چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه کمک طلبی با خودتعیین گری و شکفتگی با میانجیگری درگیری تحصیلی، به روش همبستگی انجام شده است. بدین منظور از جامعه آماری دانش آموزان دختر دوره دوم متوسطه دولتی شهر تهران، که در سال تحصیلی 99-1398، مشغول به تحصیل بودند نمونه ای به حجم 539 دانش آموز، با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه های کمک طلبی رایان و پنتریچ(1997)، درگیری تحصیلی شوفلی و بکر(2006)، نیازهای اساسی خود تعیین گری دسی و رایان(1993) و مقیاس شکفتگی داینر و همکاران(2009) پاسخ دادند. داده های حاصل از پژوهش ، با نرم افزار SPSS-23 و AMOS-23 تحلیل شدند. یافته ها نشان دادند مدل ساختاری کمک طلبی بر اساس خودتعیین گری و شکفتگی با نقش میانجی درگیری تحصیلی دانش آموزان با داده های تجربی ، برازش مناسبی داشت. بین خودتعیین گری، شکفتگی ودرگیری تحصیلی با کمک طلبی رابطه معنادار وجود دارد. همچنین درگیری تحصیلی نقش واسطه ای در پیش بینی کمک طلبی بر اساس خود تعیین گری داشت. نقش واسطه ای درگیری تحصیلی در پیش بینی کمک طلبی بر اساس شکفتگی معنادار نبود. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر می توان گفت، میزان کمک طلبی تحصیلی دانش آموزان به طور مستقیم براساس خودتعیین گری و شکفتگی و به صورت غیرمس تقیم براساس درگیری تحصیلی دانش آموزان پیش بینی می شود.Presenting a structural model of help seeking based on self-determination and flourshing with the mediating role of students academic engagment.
The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between help seeking and self-determination and flourishing with the mediation of academic engagement by correlational method. For this purpose, from the statistical population of public high school students in Tehran, who were studying in the academic year 2019-20, a sample of 539 students were selected by cluster random sampling and responded to Help seeking questionnaire (Ryan and Pentrich ,1997), academic engagement (Schaufeli and Bakker ,2006), Basic Self-Determination Needs (Deci, and Ryan ,1993) And Flourishing Scale (Diner et al,2008). Data were analyzed using SPSS-23 and AMOS-23 software. The results showed that the structural model of help seeking based on self-determination and flourishing with the mediating role of academic engagement had a good fit with data. there is a significant relationship between self-determination, flourishing, academic engagement, with help seeking. Academic engagement also played a mediating role in predicting help seeking based on self-determination. The mediating role of academic engagement in predicting help-seeking based on flourishing was not significant. According to the results of the present study, it can be said that the rate of students help seeking is predicted directly based on self-determination and flourishing and indirectly based on students' academic Engagement.
