راهبردهای اخذ میزبانی رویدادهای ورزشی در ایران؛ مطالعه موردی: بازی های نظامیان جهان (سیزم) (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
هدف تحقیق حاضر شناسایی نقاط قوت، ضعف ها، فرصت ها و تهدیدهای اخذ میزبانی بازی های جهانی سیزم در ایران بود. روش تحقیق توصیفی است و به شکل کتابخانه ای - میدانی انجام شد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل مدیران عالی، میانی و پایه وزارت ورزش و جوانان، ستاد کل نیروهای مسلح، کمیته ملی المپیک، فدراسیون های ورزشی، ورزشکاران و متخصصین صاحب نظر در حوزه ورزش های نظامیان بود. نمونه به صورت تصادفی و از بین جامعه انتخاب شد. به منظور تدوین راهبردهای اخذ میزبانی بازی-های سیزم در ایران از ماتریس SWOT استفاده شد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که شرایط اخذ میزبانی بازی های جهانی سیزم در جمهوری اسلامی ایران از لحاظ موقعیت استراتژیک در منطقه WO(محافظه کارانه) قرار دارد. منطقه راهبردی WO یا استراتژی محافظه کارانه موقعیتی در بین چهار منطقه راهبردی می باشد که سازمان در آن با فرصت های خارجی و ضعف های داخلی مواجهه می باشد و در این شرایط باید از فرصت های خارجی برای از بین بردن ضعف های داخلی استفاده نماید. با توجه به قرارگیری موقعیت راهبردی اخذ میزبانی رویداد سیزم در منطقه WO، به مسئولین ورزش سیزم پیشنهاد می شود از فرصت های پیش رو جهت از بین بردن ضعف های داخلی در زمینه اخذ میزبانی رویداد سیزم استفاده نمایند.Strategies for obtaining and hosting sports events in Iran Case study: World military games (cism)
The aim of the current research was to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of hosting the Syzem World Games in Iran. The research method is descriptive and it was carried out in a field-library format. The statistical population of this research included high, middle and basic managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, the General Staff of the Armed Forces, the National Olympic Committee, sports federations, athletes and experts in the field of military sports. The sample was randomly selected from the community. SWOT matrix was used in order to formulate the strategies of getting the hosting of Sizm games in Iran. The results indicate that the conditions for receiving the hosting of the World Syazm Games in the Islamic Republic of Iran are located in the WO (conservative) region in terms of strategic location. WO strategic area or conservative strategy is a situation among the four strategic areas where the organization is faced with external opportunities and internal weaknesses, and in this situation, external opportunities should be used to eliminate the weakness. Use internal ones. Considering the strategic position of hosting the Sizm event in the WO region, it is suggested to the officials of Sizm sports to use the upcoming opportunities to eliminate internal weaknesses in the field of hosting the Sizm event.
