چکیده
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی اثربخشی آموزش های دانشگاهی با تاکید بر مهارت های ورود به جامعه انجام شده است. روش: طرح پژوهش از نوع طرح توصیفی -تحلیلی است و گروه نمونه 200 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه دولتی ایلام؛ در سال تحصیلی (1400-1401) که به روش سهمیه ای با انتساب متناسب انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شاخص های ارزیابی «کرک پاتریک» در سطح یک بود. یافته ها: نتایج با استفاده از روش تحلیل عاملی و روایی همگرا و واگرا نشان دادند که ضریب معناداری تاثیر آموزش های دانشگاهی بر مهارت های تخصصی (0.95) بر مهارت های فنی (0.96) بر مهارت های عمومی (0.96) و بر مهارت های فردی (0.94) است. نتیجه گیری: بنابراین با توجه به تاثیر آموزش های دانشگاهی بر مهارت های ورود به جامعه براساس ارزیابی دانشجویان، آموزش های دانشگاهی با ارایه آموزش های لازم منطبق با هرکدام از مهارت های مورد نیاز ورود به جامعه برای دانشجویان، بر آمادگی آنها برای ورود به جامعه تاثیر معناداری دارد.Evaluating the effectiveness of university education with emphasis on the skills to enter the society
The aim of this research was to evaluate the effectiveness of university education with an emphasis on the skills to enter the society. Method: The research design is descriptive-analytical and the sample group is 200 students of Ilam State University. In the academic year (1400-1401), they were selected by quota method with proportional assignment. The tools used in this research were "Kirkpatrick" evaluation indicators at level one. Findings: The results using the method of factor analysis and convergent and divergent validity showed that the significant coefficient of the effect of university education on specialized skills (0.95) on technical skills (0.96) on general skills (0.96) and on individual skills (0.94). Conclusion: Therefore, according to the impact of university education on the skills of entering the society based on the evaluation of the students, the university education has a significant impact on their readiness to enter the society by providing the necessary training in accordance with each of the skills required to enter the society.
