چکیده
اقتصاد سیاسی حوزه ای نوین و میان رشته ای در مطالعات روابط بین الملل محسوب می شود. در این میان، مطالعه برهم کنش اقتصاد و سیاست در کشورهای حوزه اسکاندیناوی که دارای ساختار دولت رفاه هستند، از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. متغیرهایی مانند فرهنگ سیاسی و روابط و هنجارهای اجتماعی نیز به طور طبیعی اهمیت ویژه ای پیدا می کند. از این رو مقاله پیش رو در صدد پاسخ دهی به سوالی اصلی مبنی بر تاثیر عوامل فرهنگی-اجتماعی بر اقتصاد سیاسی کشورهای اسکاندیناوی ( با تمرکز بر دو کشور سوئد و نروژ) می باشد. نویسندگان با نگارش مقاله پیش رو در پاسخ به این سوال به این فرضیه رسیده است که فرهنگ سیاسی پشتیبان دولت رفاه به دلیل برخی ویژگی های فرهنگی در جوامع اسکاندیناوی، پس از افول دولت رفاه در اروپای غربی، همچنان به طور موثر وجود دارد. بر این اساس، مولفه فرهنگ سیاسی در تداوم حیات دولت رفاه در اسکاندیناوی، عاملی موثر بوده که به سبب کارآمدی تاریخی، چنین جایگاهی از نقش آفرینی رسیده است.The Impact of Socio-Cultural Factors on the Political Economy of Scandinavian Countries
Political economy is a new and interdisciplinary field in the study of international relations. The study of the interaction of economics and politics in Scandinavian countries with a welfare state structure is of particular importance. Variables such as political culture and social relations and norms also naturally become of particular importance. The present article therefore seeks to answer the main question of the impact of socio-cultural factors on the political economy of the Scandinavian countries (focusing on both Sweden and Norway). In answering this question, the authors conclude that the political culture supporting the welfare state continues to exist effectively due to some cultural features in Scandinavian societies following the decline of the welfare state in Western Europe. Accordingly, the component of political culture has been instrumental in sustaining the welfare state in Scandinavia, due to its historical efficacy.
