چکیده
دولت رفاهی نوردیک به دلیل دارا بودن الگویی خاص از توسعه و نوسازی عموماً مورد توجه متفکران قرار گرفته است. بنیان توسعه در نوردیک ترکیبی از سیاستهای اجتماعی – رفاهی و تامین خدمات اجتماعی مناسب توسط دولت است. هدف این پژوهش فهم مدل توسعه در کشورهای نوردیک بر مبنای یک منطق ترکیبی – ناحیه ای است. سوال اصلی پژوهش حاضر این است که مدل توسعه هایبریدی(ترکیبی) نوردیکی دارای چه ویژگی هایی است و این الگو چه منطقی از توسعه را برای کشور های حوزه اسکاندیناوی فراهم آورده است؟ در پاسخ به پرسش اصلی، مقاله از طریق روش کیفی – توصیفی و با چارچوب جامعه شناسی اقتصادی، ضمن بررسی منطق اجتماعی امر توسعه در منطقه نوردیک، ویژگی های اصلی مدل هایبریدی توسعه در این منطقه را که شامل مدل رفاهی دولت نوردیک، پیوند سنت های اجتماعی با امرتوسعه، ساخت اقتصادی وسیاست خارجی نوردیکی است، تجزیه و تحلیل می کند. بنیان توسعه در منطقه نوردیک معنا سازی زندگی عادی و با کیفیت در جهان مادی است. برای نوردیک ها، توسعه نوعی سبک زندگی اجتماعی برای بهزیستی بهتر است که باعث شهرت مثبت این کشورها در نظام بین الملل و پیوند نام و برند این منطقه با توسعه شده است.Welfare State and Hybrid Geopolitical Aspects of Development in the Nordic Countries
The Nordic welfare state model has garnered attention from thinkers due to its unique approach to development and modernization. At the core of Nordic development lies a combination of social welfare policies and the provision of appropriate social services by the government. The aim of this research is to understand the development model in the Nordic countries based on a hybrid-regional logic. The central question of the current study is: what are the characteristics of the Nordic hybrid development model, and what logic of development has it provided for the Scandinavian region? In addressing the main question, the paper utilizes a qualitative-descriptive method within the framework of economic sociology, examining the social logic of development in the Nordic region. It analyzes the main features of the hybrid development models in this region, which include the Nordic welfare state model, the political economy of quality governance, knowledge-based services, and Nordic foreign policy. The foundation of development in the Nordic region is the meaningful creation of a normal and quality life in the material world. For the Nordics, development is a social lifestyle meant for better well-being, which has led to the positive reputation of these countries in the international system and has linked the name and brand of this region with development.
