The purpose of this research is to design a sustainable supply chain model with an emphasis on behavioral factors for foodstuff in Kermanshah province. This is an applied research. The literature review was the outcome of a library study such as books, journals, dissertations, articles, and so on, and the data were collected through a questionnaire which was analyzed by statistical methods. Regarding the subject of this research, the study population consists of managers and staff associated with the supply chain in Kermanshah food companies, involving 100 people. Having analyzed the data using the structural equation modeling and PLS software, it was turned out that the training environment, innovation, motivation, staff empowering, mutual trust and respect, as well as teamwork had a positive and significant effect on the sustainable supply chain with three environmental, social and economic indicators.

Supply chains have experienced rapid growth in recent years. Focusing purely on economic performance to optimize costs or return on capital can no longer guarantee development or sustainability in the chain. Hence, the concepts of green SCM and SSCM emerged to emphasize the importance of social and environmental concerns along with economic factors in supply chain programming. Using the SD method and considering KM , this study investigates the variables related to this topic and the variables of sustainable supply chain management and it determines the relationships between these variables and their impact on the research purpose. To achieve this, first, previous studies are reviewed, and the relevant variables are extracted and finalized according to the experts. Next, SD modeling is designed and various scenarios are defined by changing the effective values of the system. Eventually, several policies are presented to achieve the optimal situation. The optimal values for the ten main influential variables are extracted according to the expert opinion and the effects shown in the model are determined by these changes.

Supply chain coordination from supplier selection stages to customer delivery is among the issues creating the most challenges for supply chain management, especially for short-lived and perishable foodstuffs.  The current study aims to identify and rank the factors involved in sustainable supply chain in the dairy industry. In this qualitative research, by reviewing the theoretical literature and surveying specialists and experts, the factors affecting supply chain sustainability and the sustainable supply chain dimensions (i.e., economic, social, and environmental) were identified. The determined factors were then ranked. To this end, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used as a decision-making technique and the targeted snowball sampling method was used for sampling. In the qualitative stage, factors were extracted from open interviews with 15 academic experts active in the field of sustainable development and experts in the dairy industry. The social dimension with a weight of 0.493 was recognized as the most important dimension of the sustainable supply chain according to the researchers and experts in the dairy industry. After that, the economic dimension with a weight of 0.314 was in the second rank, and finally, the environmental dimension with a weight of 0.193 was third in rank.

This study will seek to provide the best and most efficient ordering policies for different levels of the perishable food supply chain in order to maximize the overall profit of the chain, and minimize social and environmental damage. Our supply chain includes a four-level supply chain of suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and retailers. In addition to the components of perishable products, the dimensions of sustainable development have been fully investigated and taken into account in the entire chain. In this study, due to the main nature of perishable materials, the statistical population includes 9 dairy companies and 9 meat and protein companies, which in total 18 dairy, meat and protein companies in Fars province, Iran, were studied. Network Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) was used to analyze the data and WinQsb was used to model and solve it. According to the results, the average efficiency of the supply chain of production and distribution of perishable products in the financial year studied by the research in the suppliers sector was equal to 0.9634. This average was equal to 0.9899 in the producers sector, 0.9903 in the distributors sector and 0.9707 in the retailers sector. Therefore, the average efficiency in the study shows that the most inefficiency problems of the studied companies are related to the supplier sector. Also, the overall average efficiency is equal to 0.9950.

Service supply chain management is a tool for predicting, planning, implementing, and controlling supply chain processes with the aim of meeting customer needs and gaining their satisfaction, which includes coordination, integration and product control, information, and cash flow within the organization and between partners. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the structural model of the performance of the sustainable supply chain of the service sector (experimental witness: Social Security Organization of the country). The research method was mixed (qualitative-quantitative) and descriptive survey. In the qualitative part, a semi-structured interview was used to collect information, and 15 experts in this field were interviewed. And in a small part, the opinions of 384 experts, managers, and employees of sample social security branches of the country have been used. The results obtained from the qualitative technique with the method of thematic analysis to the inductive approach (based on data) and the model of Brown and Clark (2006) indicate the extraction of 3 dimensions, 10 components and 47 indicators in relation to the dimensions, components and indicators affecting the evaluation of sustainable supply chain performance. He has served in the social security organization of the country. The findings obtained from the quantitative technique using structural equations show favorable reliability and validity coefficients, while the T statistic for all three dimensions is greater than 1.96, which indicates that the mentioned indicators correctly represent this structure. have been measured, and also factor loadings have a value greater than 0.7, which has shown that there is an acceptable correlation between indicators (observable variables) and components (hidden variables) with the main structure (economic dimension). In order to prioritize the dimensions of the supply chain performance evaluation in the social security organization, the best-worst BWM technique was used using LINGO software, and the results showed that the social, economic, and environmental dimensions were ranked first to third, respectively. In the end, practical suggestions for creating an evaluation and encouraging mechanism for sustainable actions in the organization, creating a system for measuring and monitoring the performance of the supply chain, etc. were presented.

Nowadays, supply chains are highly vulnerable and prone to various risks due to geographical expansion and the complexity of communication networks. Sustainability in supply chains is increasingly seen as part of supply chain management. Sustainability has become a necessity, and every supply chain needs sustainability. However, the supply chain has a breadth and complexity of indicators. This paper aims to provide a model for evaluating the impact of the sustainable supply chain on organizational performance and efficiency in the National Iranian South Petroleum Company (NISOC). This study consists of two quantitative studies and a qualitative stage by designing several questions and using a mixed research method. The qualitative stage uses grounded theory methods following a systematic review of the literature on sustainable supply chain management and its adaptation to the local needs of the sustainable supply chain in one of the country’s largest oil companies. The statistical population of the research includes all employees of the NISOC with an unlimited number, of which 384 subjects are randomly selected as samples. In this study, a questionnaire is used as the data collection tool. The questionnaire designed in this research is based on a 5-point Likert scale. Options range from strongly agree to disagree strongly. The research hypotheses are tested using SmartPLS software. According to the results, the organizational performance and efficiency in the NISOC are affected by the green supply chain, industry supply chain, macro policies, socioeconomic factors, organizational factors, political factors, technology, manufactured products, customers, and supply chain failures. As shown in this study, using sustainable approaches to the supply chain of the petroleum company improves the situation of this organization and increases its effectiveness and efficiency. Further, the performance of individual components of organizations increases due to the sustainability model in this company
