The purpose of the survey was to study the relationship between the rate of addiction to internet with academic motivation and social development. The method of the research was descriptive correlation. The statistical population included all high school students of Mazandaran province which consisted 99328 ones. 417 students were selected as statistical sample. Yang’s internet addiction questionnaire, with a reliability index of 0/95, Wailand’s standard growth development questionnaire with a reliability index of 0/92 and a researcher-made questionnaire with a reliability index of 0/86 were used as the measurement tools. Formal and content validity of the tools were examined and confirmed by the related experts. The data were analyzed by both descriptive statistics including frequency and percentile tables, mean and standard deviation, and by inferential statistics including Pearson correlation coefficient and t test. The results showed that there was no significant difference between boy and girl students in urban and rural areas, but there was a significant reverse relationship between internet addiction and academic motivation among urban and rural students. There was also a significant reverse relationship between internet addiction and academic motivation between boy and girl high school level students in urban and rural areas.
Identifying the Status of the Influential Components of Citizenship Education for Citizens' Cultural and Social Development(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The purpose of the research was to identify the status of the influential components of citizenship education in the direction of cultural and social development of citizens. Methodology: Mixed inferential method (qualitative - quantitative) was considered. Statistical population included all key informants, experts and managers of urban management and quantitative part of all youth between 18-25 years in Tehran. To select the samples in the qualitative part, snowball or chain sampling method was used to identify and select key informants and in the quantitative part, stratified random sampling method was used. Citizenship education and its role in the socio-cultural development of citizens was used and its validity and reliability were confirmed. Data were analyzed by SPSS software using descriptive and inferential statistical methods. Findings: The findings of factor analysis showed that attention to strengthening of legalism, attention to strengthening the spirit of participation, attention to strengthening sense of responsibility, attention to strengthening self-confidence, attention to strengthening communication skills, attention to strengthening civil awareness. And Conclusion: focusing on strengthening the problem-solving skills of naming is one of the influential factors in citizenship education for the cultural and social development of citizens. It's desirable.
ارزیابی نقش توسعه اجتماعی در تحکیم حس مکانی. مطالعه موردی: محلات ناحیه 10 شهر سنندج(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

حس مکانی ناشی از سکونت در محله های مختلف یک شهر متفاوت است. بالا بودن حس مکان در یک شهر بیانگر مهم بودن شهر برای ساکنان آن است که این می تواند برای شهر نتایج مثبتی را به همراه داشته باشد. برنامه ریزان شهری باید به مفهوم حس مکان به عنوان یکی از مولفه های شهر مطلوب بنگرند و برای نیل به آن اقدام به برنامه ریزی کنند. یکی از استراتژی های تحکیم حس مکان ارتقای سطح توسعه اجتماعی است. هدف از این تحقیق سنجش سطح توسعه اجتماعی در 4 محله ناحیه 10 شهر سنندج و ارزیابی نقش آن در تحکیم حس مکانی است. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی و مبتنی بر مطالعه کتابخانه ای و مطالعه پیمایشی است. در فرایند این پژوهش ابتدا با استفاده از نظرات 12 نفر از کارشناسان شهرداری و شورای شهر سنندج و 28 نفر از افراد دارای تحصیلات دانشگاهی ساکن در ناحیه محلات ناحیه 10 شهر سنندج وضعیت توسعه یافتگی اجتماعی محلات از نظرمعیارهایی همچون سطوح امنیت اجتماعی، انسجام اجتماعی، سطح اعتماد، دامنه تعامل، گرایش به ارزش ها و گرایش به هنجارهادر قالب مدل AHP مورد سنجش قرار گرفته شدند. در مرحله بعد با توزیع پرسشنامه سنجش حس مکانی در بین 377 نفر از ساکنان ناحیه مرحله دوم تحقیق نیز به پایان رسید. در مرحله سوم با استفاده از آزمون آماری پیرسون رابطه بین سطح توسعه یافتگی اجتماعی محلات و حس مکانی ساکنان محلات چهارگانه مورد سنجش و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج این آزمون نشان از وجود رابطه مثبت و مستقیم بین توسعه اجتماعی و حس مکانی را دارد. بر این اساس محله 1 که دارای بالاترین میزان سطح توسعه یافتگی اجتماعی بوده؛ دارای بیشترین میزان حس مکانی نیز بوده است.
Legal Analysis of the Competitive Dimensions of the Sixth Five-Year Economic, Social and Cultural Development Plan(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose : In order to achieve sustainable economic growth, the existence of a competitive market and equal conditions for all economic enterprises is essential, and in Iran the sixth five-year economic, social and cultural development plan has been designed for this purpose. As a result, the aim of this study was the legal analysis of the competitive dimensions of the sixth five-year economic, social and cultural development plan. Methodology : This research in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was a qualitative research with a descriptive approach, which in the competitive dimensions of the sixth five-year economic, social and cultural development plan are reviewed and analyzed. Findings : The findings showed that the sixth five-year economic, social and cultural development plan in several cases and clauses pays attention to creating competition in the market, and the government is obliged to provide competition for all economic enterprises in the country. The mentioned program uses variety strategies for economic, social and cultural development such as reducing the role of government ownership, accelerating the privatization process and economic transparency. Conclusion : The results indicate that if the variety strategies in the sixth five-year economic, social and cultural development plan are realized, we can expect change and transformation in the economic market and sustainable economic growth.
The role of green human resources management in realizing sustainable urban development (case study: Kermanshah city)

The aim of this study was to investigate the role of green human resource management in realizing sustainable urban development in Kermanshah. This study is practical in terms of objective and descriptive-analytical method. The statistical population of this study includes all citizens of Kermanshah (N=946651). The sample size (N=384) was selected using stratified random sampling method. Research tools consisted of two questionnaires: Green human resource management and sustainable urban development (social, economic, environmental). Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed using formal and structural validity and its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha for the whole questionnaire by 0/81. Data were analyzed using regression test in SPSS software. . Overall, green human resource management had effect on urban sustainable development in Kermanshah. At a significant level of 0.001 green human resource management has significant positive impact on economic development, at a significant level of 0.000 green human resource management, and at a significant level of 0.003 green human resource management had a significant positive impact on environmental development.
The Role of Educational System and Moral Teachings in the Process of Political and Social Development of Developing Countries(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)
Introduction: Human power is the most reliable capital of any country due to the power of thought, creativity and innovation. The expectation of any kind of development in the society depends only on the human power and intellectual ability of its members. One of the important components in measuring and evaluating human resources is the ethics and motivations of training and education. Therefore, in the following article, the influence of the political and social development process on the educational system and moral teachings in developing countries was investigated. Material and Methods: In order to achieve the goal, the present study conducted a comprehensive review of the sources related to the research keywords in PubMed and Science Direct, Sid, Noormagz and Civilica databases in the range of 2000 to 2022. Conclusion: People who participate in matters related to moral education, in addition to helping the organizational progress and ultimately the social and political system, also reach growth and prosperity in the individual dimension and promote social and political development. Therefore, it can be said that one of the important mechanisms for improving productivity is paying attention to the close relationship between ethics and education in the direction of social and political development. By realizing the abilities, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the educational system, the gap between the current situation and the desired situation can be identified, and based on the result, strategies can be formulated to improve it and eliminate the shortcomings. It is appropriate for political science theorists and government managers to include the interaction of ethics and education with society and its development among their key programs and goals and to invest in this matter as much as possible.

دستیابی به توسعه پایدار، هدف غایی و نهایی تمامی سیاست مداران و برنامه ریزان اقتصادی کشورها می باشد. یکی از دغدغه های مهم تصمیم گیران، کاهش شکاف توسعه میان مناطق و برقراری عدالت بین نواحی مختلف کشور می باشد. در کشور ما نیز برنامه ریزان اقتصادی و سیاسی در مرکز و استان ها طی سال ها کوشیده اند تا به زعم خود شکاف توسعه میان مناطق مختلف را به حداقل برسانند، با این وجود شواهد بیانگر نبود توازن های منطقه ای در کشور است. پژوهش حاضر با به کارگیری روش تاکسونومی عددی، شهرستان های استان کرمانشاه را در سال های ابتدایی (۱۳۹۶) و انتهایی (۱۴۰۰) برنامه ششم، به لحاظ سطح توسعه، درجه بندی کرده است. هدف تحقیق حاضر آن است که بررسی کند آیا اعتبارات دولتی تخصیص یافته به شهرستان های استان مذکور منجر به بهبود سطح توسعه ای آنها در طول برنامه ششم توسعه گردیده است و آیا سیاست های دولت در زمینه توزیع منابع، کارا عمل کرده یا ناکارا و تشدید کننده توسعه نامتوازن بوده است؟ نتایج حاکی از آن است که در تمامی سال های موردبررسی، هر ۱۴ شهرستان به لحاظ درجه توسعه یافتگی جزو مناطق محروم و بسیار محروم طبقه بندی می شوند. درجه توسعه یافتگی شهرستان های استان کرمانشاه، در سال های ابتدایی و انتهایی برنامه ششم بیانگر آن است که جایگاه شهرستان های استان به لحاظ رتبه توسعه یافتگی (به استثنای شهرستان کنگاور) تفاوت بارزی در طول سال های برنامه ششم توسعه نداشته است. به عبارتی، اعتبارات دولتی در طول برنامه ششم به بهبود درجه توسعه یافتگی شهرستان های استان منجر نگردیده است.
