This study aims to identify the factors affecting government support for Iranian automotive industry. Initially, based on the research literature, a set of factors was identified and designed as an analytic network process model. To investigate the analytic network model using the Delphi method, the opinion of 25 experts associated with government support for the automotive industry was used to answer the designed questionnaire for pairwise comparison. These experts were chosen through snowball sampling. The research result demonstrated that in experts’ opinion, various types of government support are needed to desirably expand this industry. According to the result of this study, a list of priorities has been provided below: 1) Specific support; 2) management information support and advisors; 3) financial support; and finally, 4) legal support. With respect to the result of binary comparison, the sub-criteria of reduced tax exemption for automakers, economic incentives, joint venture and provision of global marketing services have had the greatest weight respectively in the sub-criteria of financial support, specific support, legal support and management information support and advisors.

The main aim of this study is proposing an assessment model for evaluating the supply chain sustainability across the automotive sector. In this study, through reviewing the sustainability indicators in the economic, social, environmental, and governance pillars, the fuzzy Delphi is applied. Then, survey method is used to implement the model designed in CANFIS to evaluate the sustainability indicators. In this research, the proposed model was used for evaluating the sustainability in four pillars which is more inclusive than previous research. To improve the sustainability, it must be evaluated and measured so that after the improvement measures, the results are determined through measurement. According to the findings, it was concluded that the model designed in CANFIS was a reliable tool for assessing the sustainability .

According to published reports on the level of internalization of commercial vehicles, it shows that most carmakers pursue a minimal domestic manufacturing policy and less have a policy of increasing domestic manufacturing on their agenda. The most important research gaps are need to study R&D activities in the form of a dynamic system in the automotive industry based on the three variables of supply network capabilities, product innovation and process. The purpose of this study is to provide a dynamic model to investigate the behavior of a commercial vehicle R&D system. The present study is applied in terms of purpose. The basis of the system analysis is previous research as well as information obtained from interviews with automotive industry experts. For this purpose, first the variables affecting the cycle of R&D activities are studied and modeling is presented using the dynamics approach. Also, various policies on the performance of the development research cycle based on the time of knowledge acquisition and product introduction have been simulated and analyzed. The results of system performance simulation show that the weak share of research and development budget along with low and limited market share and lack of proper investment makes the research and development capability at an unfavorable level during the next 10 years. Therefore, it is suggested that the necessary measures in this regard be taken in the fields of product sales marketing along with appropriate investment in research and development.
Investigating the Barriers of Using Blockchain Technology in Iran's Automobile Industry(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)
This study evaluated the obstacles and challenges of using blockchain technology in Iran's automotive industry. The statistical population of the present study is all specialists and experts who were familiar with blockchain technology. However, because of the impossibility of identifying and studying all the people in the society and the lack of access to all of them, sampling was done employing a purposeful judgment method. Accordingly, ten academic and industrial experts were selected as the expert. In this study, a document study was applied to study the theoretical backgrounds and the related literature. Thus, the latest materials and concepts related to the subject were reviewed by referring to scientific sources, including books, articles, and theses. A survey method was also used in evaluating obstacles and challenges. At this stage, a researcher-made questionnaire was employed to collect experts' views. The process of conducting this research is as follows: first, the theoretical backgrounds and the related literature were examined. Then the questionnaire of the study was designed, distributed among the experts, and collected. After that, the data was analyzed using the Fuzzy Dematel Technique. Based on the findings, among the seven factors of the leading technical and technological component, three sub-components, including the lack of necessary safety against cyber attacks, the storing information problem, and the lack of standardization in different blockchain systems were ranked first to third, respectively, which shows the significance of the technical and technological factors.
Designing a Model for Implementing the Fourth Generation Industry to Achieve Sustainable Development Goals in the Automotive Industry (Case Study: Iran KhodroCompany)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)
The automotive industry, as a job-creating and infrastructure industry, needs an executive model for success in the domestic and international markets. In this regard, the present study has been conducted with the aim of designing a model for implementing the fourth generation industry to achieve sustainable development goals in Iran Khodro Company. The study is an applied-developmental study in terms of purpose and cross-sectional survey research. Also, in this study, a mixed research method (qualitative-quantitative) was used. Content analysis method and MaxQDA software were used for data analysis in the qualitative section. Then, using Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) with MICMAC software, the initial pattern was drawn. In the quantitative section, one-sample t-test and SPSS software were used to measure the current situation. The research findings showed that the Collection and Analysis of Big Data affects the Simulation and Automatic Robots. These factors affect horizontally and vertically integration systems and thus lead to the Internet of Industrial Things, Augmented Reality and Cyber Security. Further, through the Cloud Computing system, Additive Manufacturing is affected and this Additive Manufacturing leads to Sustainable Development.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is a policy-making model of the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade (MIMT) based on digital transformation is presented. Method : The study is an applied-developmental study in terms of purpose and cross-sectional survey research. A semi-structured interview and Likert scale questionnaire were used to collect data. The reliability of the questionnaire was assessed using Cronbach's alpha and combined reliability. The statistical population includes experts in the automotive industry until the theoretical saturation was reached and 15 experts participated. Using Cochran's formula for indeterminate populations, 365 people were calculated as a sample and cluster sampling method. To analyze the data, the grounded theory analysis method was used to identify the research indicators, and to validate and present the final model, the structural equation modeling method and LISREL software were used. Findings : it can be acknowledged that before deciding to transform processes and enter the digital arena, it is necessary to assess the readiness of the organization as well as its human resources to accept this change Conclusion : the implementation of the automotive industry policy for digital transformation will make the Ministry of Industry, Mine, and Trade the digital leader in the automotive industry.

Purpose : The main purpose of this study is to present a change management model in the automotive industry based on general industry policies in the fourth-generation industrial revolution. Method : To achieve this goal, first the effective factors and indicators affecting change management are identified based on the data model of the foundation and then these factors and indicators are categorized. Given that the purpose of this research is exploratory, the use of the grounded theory research method and semi-structured interviews with experts and professors led to the development of research model criteria. Findings : Based on the interviews and previous studies, the factors affecting the management of change in internal and external categories have been identified. Finally, change management strategies have been identified in three components: selecting acceptable managers, using consultants and expert staff, and creating a sense of empathy and trust. Conclusion : The use of expert managers and appropriate leaders causes change management to be implemented productively. Ultimately, these strategies result in increased survival under the components of greater brand acceptance and profitability. The purpose of this study is pathology of talent management in the automotive industry, so we identify Challenges and barriers, as well as success factors in this filed. This research is a kind of qualitative study that has been done by coding methodology of qualitative data. We used semi-structured interview to collect data. After collecting data and coding, data are divided into two groups of “barriers and challenges” and “success factors” that summarized into definite sets and certain concepts. In studying relations between concepts and categories related to barriers and challenges, 31 concepts were extracted and divided into 4 categories under the titles of structural, environmental, behavioral and managerial challenges and barrier. In studying relations between concepts and categories related to success factors, 20 concepts were extracted and divided into 3 categories under the titles of structural, environmental, and managerial success factors.
