تاثیر هوش معنوی و هوش هیجانی بر خلاقیت با نقش میانجی خودشکوفایی دانش آموزان (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر هوش هیجانی و هوش معنوی بر خلاقیت با نقش میانجی خودشکوفایی دانش آموزان انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش توصیفی همبستگی از نوع تحلیل مسیر می باشد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانش آموزان دختر و پسر دوره اول متوسطه شهر زاهدان در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 به تعداد 6500 نفر که براساس جدول مورگان حجم نمونه 363 نفر برآورد گردید، روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای تصادفی که داده های پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامه های هوش هیجانی بارون(1980)، هوش معنوی کینگ(2008)، سنجش خلاقیت تورنس(1992) و پرسشنامه خودشکوفایی مازلو(1970) جمع آوری گردیدند. در نهایت، برای تحلیل های آماری داده ها از نرم افزار SPSSنسخه 26 و نرم افزار LISREL نسخه 8.8 استفاده گردید. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد بین هوش معنوی و خلاقیت با نقش میانجی خودشکوفایی دانش آموزان رابطه مستقیم و غیرمستقیم معنی دار وجود داشت. همچنین بین هوش هیجانی و خلاقیت با نقش میانجی خودشکوفایی دانش آموزان رابطه مستقیم و غیرمستقیم معنی دار مشاهده گردید. نتیجه گیری: این پژوهش نشان داد که خودشکوفایی می تواند در ارتباط بین هوش معنوی و هوش هیجانی با خلاقیت میانجی گری کند.The Effect of Spiritual Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence on Creativity regarding the Mediating Role of Students' Self- Actualization
Objective: The present study aimed to investigate the impacts of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on creativity regarding the mediating role of the student’s self-actualization. Method : This descriptive correlational research was conducted through path analysis. The statistical population includes all male and female freshmen (363 out of 6500 students) at high schools in Zahedan in the academic year of 2020 and 2021which were selected based on Morgan table. Data were collected through stratified random sampling using BarOn Emotional Quotient - Inventory ( BarOn EQ -i®) (1980), King Spiritual Intelligence Self-Report Inventory (SISRI-24) (2008), Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking (1992), and Maslow Self - Actualization Tests (1970). Finally, SPSS software version 26 and LISREL software version 8.8 were used to analyze data statistically. Results: The results showed that there was a significant direct and indirect relationship between spiritual intelligence and creativity regarding the mediating role of students' self-actualization. There was also a significant direct and indirect relationship between emotional intelligence and creativity regarding the mediating role of students' self-actualization. Conclusion: This study showed that self-actualization can mediate between spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence and creativity.
