Purpose: One of the indicators of economic development in the countries is the participation of citizens. One of the most important issues is the participation of citizens in paying taxes. Methodology: In this research, a model for promoting popular participation in paying taxes at the Tehran Tax Administration has been addressed. This study was carried out in combination; in the qualitative section, a sample of 20 individuals was deliberately targeted at experts in the field. The qualitative tool in the research was a semi-structured interview and a small tool for a researcher-made questionnaire. The statistical population of this study is 384 attendants and 254 employees of the General Directorate. A random sampling method was used. According to the opinion of the professors, the tool was selected through the implementation of 30 questionnaires and the determination of Cronbach's alpha The research used in this study was exploratory factor analysis, T test, Factor Factor Analysis and Verifiable Factor Analysis, which was performed using SPSS software and Lisrel software and MonteCarloPCA program and structural equation modeling technique (SEM). Findings: The research findings show that in this study 8 factors have been discovered to increase the participation and its model has been extracted and approved by the experts. Among these factors, technological and economic have the highest value and have been introduced as the most important factor for promoting participation. Discussion: these couple therapy approaches can be used as a useful strategy for creating coherence and creating a conscious relationship to the interaction of mental elements to improve couples' relationships.

Introduction: This study aimed to provide a model in order to educate professional citizens through knowledge-oriented era of Iran's education system. Methodology: The statistical population of the research consisted of all female and male principals and deputies of governmental elementary schools within cities of Tehran province (N = 11382). The sample size estimated to be 362 people based on the Cochran formula. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire based on a 5-point scale. Findings: Data analysis was performed by Cronbach's alpha test, Average Extracted Variance (AVE), Square root of AVE, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Exploratory Factor Analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Friedman ranking test. Reviewing the research literature for understanding the complexity and extent of theoretical and practical domain of the research in training professional citizenship, and also reviewing the models, theories, and the study components, a global model of educating professional citizens was developed including the components of philosophy, goals, Perceptual framework, procedure of implementation, and system of evaluation and engineering. A survey was conducted through 30 experts of this field in order to determine the degree of quality of the proposed model for presenting the final model through an evaluation questionnaire including the philosophy and objectives of the model, the theoretical foundations, dimensions, components, indices, and mechanisms for educating a professional citizen in the knowledge-oriented era of Iran’s education system. In addition, this questionnaire was confirmed with a scale of 4.64 out of 5. Conclusion: Using this model, the country's education and training system can provide knowledgeable, committed, skilled, and professional citizens for society, knowledge economy and knowledge management in response to the third millennium generation.

Purpose: The purpose of the research was to identify the status of the influential components of citizenship education in the direction of cultural and social development of citizens. Methodology: Mixed inferential method (qualitative - quantitative) was considered. Statistical population included all key informants, experts and managers of urban management and quantitative part of all youth between 18-25 years in Tehran. To select the samples in the qualitative part, snowball or chain sampling method was used to identify and select key informants and in the quantitative part, stratified random sampling method was used. Citizenship education and its role in the socio-cultural development of citizens was used and its validity and reliability were confirmed. Data were analyzed by SPSS software using descriptive and inferential statistical methods. Findings: The findings of factor analysis showed that attention to strengthening of legalism, attention to strengthening the spirit of participation, attention to strengthening sense of responsibility, attention to strengthening self-confidence, attention to strengthening communication skills, attention to strengthening civil awareness. And Conclusion: focusing on strengthening the problem-solving skills of naming is one of the influential factors in citizenship education for the cultural and social development of citizens. It's desirable.

This article addresses contentious questions concerning individual freedom and democratic citizenship education in the contemporary circumstances of multiculturalism. It suggests that educating children for civic equality is an ambitious aim for any democracy and not one that can ever be realized once and for all. It provides evidence that multicultural conditions can challenge the very aim of educating children for civic equality. It explains that democracies are variously multicultural and the varieties of groups make a difference in the kind of education and the progress toward civic equality that can realistically be expected at any time.

Purpose: The aim of this study is to model a citizenship education curriculum for students with special needs for digital citizenship education.Method: The qualitative methodology of the grounded theory approach has been used. The statistical population is experts and specialists in special curriculum planning and experts of exceptional organizations. Sampling was performed using the non-probabilistic judgmental (targeted) method. Interviews were conducted with research samples. To sample, the snowball method was used and the interview was conducted in a semi-structured manner with open and general questions for up to 15 people to saturate the data, but for more assurance, up to 24 people were interviewed. Finally, the factors were identified using the foundation data technique using Atlas ti software. An in-depth interview was used as the main data collection tool at this stage.Findings: Based on the obtained results, a total of 106 concepts and 21 categories or open-source codes were identified and extracted. The 21 identified categories were divided into 6 main datasets of the foundation.Among the identified factors, the axial coding paradigm was performed and based on that, the linear relationship was determined between research categories including causal conditions, axial categories, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, strategies, and consequences.Conclusion: The results show the importance of the content of citizenship education and training methods. Regarding teaching and learning methods, the formation of informal groups and monitoring of the activities of groups, learning in practice, and student-centered and participatory teaching methods are emphasized.
