 harms). According to the analysis of quantitative data, the current state of harms was examined from the teachers’ point of view. Conclusion: The results of one sample t-test showed that most of the harms are at a level higher than the assumed average of the community and a few are at an average level or lower than the average.

Purpose :The main purpose of this research was the pathology of strategic human resource management system based on digital transformation governance. The analysis has been done in Gachsaran Oil and Gas Exploitation Company with the grounded theory approach. Method : This research is a heuristic combination of consecutive type and model tooling, model design and compilation based on the criteria designed by the model. Library method and documentary studies were used to collect theoretical foundations. In the qualitative section, using the research method of case study and semi-structured interviews with experts and professors, the criteria of the research model were developed. In order to select a suitable sample from the community of experts and university professors, non-random sampling method, selective purposeful sampling method (snowball) and theoretical saturation criterion were used and from the sample technique of key individuals (experts) 15 people were selected. Findings : Findings show that in the digital transformation path, factors such as employment system balance, equitable distribution of responsibilities, career path management, functional stability, manpower capability, fitness and work environment, individual creativity, political and legal factors, cultural conflict, environmental developments, specific individual and organizational components, and financing influence the strategic human resource management system. Conclusion : In the path of digital transformation in the organization, in order to eradicate organizational harms and improve the productivity of the organization and the workforce, the factors found in this research should be considered and examined so that the organization can progress.

Pathology of the virtual evaluation system in elementary school

The aim of the current research was the pathology of the virtual evaluation system in the elementary school. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of survey type. The population of this research included all primary school teachers in Miandoab city in the academic year of 2019-1400. Using proportional stratified random sampling method and using Morgan and Karjesi table, the sample size of 201 teachers was determined. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. The face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and professors of the Department of Educational Sciences. Descriptive statistics (frequency, mean and standard deviation, variance, etc.) and inferential statistics (one-sample t-test) were used to analyze the data. The data was analyzed using spss22 software. The results of the research indicated that the items (attention to the correlation of evaluation methods with general goals and behavior, the level of student readiness to enter electronic courses in evaluation, the way the teacher interacts with managers, other teachers, staff and knowledge students in the evaluation of the virtual environment, the level of knowledge and skills in the evaluation of virtual education) are management aspects in the pathology of virtual evaluation of the primary course; and cases (the need for hardware and software and web browsers in evaluation; the possibility of adding evaluation methods by the teacher; taking advantage of digital media and resources in evaluation; adapting the technological architecture to the evaluation schedule of the course; using educational tools for student evaluation; use of technical standards to share questions, assignments and feedback in evaluation) are the aspects of electronic technology in the pathology of virtual evaluation of the primary course; and issues (the extent of using inter-curricular questions for self-testing and encouraging content learning in evaluation; paying attention to setting the structure of each lesson and dividing it into sections of introduction, content, assignments and evaluation; integrating curriculum and electronic environment tools in virtual education in evaluation; the degree of participation of students' knowledge in the learning process in evaluation;

The purpose of this study is pathology of talent management in the automotive industry, so we identify Challenges and barriers, as well as success factors in this filed. This research is a kind of qualitative study that has been done by coding methodology of qualitative data. We used semi-structured interview to collect data. After collecting data and coding, data are divided into two groups of “barriers and challenges” and “success factors” that summarized into definite sets and certain concepts. In studying relations between concepts and categories related to barriers and challenges, 31 concepts were extracted and divided into 4 categories under the titles of structural, environmental, behavioral and managerial challenges and barrier. In studying relations between concepts and categories related to success factors, 20 concepts were extracted and divided into 3 categories under the titles of structural, environmental, and managerial success factors.

پژوهش درباره زبان ها و گویش های محلی ایران و جمع آوری نمودهای مختلف فرهنگی ازجمله مثل ها، موجب شناخت بهتر فرهنگ و تاریخ اقوام، حفظ گویش و فرهنگ آن ها و درنهایت شناخت بهتر زبان ها و فرهنگ ایرانی می شود. ضرب المثل ها، بخشی عمده از فرهنگ عامه مردم بلوچ هستند که بررسی دقیق آن ها در مطالعه الگوهای فرهنگی، ارزش های اجتماعی و تحقیقات جامعه شناختی راهگشا خواهد بود. بیشتر این مثل ها دارای مفاهیم عالی اخلاقی و فرهنگی هستند که در آموزش اندیشه ها و مفاهیم متعالی، انتقال تجربیات قومی و نسلی و پیشرفت افراد در جامعه نقشی اساسی دارند، امّا مثل هایی نیز وجود دارند که کارکردهایی منفی دارند و به نظر می رسد که در گذر تاریخ، مایه آسیب و ناکامی های اجتماعی و فرهنگی بوده اند. این پژوهش به روش مطالعه کتابخانه ای و به شیوه تحلیلی به بررسی این دسته از مثل ها پرداخته است تا تأثیری در افزایش آگاهی فرهنگی و ارتقای نگاه های منطقی و معقول در جامعه و فرهنگ بلوچ داشته باشد. هرچند شمار این قبیل مثل ها کم است، اما به سبب رواج گسترده، باعث ایجاد آسیب فرهنگی در جامعه شده اند. آسیب های فرهنگی در سه حوزه فرد، خانواده و اجتماع به همراه باورهای خرافی حوزه فرهنگ بررسی شده اند. هرچند یافته های پژوهش حاضر، بیشترین فراوانی را در آسیب هایی که مربوط به خانواده هاست نشان می دهد، اما پژوهش مستقل و مستندی با جامعه آماری مشخص در این خصوص صورت نگرفته است.
