چکیده
یکی از تحولات اساسی در امنیت منطقه ای خلیج فارس در شرایط کنونی، میل به ائتلاف و اتحاد کشورهای عربی منطقه با ایالات متحده آمریکا به منظور مدیریت بحرانهای امنیتی منطقه خاورمیانه بویژه سوریه و یمن است. همکاری های آمریکا و کشورهای عربی خلیج فارس در شرایطی است که پیش از این در دوران اوباما، ایالات متحده به منظور رقابت با چین، استراتژی چرخش به سمت پاسیفیک در پیش گرفته بود و پیوندهای استراتژیک خود را با کشورهای عربی حوزه خلیج فارس به حداقل رسانده بود. پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش تبیینی- توصیفی به دنبال پاسخگویی به این سؤال است که بحران های سوریه و یمن و نقش ایران به عنوان تهدید مشترک، چگونه منجر به بازسازی اتحاد و ائتلاف کشورهای عربی خلیج فارس و ایالات متحده خواهد شد؟ یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که سه عامل نقش برجسته ایران درتحولات منطقه پس از روی کار آمدن دولت شیعی در عراق ، حضور روسیه در تحولات امنیتی خاورمیانه و خلیج فارس و منافع مشترک آمریکا و کشورهای عربی در مبارزه با تروریسم می تواند در تقویت همکاری ها و اتحاد آنها برای حل و فصل منازعات منطقه ای مؤثر باشد.Rebuilding the Arab-American Alliance to Confront the Gulf Security Threats
One of the fundamental evolutions in the security of Persian Gulf region in recent situations, is the desire of Arab countries to regional alliance with the United States for the purpose of managing the middle east with special regard to the crisis in Syria and Yemen. Cooperation between United States and Arab Countries of Obama`s presidency, united states, in order to compete with China, had taken the strategic bonds with Arab countries. This study, by the of specification and description, seeks to answer this question that how the crisis in Syria and Yemen and the role of Iran being considered as a common thread, would lead to the reconstruction of alliance and union between Arab countries of Persian Gulf and United states? The results show that three factors paly important role in reconstructing the said alliance for the purpose of settling the disputes; Iran`s eminent role in the region afther establishment in Iraq, presence of Russian Security evolutions of the region and Persian Gulf , and common interests of United States and the Arab countries in the war against terrorism.
