چکیده
مطابق آموزههای دینی و یافتههای تجربی،روش الگویی از کارامدترین روشهای تربیتی است.عالمان دینی در طول تاریخ تلاش کردهاند تا بر اساس توصیههای اسلامی نسبت به این شیوه،به عنوان الگوهای معنوی موفق برای انسانها ظاهر شوند.یکی از موفقترین این چهرهها استاد صفایی بوده است.در این مقاله تلاش شده است تا باروشی کیفی و مراجعه به آثار مکتوب و سخنرانیهای بجا مانده از استاد و نیز بهره گرفتن از خاطرات همراهان ایشان،زوایای مختلفی از این مظاهر الگویی در استاد صفایی در ابعاد شناختی،عاطفی و رفتاری تبیین گردد. استاد صفایی درزمینه الگوی شناختی،پس از مراجعه به دریافتهای حضوری و کشف استعدادها و نیازهای آدمی،برای دریافت پاسخ پرسشها به قرآن و روایات مراجعه میکرد و ضمن باز بودن ذهن نسبت به افکار جدید ،با بهره گرفتن از عبرتهای زندگی، روش اندیشهورزی را بجای تحمیل فکر، از طریق عملی و کارگاهی به مخاطبان به خویش ،منتقل میکرد.همچنین در ابعاد عاطفی و رفتاری استاد به واسطه شخصیتی که بلحاظ نظری و عملی یکپارچه و به لحاظ همدلی از ظرفیتی بالا برخوردار بود،توانست توفیقات فراوانی در تربیت انسانها داشته باشد.استاد با استقبال از ابتلائات فراوان در زندگی خود،بی آنکه از خویش بتی بسازد به منزله الگویی معنوی موفق در مدت حیات محدود خود ظاهر شد.Models and successful spiritual personalities in spiritual service (Educational dimensions of Professor Ali Safaei)
According to religious texts and experimental findings, the model method is one of the most effective educational methods. Religious scholars have always tried to appear as successful spiritual models for humans. One of the most successful of these figures was Master Safa'i. In this article, with a qualitative method and referring to books And the lectures left bythe master and also using the memories of his companions, various angles of these exemplary manifestations of master Safaei have been explained in cognitive, emotional and behavioral dimensions. Professor Safai, in the field of cognitive model, after referring to personal findings and discovering human talents and needs, he referred to the Quran and traditions to get answers to questions, and while being open minded to new ideas, using the lessons of life, he developed the way of thinking. Instead of imposing thought, he transferred it to the audience through action. Also, in the emotional and behavioral dimensions, Master Safai was able to have many successes in educating people due to his personality that was integrated in terms of theory and practice and had a high capacity in terms of empathy. Facing many problems in his life, the master appeared as a successful spiritual model in his limited life without making an idol of himself.
