چکیده
ماهیت پویای نظام بین الملل، لزوم همکاری کشورها برای تأثیرگذاری بر تحولات و معادلات منطقه ای و بین المللی را اجتناب ناپذیر می کند. ازاین رونمونه های نوینی از روابط، وارد مباحث تعاملات میان کشورها می شود که ازجمله آن شراکت راهبردی است. با وقوع چنین تحولاتی در نظام بین الملل نقش قدرت های میانی در شکل دهی به نظم بین الملل اهمیت پیدا کرد که در این میان روابط چین و ایران با توجه به همکاری دیرینه آن ها در این میان قابل تأمل است. بنابراین در این مقاله درصدد پاسخ به این سؤال می باشیم که ساختار نظام بین الملل چگونه بر عدم شکل گیری شراکت راهبردی میان ایران و چین تأثیرگذار بوده است؟ و فرضیه ای که قابل طرح می باشد: عدم درک مشترک ایران و چین بر اساس شاخصه های شراکت راهبردی در سطح بین الملل مانع شکل گیری شراکت راهبردی بین دو کشور شده است. هدف پژوهش نشان دادن تأثیرگذاری نظم بین الملل بر شراکت راهبردی میان ایران و چین است. روش پژوهش کیفی با رویکرد روند پژوهی است و شیوه گردآوری داده ها به صورت استنادی و با رجوع به منابع کتابخانه ای و مبتنی بر آمار و اسناد بین المللی خواهد بود.The Influence of the International Order on the Strategic Partnership between Iran and China
The dynamic nature of the international order makes it inevitable for countries to cooperate with each other in influencing regional and international events and equations.new kinds of relationships such as Strategic Partnership are the subject of discussion among countries. Such developments in the international order made the roll of middle powers crucial in restructuring it.So, in this essay we are trying to answer the question of how the international order had an impact on preventing a strategic partnership between Iran and China take place, and the Hypothesis is, the lack of a bilateral understanding based on the characteristics of strategic partnership between the two countries makes it impossible to form such relationship.The goal of this research is to highlight the influence of the international order in the strategic partnership between Iran and China.The method used is qualitative research with a studious process approach and the data will be collected through a supportive method and through resourcing in the library material and international statistics and documents.
