شناسایی عوامل مؤثر در سرآمدی فدراسیون ملی تنیس روی میز در سطح بین المللی و ارائه راهکارهای اجرایی (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل مؤثر در سرآمدی فدراسیون ملی تنیس روی میز در عرصه بین المللی و ارائه راهکارهای اجرایی است. روش پژوهش به صورت آمیخته (کیفی و کمی) و از نوع استراتژی آمیخته-اکتشافی بود. مشارکت کنندگان در بخش کیفی استادان رشته مدیریت ورزشی و همچنین مدیران و کارشناسان خبره و آگاه در زمینه تنیس روی میز و سرآمدی بین المللی بودند (15 نفر). در بخش کمی نیز بر اساس معیارهای تعیین شده، از گروه مشارکت کنندگان بخش کیفی استفاده شد(12 نفر). از طریق روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و معیارمحور مشارکت کنندگان انتخاب شدند. جهت تحلیل دادهای کیفی از روش تحلیل مضمون و به منظور تحلیل داده های کمی از تحلیل سلسله مراتبی(AHP) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد عوامل مؤثر بر سرآمدی پنج مفهوم اصلی روابط و حمایت سازمانی، عوامل نیروی انسانی، عوامل زمینه ای، عوامل سازمانی و عوامل ورزشی هستند. در بخش راهکارهای مؤثر بر سرآمدی نیز سه مفهوم اصلی راهبردهای سازمانی، راهبردهای ساختاری و راهبردهای فنی-ورزشی به دست آمد. همچنین عوامل مؤثر در سرآمدی فدراسیون ملی تنیس روی میز عبارت اند از: عوامل ورزشی، روابط و حمایت سازمانی، ساختار سازمانی، عوامل نیروی انسانی و عوامل زمینه ای. برای سرآمدی فدراسیون تنیس روی میز در عرصه های بین المللی باید با نگاهی کلان و همه جانبه راهبردهای سازمانی، ساختاری و فنی را به صورت مستمر و یکپارچه پیاده سازی کرد.Identifying the factors affecting the excellence of the National Table Tennis Federation at the international level and providing executive solutions
The aim of this study is to identify the key factors contributing to the excellence of the National Table Tennis Federation at an international level and to provide practical implementation solutions. The research design employed a mixed-methods approach (qualitative and quantitative) utilizing a mixed-exploratory strategy. The qualitative phase involved the participation of 15 sports management professionals, professors, knowledgeable managers, and experts, while the quantitative phase involved 12 participants from the previous phase, selected using purposeful and criteria-based sampling methods. The qualitative data were analyzed using the thematic analysis method, while the analytical hierarchical process (AHP) was used to analyze the quantitative data. The study identified five main concepts that influence the excellence of the federation, namely relations and organizational support, human resource factors, contextual factors, organizational factors, and sports factors. In addition, the study identified three main strategies that were effective in promoting excellence: organizational strategies, structural strategies, and sports-technical strategies. Based on the findings, the key factors contributing to the success of the National Table Tennis Federation were identified as sports factors, organizational relations and support, organizational structure, human resource factors, and contextual factors. To achieve excellence at the international level, it is recommended that the table tennis federation implement organizational, structural, and technical strategies in a continuous and integrated manner.
