چکیده
هدف از انجام این تحقیق ارائه ی مدل گسترش عملکرد کیفیت در المپیاد ورزشی درون مدرسه ای وزارت آموزش و پرورش و مقایسه آن با اعتیاد موبایلی و اینترنتی در دانش آموزان بود. روش انجام این تحقیق از نوع آمیخته بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را کلیه دانش آموزان شرکت کننده در المپیاد ورزشی، مدیران مدارس مجری، معلمین تربیت بدنی و مدیران کل استان ها، معاونین تربیت بدنی و سلامت استان ها تشکیل دادند. در این تحقیق 35 مصاحبه به صورت حضوری تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انجام شد. در بخش کمی تعداد 420 نفر به عنوان نمونه تحقیق مشخص شدند و با استفاده از پرسش نامه استاندارد سروکوال پاراسورامان و همکاران (1988) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افرارهای اکسل 2010 و اس پی اس اس نسخه 19 هم چنین برای ارائه مدل از نرم افزار گسترش عملکرد کیفیت 2000 استفاده گردید. مهم-ترین نیازهایی که از مرحله مصاحبه و تجزیه و تحلیل پرسش نامه سروکوال به دست آمده بودند طبق نظر گروه کانونی به عنوان صدای مشتریان به خانه کیفیت راه یافتند و در ادامه 3 ماتریس گسترش عملکرد کیفیت، طبق پروتکل سازگار شده برای سازمان های خدماتی طراحی شدند. در نهایت با استفاده از مدل گسترش عملکرد کیفیت مشتریان نظرات خود را بیان نمودند و نیازهای افزایش انگیزه شرکت کنندگان و مجریان، مختار بودن مدرسه در تعیین محتوا و شیوه برگزاری و تجهیزات و امکانات ایمن و استاندارد مهم ترین نیازهای المپیاد ورزشی درون مدرسه ای از دید مشتریان بودند هم چنین در گویه ها و نیازهای تبلیغات و اطلاع رسانی مؤثر، افزایش انگیزه شرکت کنندگان و مجریان، مختار بودن در تعیین محتوا و شیوه برگزاری و رقابت های با هیجان و پرجاذبه، رقیب المپیاد ورزشی درون مدرسه ای یعنی اعتیاد موبایلی و اینترنتی در تأمین این نیازهای دانش آموزان بهتر عمل کرده و موفق تر بودند. سازمان آموزش و پرورش و مسئولین باید با اقدامات به موقع، در نیازهایی که از رقیب المپیاد ورزشی درون مدرسه ای عقب تر هستند، راه کارهایی ارائه کنند و چاره اندیشی نمایند.Presenting models in education sports olympiads and comparing them with mobile and internet addiction in students
The purpose of this study was to present a model for improving quality performance in sports olympiads within schools of the ministry of education and compare it with mobile and internet addiction in students. The method of this research was mixed. The statistical population of the present study consisted of all students participating in the sports olympiad, principals of executive schools, physical education teachers and general managers of the provinces, deputies of physical education and health of the provinces. In this study, 35 face-to-face interviews were conducted until theoretical saturation was reached. In the quantitative section, 420 people were identified as the research sample and were surveyed using the standard questionnaire of parasuraman et al (1988). Excel 2010 and SPSS software version 19 were used to analyze the data and 2000 quality performance software was used to present the model. The most important needs that were obtained from the interview and analysis of the servqual questionnaire, according to the focus group, went to the quality house as the voice of customers, and then 3 quality performance development matrices, according to the protocol adapted for the organization. Services were designed. Finally, using the model of quality performance, customers expressed their views and the needs to increase the motivation of participants and facilitators, the school's discretion in determining the content and method of holding and safe and standard equipment and facilities are the most important needs of the school sports olympiad. They were also effective from the customers' point of view in terms of effective advertising and information, increasing the motivation of participants and presenters, being free to determine the content and method of holding exciting competitions, and competing in the school sports olympiad. mobile and internet addiction have been better and more successful in meeting these students' needs. The education organization and the authorities must take timely measures to provide solutions to the needs of those who are behind the rival of the sports olympiad in schools.
