طیف سنجی رویکرد مطبوعات سیاسی در قبال عملکرد دولت در دوران شیوع بیماری کرونا در ایران(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

این پژوهش تلاش دارد، با بررسی رویکرد روزنامه های سه جناح سیاسی اصلاح طلب، اصول گرا و میانه رو، نسبت به عملکرد دولت در مورد بحران کرونا، از طریق دست یافتن به یک مدل گفتمانی فرضی، به شناخت بیشتر طیف مطبوعات سیاسی ایران نایل آید و جایگاه روزنامه های مورد نظر را، در چارچوب آن مدل تعیین کند. هدف دیگر این مقاله، کشف رابطه میان نوع پردازش مطبوعات سیاسی ایران و جناح سیاسی آن ها است. این پژوهش، همچنین قصد دارد روزنامه های جناح های مختلف (اعم از اصلاح طلب، اصول گرا و میانه رو) را از نقطه نظر رویکرد انتقادآمیز یا حمایتگرانه نسبت به اقدام ها و سیاست های کرونایی دولت، با همدیگر مقایسه کند. پژوهشگران با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل محتوای کیفی، سرمقاله های شش روزنامه کیهان و رسالت (اصول گرا)، شرق و مردم سالاری (اصلاح طلب) و ایران و اطلاعات (میانه رو) را، در یک دوره زمانی سه ماهه (اسفند 98 تا اردیبهشت 99) شامل 244 مورد، با توجه به یک دسته بندی هشت گانه موضوعی مورد بررسی قرار داده اند. این تحقیق، ضمن تدوین مدل گفتمانی و تعیین جایگاه این روزنامه ها، نشان داد که روزنامه های اصلاح طلب و اصول گرا  نسبت به روزنامه های میانه رو در قضیه کرونا، بیشتر منتقد دولت بوده اند. روزنامه های اصلاح طلب در مقایسه با روزنامه های اصول گرا، زبان انتقادی تری داشته و در یک طرف طیف، روزنامه مردم سالاری و در طرف دیگر، روزنامه کیهان بیشترین سرمقاله های انتقادی را منتشر کرده اند. در نتیجه این پژوهش، طیف روزنامه های مورد بررسی از راست به چپ بدین ترتیب مشخص شد: کیهان، رسالت، اطلاعات، ایران، شرق و مردم سالاری .

پهنه بندی و تبیین توسعه پایدار اجتماعی- انسانی مناطق روستایی استان چهار محال بختیاری با مدل تاپسیس(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

هدف اصلی تحقیق حاضر پهنه بندی و تبیین توسعه پایدار اجتماعی- انسانی مناطق روستایی استان چهار محال بختیاری با مدل تاپسیس بوده است. ابتدا مبانی نظری پایداری اجتماعی و انسانی و سوابق مطالعاتی آن مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت و بعد از اعتبارسنجی توسط متخصصان در سطح دهستان های استان بررسی شد. روش تحقیق با استفاده از م دل تاپس یس در میان روستاییان 6 شهرستان استان چهارمحال بختیاری در 16 دهستان بوده که روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای تصادفی با انتساب متناسب در 130 روستا انجام شد. 18 شاخص های اجتماعی انسانی در پنج بعد پویایی جمعیت، مدیریت آموزش و اطلاعات، امنیت و رضایت اجتماعی، تعاون و سرمایه اجتماعی و بهداشت و سلامت مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند که بعد مدیریت آموزش و اطلاعات بالاترین رتبه و بعد امنیت و رضایت اجتماعی پایین ترین رتبه را به خود اختصاص داده است. در پهنه بندی دهستان ها، دهستان بازفت پایین با مقدار 795/0 بهترین وضعیت توسعه پایدار اجتماعی روستایی را دارد و پس از آن فلارد و پشتکوه به ترتیب با ارزش نهایی 728/0 و 696/0 وضعیت مساعدتری نسبت به دیگر دهستان ها به لحاظ توسعه پایدار اجتماعی روستایی دارند. دهستان دیناران با ارزش وزنی 043/0، پس از دوراهان و دوآب با ارزش نهایی 212/0 و 215/0 ضعیف ترین دهستان ها به لحاظ توسعه پایدار احتماعی روستایی بودند. مطابق یافته های محلی برای ایجاد هماهنگی و تعادل پایداری اجتماعی- انسانی جهت دستیابی به توسعه پایدار متوازن در استان پیشنهادهای کاربردی ارائه گردید.

تلاقی فرهنگ، سیاست و عاملیت در سطوح جهانی و فراملی، حوزه مطالعاتی دایاسپورا را به قلمرو نظری و تجربی جذاب و مهمی در میدان علوم اجتماعی تبدیل ساخته است. تحلیل تجربه دایاسپورا مستلزم به کارگیری سطوح تحلیلی و مفهومی چندلایه و توجه به زمینه های متنوع ساختاری، تاریخی و تکنولوژیک است. مقاله حاضر با تمرکز بر تجربه و اندیشه جهان وطنی به مثابه هسته ای محوری و استراتژیک برای فهم هویت دایاسپوریک، به دنبال نشان دادن فرآیند، سازوکار، تنوعات، موانع و تنگناهایی است که این تجربه در میان مهاجرین به خود می گیرد. نظریه فرهنگی پسا ساختارگرا، پسا استعماری و فمینیسم با به کارگیری طیفی از مفاهیم، روش ها و مفروضات رشته ای، قابلیت های زیادی در توضیح و تفسیر فرصت ها و محدودیت های پیش روی مهاجران بین المللی فراهم می سازند که توجه به آن درس های مهمی را برای سیاست گذاری مهاجرین هم در کشورهای میزبان و هم در کشورهای مادر فراهم می سازد.

مدیریت اضطراب/ عدم قطعیت در ارتباطات میان فرهنگی با اهل سنت، مطالعه ای روایی(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

ارتباطات میان شیعه و اهل سنت به دلیل اختلافاتی که دو گروه در زمینه های مختلف ازجمله فرهنگی با یکدیگر دارند، در حوزه ارتباطات میان فرهنگی قابل بررسی است. «نظریه مدیریت اضطراب/عدم قطعیت در ارتباط مؤثر» یکی از نظریات نوین ارتباطات میان فرهنگی به شمار می رود که هدف آن مدیریت اضطراب و عدم قطعیت در تعامل ما با غریبه (دیگری) و نگه داشتن آن در سطح مطلوب - جایی میان آستانه حداکثر و حداقل- به منظور برقراری یک «ارتباط مؤثر» با «دیگری» است. در این پژوهش تلاش شده با کنکاش در منابع کتب روایی شیعه و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون سیره گفتاری و رفتاری و توصیه های معصومین علیهم السلام در تعامل با اهل سنت در چارچوب نظریه مدیریت اضطراب/عدم قطعیت در ارتباط مؤثر مورد مطالعه قرار گیرد و راهکارهایی برای افزایش همگرایی شیعه و اهل سنت و کاهش اختلاف میان ایشان استخراج شود. درنتیجه تحلیل روایات گردآوری شده، 38 مضمون اولیه، 16 مضمون سازمان دهنده و پنج مضمون فراگیر شناسایی شدند. مضامین فراگیر شناسایی شده که به عنوان محورهای اصلی مدیریت اضطراب/عدم قطعیت در ارتباطات میان فرهنگی با اهل سنت به شمارمی روند، عبارتنداز: «همدلی با اهل سنت»، «عفت کلام و پرهیز از بدزبانی و توهین به مقدسات»، «حسن معاشرت با اهل سنت»، «همراهی با اهل سنت و شرکت در اجتماعات مسلمانان» و «پرهیز از خودبرتربینی و برائت جویی از اهل سنت».

در سال های اخیر، پتانسیل اینترنت و رسانه های اجتماعی، به عنوان عامل تغییر اجتماعی و تحول های سیاسی، به طور گسترده ای مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. دیدگاه های اولیه، نسبت به نقش اینترنت در فعالیت و جنبش های اجتماعی، خوش بینانه بودند، اما در تقابل با این دیدگاه های خوش بینانه، دیدگاه های بدبینانه هم شکل گرفته اند که فعالیت دیجیتال را نقد کرده اند. یکی از نقدهای اصلی به فعالیت دیجیتال تحت عنوان اسلکتیویسم مطرح می شود، که فعالیت های دیجیتال را به دلایلی نظیر کم کاری، کم هزینه بودن، عدم ارتباط با دنیای آفلاین، تعهد پایین، ارتباط اندک اعضا با یکدیگر، تأثیر کم و یا عدم تأثیر رد می کند. در عین حال، در تقابل با این نقدها یک سری تحقیق های تجربی شکل گرفته اند که از تأثیر فعالیت برخط بر دنیای آفلاین سخن گفته اند. با توجه به پیچیدگی این مسئله، نیاز است که تحقیقات آینده به جای موضع گرفتن در مقابل اسلکتیویسم، به طور جدی بر توسعه روش های نوآورانه و بین رشته ای برای ارزیابی آن در زندگی سیاسی معاصر متمرکز شوند.

مقدمه ای بر نسل چهارم حقوق بشر؛ حمایت از کرامت انسانی در عصر ارتباطات

نسل های سه گانه ی حقوق بشر هر کدام شامل حقوقی می باشد که احترام و تضمین آنها فراتر از حوزه های داخلی کشورها، در سطح منطقه ای و بین المللی مورد تأکید قرار دارد. در شرایطی که طرح طبقه بندی نسل های حقوق بشر مورد انتقاد جدی قرار گرفته، تا جایی که با تردید به نسل سوم حقوق بشر نگاه می شود، سخن از نسل چهارم و حتی نسل پنجم حقوق بشر به میان آمده است. در این مقاله پس از تشریح زمینه ی طرح نسل چهارم، بر مبنای دیدگاه های اساتید و پژوهشگران حقوق به تبیین مفهوم و دامنه ی حقوق نسل چهارم پرداخته شده است. بر مبنای نتایج تحقیق، طرح نسل چهارم حقوق بشر یک ایده غیرعلمی و بدون مبنا نبوده و برخی از اساتید و پژوهشگران حقوق -به ویژه در سال های اخیر- بر لزوم شناسایی نسل جدیدی از حقوق بشر تاکید دارند. زمینه اصلی و دلیل شکل گیری این دغدغه در میان پژوهشگران حقوقی، لزوم حفظ کرامت انسانی در عصر حاضر است؛ دورانی که بدون تردید مهم ترین ویژگی آن رشد سریع تکنولوژی و تحول در ارتباطات می باشد. به این ترتیب نسل چهارم حقوق بشر را می توان مجموعه حقوقی دانست که هدف آن حمایت از کرامت انسانی در تحقیقات علمی و در برابر تکنولوژی های نوین است. هنوز چارچوب حقوق نسل چهارم حقوق بشر نه به لحاظ تبیین مبانی حقوقی، نه از لحاظ تعریف دقیق موضوع و نه از نظر تعیین صاحبان حق و مسئولان آن به صورت دقیق تعریف نشده و به صورت کلی در خصوص مصادیق این حقوق اتفاق نظر وجود ندارد.

Identifying the Factors That Shape Collective Trust and Its Consequences in Schools(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the factors of formation and consequences of collective trust in schools. Methodology: The present study was conducted using a qualitative method using data foundation theory. The statistical population included education professionals and knowledge-based companies. The research sample consisted of 12 experts and experts in the field of education and collective trust, the Institute of Education Studies, the Ministry Office of the Ministry and the General Directorate of Education, experienced managers who were selected by purposive sampling method. . First, 7 people were selected using purposive sampling, and then 5 more people were selected using the snowball method. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. By analyzing the data theory, the basic model was extracted and then the components and sub-components were identified. Findings: The components of collective trust formation and its consequences in school were identified with 6 main dimensions, 17 pivotal components, and 85 coding. And the motivation and dynamism of the school community; The underlying conditions were: innovation and new technology, an effective educational program for teachers and school colleagues, and the consequences of the collective trust of schools were: improving the social status of teachers and administrators, students' academic success, setting educational goals and Appropriate teaching content - developing care insights in the school community. Conclusion: The results of the study showed that the causal factors and underlying collective trust in schools are: support of senior school principals and the organization, personality and professional characteristics and motivation and dynamism of the school community; Underlying conditions are innovation and new technology, an effective curriculum for teachers and school staff

Investigating the Status of Organizational Structure at Farhangian University in Integration Approach(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of organizational structure in Farhangian University according to the integration approach. Methodology: The present study was a survey research approach in terms of applied purpose and in terms of data collection approach. The statistical population of this study included managers and staff of Farhangian University. According to the latest statistics and information available in the Vice Chancellor for Planning and Information Technology of Farhangian University in the academic year 2017-18, a total of 890 staff and managers of Farhangian University in Tehran (all campuses with Headquarters) were working. In order to determine the sample size, Morgan table was used. According to Morgan table, 270 samples had to be selected. Also, due to the presence of the researcher in Kermanshah, Kermanshah city campuses were used and a total of 328 people were selected. The instrument used in this study was Robbins (1989) Organizational Structure Questionnaire which examines three dimensions of complexity, formality and focus in the organization, the reliability of which was calculated using Cronbach’s alpha of 0.85. Data analysis was used at two descriptive levels (mean and standard deviation) and at the inferential level; one-sample t-test was used. Findings: The results showed that the organizational structure of Farhangian University was moderate in complexity, low in formality and high in concentration. In other words, the sub-component of complexity (3.04) is moderate, the sub-component of formality (2.44) is lower and the sub-component of concentration (3.10) is higher than the average. All these results are calculated according to t And were statistically significant at the level of 0.05. Conclusion: Organizations are known through their manpower and structure, so an organization that has a proper structure and decent manpower is ready for its effectiveness

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the challenges of talent management in the public education system and to provide the possibility of recommending strategies. Methodology: The present study was qualitative and the statistical population included professors, specialists and experts in the field of talent management. The statistical sample consisted of 20 experts in the field of talent management and university professors who were purposefully selected and interviewed. Data collection tools were done through semi-structured interviews with 20 experts in education in Gilan in 2019, which after providing all the new ideas, by the interviewees to analyze the data and answer questions using a qualitative analysis method. The theme was used. Findings: The results showed that there are 16 challenges in the public education system that hinders the effective efficiency of talent management in the body of education. Among these challenges are the application of personal opinion in evaluations and the lack of an appropriate motivational approach that was presented in the challenges of talent management in the education system, after description, comparison, analysis and interpretation. Conclusion: According to the results of this study, the method of talent management in Gilan Education Organization is not accepted by any of the experts participating in the research and in terms of appropriate arrangements of this organization to address the challenges identified by this research, it seems necessary.

Designing an Environmental Behavior Model Based on Learning and Social Responsibility Organization (Case Study of Gorgan Secondary School Teachers)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The aim of this study was to design an environmental behavior model based on learning organization and social responsibility among high school teachers in Gorgan. Methodology: The method of this research was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection in the category of descriptive research of correlation type and in terms of method in the form of research mixed with exploratory approach. Were done using purposive sampling method and using the principle of maximum diversity to achieve theoretical saturation. The statistical population in the quantitative part included all high school teachers (formal, contract and contract) in Gorgan in the academic year 2019-20, which in this study due to different areas (rural and urban) and suitable for both sexes (female and male) Stratified random sampling with proportional attribution was used and the total sample size was 234 people. In order to measure the variables in the qualitative method, in-depth semi-structured interview was used and in a small part, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. Confirmatory factor analysis and patterning of structural equations were used to analyze the data and fit indicators were used to determine the fit and validity of the designed patterns using LISREL software. Findings: The results of qualitative analysis of the content of the interviews, 7 categories (main category) and 43 sub-categories were obtained. The main categories are: management and leadership, policy and strategy formulation, training missions, environmental awareness, environmental behavior, responsibility Social and organizational learning orientation. In the quantitative part of the research, to present the model of environmental behavior based on the learning organization and social responsibility, data normality test, sample adequacy test, heuristic and confirmatory factor analysis and then structural research model was presented. . Based on the results of the quantitative analysis of the research, all hypotheses and indicators were in good condition. Conclusion: The results of qualitative analysis of the content of the interviews, 7 categories (main category) and 43 categories of results showed the first step towards achieving a model of environmental behavior based on learning organization and social responsibility in high school teachers in Gorgan, perspective study, Philosophy, rules and regulations of educational management of high school schools in Gorgan

Purpose: This aim of this study was investigate the model of organizational culture with psychological well-being with mediating of communication skills. Methodology: Present study was cross-sectional from type of correlation. The research population was education staff of Marvdasht County in 2019 years. The research sample was 400 people who were selected by multi-stage cluster random sampling method. Data were collected by the questionnaires of organizational culture (Glaser & et al, 1987), psychological well-being (Ryff, 1989) and communication skills (Burton, 1990) and analyzed by structural equation modeling method with using path analysis in SPSS-25 and AMOS-23 software. Findings: The findings showed that organizational culture had a direct and significant effect on communication skills and psychological well-being, communication skills had a direct and significant effect on psychological well-being and organizational culture had an indirect and significant effect on psychological well-being with mediating of communication skills (P<0.01). Also, the model of organizational culture with psychological well-being with mediating of communication skills had a good fit. Conclusion: Regarded to the proper fit of the model and direct and indirect relationships of variables, it is recommended to promote the psychological well-being of education staff by improving their organizational culture and communication skills through improving the status of staff and workshops

Designing a Model of Professional Competence of Managers Based on the Development of Creativity and Innovation in Primary Schools(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Perpose: The aim of this study was to design a model of professional competence of principals based on the development of creativity and innovation in primary schools. Methodology: The method of the present study was a combination of exploratory type in which the qualitative method was performed using the underlying theory and the quantitative method was performed using the structural equation model. The statistical population of the study was in the quantitative part of all primary school principals in Tehran in the academic year 2019-20 and in the qualitative part of all experts in the field of education in Tehran. Sampling in the quantitative part using stratified stratified sampling method 196 managers of 22 districts of Tehran were selected and in the qualitative part 17 people were selected using purposive sampling with emphasis on the principle of theoretical saturation. The research tools in the qualitative part were in-depth semi-structured interviews with 5 questions and in the quantitative part of the researcher-made questionnaire to assess the components of manager’s professional competence. Since the content of the questionnaire shows the components that have the highest coefficient of importance, according to the approval of the questions by experts, the validity of the content of the questionnaire has been confirmed. The total alpha coefficient of the design questionnaire identifying the pattern of professional competence of principals based on the development of creativity and innovation in primary schools is 0.937 or 94% that the tool used has a good reliability. Data were collected in the qualitative section by grounded theory method and then analyzed by testing structural equation modeling using Smart PLS software. Findings: The results of exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis showed that the components of motivation, management, technology, attitude-behavioral, cognitive-skill components and indicators of professional competence of principals are based on the development of creativity and innovation in primary schools. Also, the model fit indices that were performed using the structural equation model showed that the research data had a suitable fit with the model of professional competence of principals based on the development of creativity and innovation in primary schools. Conclusion: Based on the results of the research, attracting and employing competent managers, especially in the critical elementary school, requires the creation of a human resources system in which meritocracy prevails.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to present a model of teaching philosophy to children considering the role of Social Intelligence in the academic year of 2018-2019. Methodology: This research was a descriptive-correlational study in terms of data gathering method and applied method was employed. The method of this applied research was qualitative-quantitative combination of exploratory and descriptive-correlation. In this research, firstly, through the study of literature and semi-structured interviews, the model of teaching philosophy to children was extracted in a participatory manner, based on which a researcher-made questionnaire was obtained and then through a questionnaire and data analysis, first, the structural model. Following a documentary review of studies on the teaching of philosophy for children in a participatory manner in Iran and the world, as well as a survey of Tehran's teachers of education to review the status quo and conduct semi-structured individual interviews and administering a social intelligence questionnaire. Implemented Philosophy Education Questionnaire for Children The model was then evaluated to evaluate the suitability of the proposed model. The statistical population in this section of the study was academic community experts and education professionals with executive backgrounds at decision-making levels. The sampling method in the qualitative section will be purposeful. The number of interviewees was also determined based on the principle of saturation of 15 persons. The second group of the statistical population of this study included 1800 teachers in all elementary school teachers in Tehran. Cochran formula was used to determine the sample size. According to this formula, 317 individuals were considered as sample size. In this study, multi-stage cluster sampling method was used to select statistical samples in quantitative section. Social Intelligence questionnaire was employed as a measurement tool for the qualitative part. Findings: The results showed that human cognition, relation of concepts to each other, social intelligence, concept definitions, reasoning about concepts and critical thinking respectively have the highest factor loadings and factor weight on the second-order factor six-factor model of philosophy of education for children. Also result showed that the extracte factor had acceptable fitness with the model. Conclusion: children cannot differentiate between their 'feelings' and their 'self'. Teaching children philosophy in a participatory way teaches them to accept what they feel, rather than trivialize or negate their feelings that make them think they are worthless or embarrassing. One of the most successful efforts to change student learning is the Philosophy Education Program for Children.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to develop a program for teaching philosophy in a narrative manner and to evaluate its effectiveness on moral intelligence, epistemological beliefs and emotional self-awareness in adolescents. Methodology: The method of quasi-experimental research was pre-test-post-test design with control and follow-up group, also in terms of exploratory data type. The statistical population in the qualitative section consisted of 15 specialists in educational sciences and philosophy who were selected by purposive sampling method. Also, the statistical population in the quantitative part included 30 students in 2019 who were tested in two groups of 15 using stepwise cluster sampling. The experimental group underwent 8 sessions of 90-minute philosophy training in a narrative manner. The data collection tool was exploratory in the qualitative part of semi-structured individual interviews. In the quantitative part, Lenick and Kiel (2011) Moral Intelligence Questionnaire, Biles (2009) and Grant et al. (2002) Emotional Self-Awareness Questionnaire were used. Qualitative data analysis was used for content analysis and in quantitative part for confirmatory factor analysis, analysis of variance with repeated measures was used. Findings: The findings showed that among the components of teaching philosophy in a narrative way were responsibility, forgiveness, honesty, courageous behavior, moral values and communication skills. The results also showed that teaching philosophy in a narrative way is effective on moral intelligence, epistemological beliefs and emotional self-awareness of adolescents. Conclusion: Therefore, paying attention to the mentioned variables in prevention and designing more appropriate treatments will help researchers and therapists in the field of adolescents.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to "identify the dimensions of leadership effectiveness of Farhangian University campus principals." Methodology: This research was exploratory in terms of applied purpose, in terms of field implementation method and in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of this study consisted of full-time and part-time faculty members of Farhangian University campuses in the academic year of 2018-19, who were selected and studied by random sampling of relative classes. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect information and exploratory factor analysis method was used to analyze the collected data. Findings: The results indicate the recognition of the dimensions of leadership effectiveness of Farhangian University campus managers in three dimensions: 1. Perceptual (personal) evaluation (others' perception of the leader's credibility and self-assessments; Peers, and superiors inside and outside the organization do training, create indicators of effectiveness), 2. Satisfaction of subordinates (individual) (Satisfaction of members of the organization) and 3. Achievement of organizational goals (relative levels) Achieving the goals of the organization) was in the form of 30 indicators. Conclusion: In order to achieve its goals and aspirations, Farhangian University should constantly evaluate the performance of its campus administrators based on the dimensions of perceptual evaluation, subordinates' satisfaction and achievement of organizational goals, review the processes and change the patterns and structures. Providing a Curriculum Model with an Entrepreneurial Approach for Top Talented Students in Iran(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The present study was conducted with the aim of providing a curriculum model with an entrepreneurial approach for top talented students in Iran. Methodology: Research method in terms of purpose, was basic-applied. In terms of data type, it was mixed (qualitative) of exploratory type; and in terms of data collection time, it was cross-sectional and in terms of data collection method or the nature of the research, it was descriptive survey. The statistical population of the research in the qualitative section included all the heads of the Provincial Elite Foundation and the heads of the talented departments of the General Directorate of Education and the provinces and also 20% of the teachers implementing the Shahab project. Quantitatively, the statistical population includes junior high school students in gifted schools. The number of these students was 7000, using Cochran's formula, 364 people were selected. Sampling method was done through multi-stage cluster sampling. In the qualitative part of this study, the Delphi questionnaire based on CVR and CVI forms was used and in the quantitative part, the questionnaire was used to analyze the data. The validity and reliability of the instruments were evaluated and confirmed. Findings: The results showed that the curriculum with entrepreneurship approach for top talents including environmental components, economics, entrepreneurs, entrepreneurship, factors affecting the implementation of this approach in the curriculum, including components of support, teacher, system policies and influential factors of The curriculum was introduced with an entrepreneurial approach, including talent discovery, improving top talents and self-efficacy. Finally, a model was presented from two parts, quantitative and qualitative, which had a good fit. Conclusion: Recognizing talented students is one of the priorities of education and paying attention to the curriculum with an entrepreneurial approach to top talented students is an issue that has good consequences for students and society.

Analyze the Appropriateness of the Content of the Educational Network - Information Growth with the Needs and Educational Interests of Users(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the appropriateness of the content of the educational network - growth information with the educational needs and interests of its users. Methodology: The present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of implementation method. The research community of students and teachers of the second-high school of Nazarabad city were in the academic year of 2018-19. The sample size was calculated according to the Cochran's formula of 345 students and 105 teachers, who were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling. The research instrument of the researcher-made questionnaire had two forms of student (41 items) and teacher (34 items). Their formal and content validity was confirmed by 10 experts and its reliability by Cronbach's alpha method for both student and teacher forms were 0.98. Was obtained. At the descriptive level, data analysis of central orientation and scattering indicators including mean, standard deviation, frequency and frequency percentage were used, and at the inferential level, t-test was used to test statistical hypotheses. Findings: The findings of the present study showed that the average content of the educational network - growth information in terms of needs and interests of students and teachers and their five dimensions in both groups including knowledge needs, skill needs, attitude needs, interests and thinking ability and problem solving below It was moderate (P <0.05). Conclusion: Due to the incompatibility of the content of the educational network - growth information with the educational needs and interests of students and teachers, it is necessary to design and prepare appropriate content after proper and comprehensive educational needs assessment.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to Presenting Human Resource Selection Model in Education with Tricycle Model. Methodology: This study was applied in terms of purpose and exploratory in terms of data type. The statistical population of the qualitative part of the research included university experts and senior managers of education and training of the whole country in the academic year of 2018-2019. Using the principle of theoretical saturation, 23 experts were selected based on purposeful sampling method. And the deputies of the Education Organization in the whole country were 900 people in 1397-98, and using the Cochran's formula, 270 people were selected based on the relative class sampling method. In order to collect the data, two interview tools and a researcher-made questionnaire including 87 items were used. Its validity was examined in three formal, content and structural methods and its reliability (Cronbach's alpha and hybrid reliability) was above 0.7. The data analysis method in the qualitative part of the theoretical coding was based on the method of basic data processing theory and in the quantitative part the methods of confirmatory factor analysis and modeling of structural equations were used using Lisrel-v8 software. Findings: According to the findings, the factors influencing the selection of human resources, including the behavior of the professional citizen, job performance and innovation, and the constituent components of human resource selection included, contextual, structural and behavioral components. Also, all the components identified in the current situation were evaluated as desirable. In addition, in this study, the mechanisms, contexts and barriers to human resource selection were identified. Conclusion: Strategies for developing an operational plan to improve human resource development in the education organization; Paying attention to meritocracy in delegating work responsibilities; Continuous evaluation of employee performance; The removal of infrastructure and credit barriers to staff access to Internet and scientific networks. Finally, it is possible to improve the choice of human resources according to the amount of components of the behavior of a professional citizen, job performance and innovation.

پیوست فرهنگی توسعه آموزش عالی علوم انسانی در ایران؛ بایسته های راهبردی

توسعه آموزش عالی در دو دهه اخیر، با تمرکز بر مقاطع ارشد و دکتری رشته های علوم انسانی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران، موضوع این پژوهش است. در این راستا دو محور پیوست فرهنگی در دستور کار این پژوهش قرار دارد: «احصاء پیامدهای فرهنگی مرتبط با این سیاست» و «توصیه های سیاستی برای رفع پیامدهای منفی و تقویت پیامدهای مثبت  احتمالی». علاوه بر این  ، پژوهش ما «انگیزه های سیاست گذاران» از این توسعه را نیز بررسی می کند. برای چهارچوب  مفهومی، سیزده شاخص توسعه آموزش عالی علوم انسانی، بر طبق نظریه «الگوی چهاروجهی توسعه علوم انسانی» بازخوانی و بازسازی شده است. مرحله جمع آوری داده با دو روش «مصاحبه با نخبگان و اساتید» و «اسنادی مبتنی بر منابع کتابخانه ای» انجام گرفت. در نهایت، داده های بدست آمده  ، با رهیافت «داده بنیاد» در سه مرحله، تحلیل و طبقه بندی شد. پیامدها در چهار سطح طبقه بندی می شود: «سطح سازمانی و سیاست گذارانه»، «سطح جامعه علمی»، «سطح فرهنگ عمومی» و «سطح خانواده و فرد». توصیه های سیاستی نیز در چهار سطح «فعالیت های تربیتی، پژوهشی و آموزشی درون دانشگاهی»، «ارتباط دانشگاه و جامعه»، «فرهنگ عمومی» و «خانواده» به دست آمد. در سطح دیگری از تحلیل، پیامدها از سه جنبه واکاوی شده اند: 1. پیامدهای مطلوب در برابر پیامدهای نامطلوب 2. پیامدهای مستقیم در برابر پیامدهای غیرمستقیم 3. پیامدهای قابل انتظار و برنامه ریزی شده در برابر پیامدهای غیرمنتظره. پیامدها از حیث مستقیم/غیرمستقیم نیز به سه طبقه تقسیم شده اند: متغیر مستقل، متغیر مداخله گر و متغیر وابسته.

ارزیابی صحت اطلاعات منتشر شده در شبکه اجتماعی اینستاگرام با محوریت موضوعی کرونا

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی صحت اطلاعات منتشر شده با موضوع کرونا در شبکه اجتماعی اینستاگرام و بررسی رابطه میان صحت اطلاعات و محبوب پست های منتشر شده، اجرا شده است. این پژوهش از لحاظ نوع کیفی بوده و با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا انجام شده است. جامعه پژوهش شامل 100 پست منتشر شده مرتبط با موضوع کروناست که طی یک ماه (مرداد )1399 در اینستاگرام منتشر گشته است. داده ها با استفاده از روش مشاهده مستقیم و به کارگیری سیاهه وارسی طراحی شده توسط محقق گردآوری شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از شاخص های آمار توصیفی (میانگین و فراوانی) و آزمون مجذور کای دو و نرم افزار اس. پی. اس. اس. 18 استفاده گردید. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد 46 درصد از اطلاعات منتشر شده فاقد صحت بوده و اخبار جعلی به حساب می آیند. 54 درصد از اطلاعات منتشر شده نیز از صحت و اعتبار کافی برخوردار بوده اند. علاوه بر این، میان محبوبیت یک پست و صحت اطلاعات آن رابطه معناداری مشاهده شد.
