ارائه الگوی ساختاری - تفسیری تعالی فردی معلمان (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی ساختاری - تفسیری تعالی فردی معلمان انجام گرفت. این پژوهش از نگاه هدف کاربردی و از نظر نوع داده ها اکتشافی آمیخته (کیفی- کمی) که در بخش کیفی، تحلیل محتوا و در بخش کمی، پیمایشی لحاظ گردیده است. مشارکت کنندگان در بخش کیفی، 19 نفر از مدیران و معاونان ممتاز و در قسمت کمی، 15 نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی رشته مدیریت آموزشی استان خراسان رضوی با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و قضاوتی انتخاب شده اند. روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده های مصاحبه، کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی با استفاده از نرم افزار MAXQDA 2018 و در بخش کمی رویکرد مدل سازی ساختاری- تفسیری با استفاده از تحلیل MICMAC لحاظ گردیده است. یافته های بخش کیفی شامل 134 کد باز، 13 کد محوری و یک کد انتنخابی بود و نتایج بخش کمی نشان داد که سه عامل هوشمندی، قابلیت های فکری و خودآگاهی با میزان قدرت نفوذ 9 بیشترین تأثیر و عامل اشتیاق شغلی با میزان قدرت نفوذ 3 کمترین تأثیر را در تعالی فردی معلمان دارند. توسعه قابلیت های شکل دهنده تعالی فردی می تواند زمینه مناسبی برای بهبود کیفیت عملکرد معلمان و تعالی آموزش و پرورش در نقش آفرینی هر چه موثرتر در مسیر توسعه همه جانبه جامعه ایفا کند، درنتیجه برای هرگونه برنامه و اقدام در جهت ارزیابی و ارتقای تعالی فردی معلمان باید به نقش کلیدی و پایه ای این عوامل توجه کرد.Presenting a structural-interpretive model of teachers' Personal excellence
Presenting a structural-interpretive model of teachers' Personal excellence The aim of this study was to provide a structural-interpretive model of teachers' Personal excellence. This research is from the point of view of applied purpose and in terms of the type of mixed exploratory data (qualitative-quantitative) which is considered in the qualitative part, content analysis and in the quantitative part, survey. Participants in the qualitative section, 19 excellent managers and deputies and in the quantitative section, 15 faculty members of higher education institutions in Khorasan Razavi province were selected by purposive and judgmental sampling. The method of analyzing interview data is open, coded and selective coding using MAXQDA 2018 software and in the quantitative part of the structural-interpretive modeling approach using MICMAC analysis. The findings of the qualitative section included 134 open codes, 13 axial codes and a selective code. They have teachers in Personal excellence. The development of capabilities that shape Personal excellence can be a good ground for improving the quality of teacher performance and education excellence in playing a role as effectively as possible in the overall development of society, therefore for any program and action to evaluate and promote Personal excellence The key and basic role of these factors should be considered.
