چکیده
اهمیت نقش علوم انسانی در تحقق چشم انداز بیست ساله کشور بر صاحب نظران علم و فنّاوری پوشیده نیست. بی تردید ارتقای تولیدات این حوزه از دانش می تواند مسیر پیشرفت عالمانه کشور را به سمت اهداف عالی نظام سیاسی هموار سازد. اما خلق این نوع دانش در کشور دچار نوعی کندی است و از کاربرد آن نیز چندان رضایتی وجود ندارد. در مقاله حاضر تلاش می شود تا پاسخی برای این پرسش فراهم آید که موانع ذاتی و عرضی تولید در حوزه علوم انسانی در ایران چیست، و نیز رهنمودهایی برای سیاست علم و فنّاوری کشور عرضه می شود.An Analysis of Barriers to Knowledge Generation in Field of the Humanities: Some Recommendations for Promoting the Capacity of Iranian Science Policy
The role of the humanities in achieving the goals of the Iranian vision is obvious to all policy makers and public managers. Increasing the number of scientific products can facilitate Irans movement towards achievement of this vision. Studies indicate that the generation of knowledge in the field of humanities in slow in Iran. The aim of this paper is to provide a reflecton on barriers to the creation of knowledge in Iranain studies of the humanities. Finally, some recommendations are put forward for promoting the quality of Iran's science policy.
