چکیده
زمینه و هدف: در حال حاضر توانمندی شرکت ها در حوزه تعاملات مالی به لحاظ ارتباط گسترده ای که با بهره وری آنان دارد، حائز اهمیت است. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی توانمندسازی مالی در شرکت های کوچک و متوسط دولتی ، تعاونی و خصوصی در دو مرحله کیفی و کمّی انجام یافته است. روش شناسی/رهیافت: این پژوهش با رویکرد آمیخته (کیفی کمّی) انجام شده است. در بخش کیفی از رویکرد داده بنیان استفاده شد. به منظور جمع آوری داده ها در بخش کیفی از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شده و حجم نمونه جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی این پژوهش به روش هدفمند و گلوله برفی شامل 17 نفر از اساتید صاحب نظر در رشته های مدیریت، حسابداری و مالی دانشگاهی به انضمام متخصصان دارای سابقه فعالیت در شرکت های کوچک و متوسط دولتی ، تعاونی و خصوصی (خبرگان تجربی) می باشند. حجم نمونه در بخش کمّی با استفاده از فرمول کوکران برابر 384 نفر برآورد شد که با استفاده از نمونه گیری خوشه ای در بین کلیه کارکنان شاغل در شرکت های کوچک و متوسط دولتی ، تعاونی و خصوصی استان سمنان انتخاب شدند. برای تحلیل داده های کمّی از تکنیک مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بهره گرفته شد. یافته ها و نتیجه گیری: مجموعه داده های به دست آمده بعد از طی فرآیند مستمر کدگذاری های باز، محوری و انتخابی، در قالب 458 کد باز، تعداد 63 مقوله فرعی و 8 مقوله اصلی و 6 طبقه سازماندهی شدند. نتایج حاصل از بخش کمّی نشان داد که تمامی مفروضات بخش کیفی مورد تأیید بوده و از نظر آماری معنی دار هستند. اصالت/نوآوری: مطالعه حاضر با ارائه الگوی جامع از توانمندسازی مالی ..The presentation of a Pattern for Financial Empowerment in Small and Medium Enterprises Government, Cooperative, and Private and Private Companies: An Integrated Approach
Background and purpose. At present, the ability of companies in the field of financial interactions is important in terms of its broad relationship with their productivity. Based on this, the current research was conducted with the aim of presenting a model of financial empowerment in government, cooperative, and private small and medium-sized enterprises in two qualitative and quantitative stages.Methodology/Approach. This research was conducted with a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) approach. A grounded theory approach was used in the qualitative phase. In order to collect data in the qualitative phase, a semi-structured interview was used, and the sample size in the qualitative phase of this research was based on a purposeful and snowball method, including 17 experts in the fields of management, accounting, and ufinance, as well as experts with experience on the topic. The sample size in the quantitative section was estimated to be 384 people using the Cochran formula, who were selected using cluster sampling among all employees working in government, cooperative, and private small and medium-sized enterprises in Semnan province. Structural equation modeling technique was used to analyze quantitative data.Findings and conclusions. The data set obtained after the continuous process of open, axial and selective coding was organized in the form of 458 open codes, 63 sub-categories, 8 main categories and 6 categories. The results of the quantitative phase showed that all the assumptions of the qualitative phase were confirmed and statistically significant.Originality/Innovation.
