چکیده
بیداری اسلامی و در پی آن تغییر در نظام های سیاسی و بروز بحران در برخی از کشورهای منطقه، تأثیرات وسیعی بر تعاملات سیاسی و امنیتی منطقه خلیج فارس گذاشته، به نحوی که محورهایی از بازیگران منطقه ای و فرامنطقه ای در جهت شکل دهی تحولات به نفع خود در مقابل یکدیگر صف بندی کرده اند. این حادثه نقطه عطفی در شکل گیری ساختار جدید نظام منطقه ای خاورمیانه به حساب می آید، زیرا از یک سو به تغییر و جابجایی نقش، تأثیرگذاری و منافع بازیگران منطقه ای و بین المللی منجر گردیده و از سوی دیگر ائتلاف های جدیدی را در سطح منطقه به همراه داشته است. در این میان آنچه حائز اهمیت است این است که هرچند خیزش های جهان عرب در تمام این کشورها با منافع و سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در ارتباط است، با این حال میزان پیوند و تاثیرگذاری تحولات هر یک از کشورها بر سیاست خارجی ایران تفاوت هایی دارد. برخی از تحولات جهان عرب در محیط امنیتی بلافصل یا همسایگی جمهوری اسلامی ایران مانند بحرین به وقوع پیوسته اند و به طور قطع به گونه ای مستقیم تر و گسترده تر منافع امنیتی ایران را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهند. در این میان نظریه سازه انگاری می تواند به توجیه و تحلیل رخدادهای منطقه شمال آفریقا و خاورمیانه (بهار عربی) و سیاست خارجی ایران در برابر تحولات بحرین بپردازند؛ چرا که سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی در قبال تحولات اخیر منطقه در درجه اول متکی بر هویت، امنیت و منافع ملی قابل تبیین است. لذا نظر به اهمیت موضوع، پژوش حاضر درصدد است با روش توصیفی تحلیلی به تشریح و تبیین سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در قبال تحولات بحرین بپردازد.Constructionist Approach towards the Islamic Republic of Iran's foreign policy developments in Bahrain
The Islamic awakening and subsequent changes in political systems and the emergence of crises in some of the countries of the region have had a profound effect on the political and security interactions of the Persian Gulf region. so that the axes of regional and transnational actors in shaping transformations in their favor against each other. This issue is an important factor in shaping the new structure of the Middle East regional system, on the one hand, leading to a shift in the role, influence and interests of regional and international actors, and, on the other hand, has brought new alliances to the region. What's important here is that although the Arab world's uprisings in all of these countries are related to the interests and foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the extent to which the changes in each country change and affect the foreign policy of Iran is different. . Some developments in the Arab world have taken place in the immediate or neighboring security environment of the Islamic Republic of Iran, such as Bahrain, and certainly more directly and broadly affect the security interests of Iran. Therefore, considering the importance of the issue, we are going to describe and explain the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran with respect to the developments in Bahrain by a descriptive-analytical method.
