اثربخشی آموزش مهارت های زندگی (حل مسئله، تصمیم گیری، تفکر خلاق) بر عزت نفس فرزندان شاهد و ایثارگر شهر تهران

چکیده
مقدمه: در سال های اخیر، مهارت های زندگی و آموزش آن توانسته است اهمیت خود را میان اقشار مختلف پیدا کند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین اثربخشی آموزش مهارت های زندگی بر عزت نفس فرزندان شاهد و ایثارگر شهر تهران بوده است. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقیقات نیمه آزمایشی است. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش شامل 15 نفر به عنوان گروه کنترل و 15 نفر به عنوان گروه آزمایش از فرزندان دختر شاهد و ایثارگر شهر تهران است که در جلسات آموزش مهارت های زندگی شرکت داشته اند. مداخلات به شکل 8 جلسه آموزش گروهی و هر جلسه به مدت 90 دقیقه اجرا شد. ابزار اندازه گیری پژوهش، پرسشنامه عزت نفس آیزینگ است. نتایج: تحقیق نشان داد که آموزش مهارت های زندگی بر عزت نفس تأثیر مثبت داشته و معناداری آن برای مقایسه عزت نفس گروه آزمایش و کنترل برابر با 006. بوده است. بحث: به نظر می رسد آموزش مهارت های حل مسئله، تصمیم گیری و تفکر خلاق تأثیر بسزایی در عزت نفس فرزندان شاهد و ایثارگر دارد و افراد را در ارتباط با حل مشکلات احتمالی که در زندگی پیشرو دارد یاری می رساند.The Effectiveness of Life Skills Training (Problem Solving, Decision Making, Creative Thinking) on the Self-Esteem of Martyrs and Sacrificers’ Children in Tehran
Introduction: In recent years, the importance of life skills and their training have been acknowledged by different social strata. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of life skills training on the self-esteem of the martyrs and sacrifices’ children in Tehran. Method: This research work has a quasi-experimental design. The sample included 30 female children of martyrs and sacrifices who were assigned into a control group (n = 15) and an experimental group (n = 15). They participated in eight 90-minute sessions of life skills training. The data collection instrument was the Eysenck Self-Esteem Scale. Results: The results indicated that life skills training positively affects self-esteem, and its significance was 0.006 comparing the self-esteem of the experimental and control groups. Discussion: It appears that teaching problem solving, decision making, and creative thinking skills has a significant impact on the self-esteem of martyrs and sacrifices’ children and helps them with the problems they face in their lives.
