چکیده
استفاده از فرهنگ و به خدمت گرفتن ابزارهای فرهنگی در دیپلماسی در مقایسه با ابزارها و اهرم های رایج دیگر در روابط بین الملل دارای مزایایی است که مهم ترین آنها عبارت اند از مواجه شدن با مقاومت کمتر در جوامع وکشورهای مقصد، عاری بودن دیپلماسی فرهنگی از لحنی خصمانه در کنار جذابیت، حضور جدی تر بازیگران غیررسمی، نهادهای مدنی و اشخاص حقیقی و حقوقی غیردولتی. دیپلماسی فرهنگی بیشتر به دنبال کشف، تعریف و ترویج ارزش ها و منافع مشترک و جهانشمول و سپس، تأمین منافع ملی در چارچوب این ارزش ها و منافع مشترک است. دیپلماسی فرهنگی می تواند خلاقانه تر، انعطاف پذیرتر و حتی فرصت طلبانه تر از دیپلماسی کلاسیک و سنتی در بسیاری از حوزه ها طراحی و اجرا شود. دیپلماسی فرهنگی با سهولت بیشتری در همه لایه های جامعه رسوخ می کند و بر نگرش جامعه هدف نسبت به کشوری که دیپلماسی فرهنگی را به کار می گیرد تاثیر سازنده داشته باشد. بنابراین در این صورت قدرت آفرین نیز خواهد بود. مقاله حاضر ضمن معناسازی دیپلماسی فرهنگی، در صدد است تا به شاخصه های دیپلماسی فرهنگی ایران بپردازد. جمهوری اسلامی ایران قابلیت های چشمگیری در این خصوص دارد که به شرط استفاده بهینه از آنها می تواند به ارتقای پارامترهای قدرت نرم در سیاست خارجی ایران کمک کند.National Interests and Cultural Diplomacy Indications of Islamic Republic of Iran

Cultural diplomacy is exploring the define and promote common interests and values and universal and then, national interests within the framework of values and common interests. Cultural diplomacy can be more innovative, more flexible and even opportunistic than classical diplomacy designed and implemented in many areas. Cultural diplomacy is more easily spread in all layers of society, and the attitude of the population of the target country ,the cultural diplomacy is to have a constructive influence on target country. So in this case, the power will be done. This paper seeks to characterize Iran's cultural diplomacy. Islamic Republic of Iran in this regard have the significant capabilities that optimize the use of their condition can help to improve the parameters of soft power in Iran's foreign policy
