چکیده
هدف از اجرای پژوهش حاضر بررسی میزان آشنایی و به کارگیری رهبری برنامه درسی دربین مدیران مدارس ابتدایی بود. روش پژوهش کیفی و از نوع پدیدارشناسی و از نظرهدف جزوپژوهش های کاربردی بوده وبه روش تحلیل کیفی انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش مدیران مدارس ابتدایی دولتی شهرستان ساری در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 بود. شیوه نمونه گیری هدفمند و به روش گلوله برفی بود. مصاحبه ها به صورت نیمه ساختاریافته تا به اشباع رسیدن پاسخ مصاحبه شوندگان ادامه داشت. نتایج نشان داد میزان به کارگیری رهبری برنامه درسی مدیران مدارس در بعدارتقای جو آموزشی بیشترازسایرابعاد می باشد و ابعاد اجرای برنامه درسی، تدوین و بازنگری و ارزشیابی برنامه درسی به ترتیب در رتبه های بعدی قراردارند. درپایان باتوجه به یافته های پژوهش، به منظور ارتقاء سطح آشنایی و به کارگیری مدیران بانقش خود به عنوان رهبربرنامه درسی، پیشنهاداتی ارائه شد.Reflections on the use of curriculum leadership functions by elementary school management
The purpose of this study was to investigate the use of curriculum leadership among primary school principals. The research method is qualitative and phenomenological and in terms of purpose is one of the applied researches and has been done by qualitative analysis method. The statistical population of the study was the principals of public primary schools in Sari city in the academic year 1399-1400. The sampling method was purposeful and snowball method. The interviews continued in a semi-structured manner until the interviewees' answers were saturated. The results showed that the use of curriculum leadership by school principals in the educational atmosphere is more than other dimensions and the dimensions of curriculum implementation, curriculum development and review and evaluation are in the next ranks, respectively. In the end, according to the research findings, in order to improve the level of familiarity and employ their role managers as curriculum leaders, suggestions were presented.
