همگام با تحول دیجیتال و ظهور فناوری های نوین مثل اینترنت اشیاء، موضوع گستردگی، چابک سازی و مدیریت زیرساخت ها و شبکه های ارتباطی نیز با رویکردهای نرم افزاری، سرویس گرایی، متن باز بودن و مجازی سازی توسعه پیدا کرده است، به طوریکه توسعه شبکه های نرم افزار محور، از ارکان اصلی سفر تحول دیجیتال شرکت های تلکامی قلمداد می شود. از این رو نیاز است صنایع تلکامی ایران، آمادگی پذیرش و مهاجرت به این فناوری را برای مدیریت شبکه های نوین و پیچیده داشته باشند. پژوهش حاضر با در نظر گرفتن اهمیت موضوع، به سؤال سطح آمادگی پذیرش شبکه های نرم افزار محور در سفر تحول دیجیتال شرکت های تلکامی ایران به چه میزان است؟ پرداخته است. داده های این پژوهش از طریق پرسشنامه از 54 متخصص خبره تحول دیجیتال تلکامی در ایران در سال 1400 فراهم شده است. برای آزمون فرضیه های پژوهش از روش تحلیل عاملی تائیدی، آزمون ویلکاکسون تک نمونه ای و آزمون فریدمن استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد دغدغه های موجود، بیشتر در زمینه های تأمین امنیت، تأمین کنندگان و نیروی متخصص است؛ لیکن رویکرد مثبتی در پذیرش شبکه های نرم افزار محور وجود دارد. همچنین یافته های این بررسی نشان داد که توجه به منافع شبکه های نرم افزار محور در صنعت تلکام (99/5) در اولویت اول قرار داشته و عوامل اصلی به کارگیری (97/5)، تأثیرات تجاری (56/4) و موانع پذیرش (5/4) در رتبه های بعدی قرار می گیرند.
Regression Test Suite Minimization Using Modified Artificial Ecosystem Optimization Algorithm(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Now a day's software is the baseline for the success of any organization. There is a huge demand of quality software in the customer-oriented market. Regression testing makes it possible but it’s a costly affair. Regression test suite minimization is way to reduce this cost but it is NP hard problem. This paper proposes an effective approach for regression test suite minimization using Artificial Ecosystem Optimization algorithm. To improve its performance a modified Artificial Ecosystem Optimization algorithm is proposed for Test case minimization. To evaluate the performance of proposed approach experiment is conducted in controlled parameter setting on open-source subject program from SIR repository. The results are collected and analyzed in comparison to existing approaches using statistical test. The test results reflect the superiority of proposed approach.
Social Media Marketing to Enhance Customer Equity on Fashion Apparel Brand among University Students(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The motivation of this paper is to examine empirically the effect of social media marketing on value equity, relationship equity and brand equity on fashion apparel brand among Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) students who have high attributes of internet savvy’s and take delight in undertaking social media marketing. This study is backed by the use and gratification theory that creates desire for amusement and enhancement of information while people use social media marketing. Data was collected by means of Google Form online survey from a total of 361 respondents. The simple random sampling approach was utilized to collect data from the respondents and data analyzed using the SPSS. The findings indicated that social media marketing activities, which are entertainment, interaction, trendiness, and customization had a positive effect on customers’ equity among students. The results confirm that social media marketing is one of the key success factors in enhancing customer equity. Further, the results showed that interaction is the first concern among the respondents. In other words, the communication between the apparel fashion brands industry with customers is important and helps to create relationships so that customers can get more information about them.

The article considers the main aspects of the use of digital platforms as a tool for the transformation of strategic consulting in public administration. The study substantiates the feasibility of using the results of consulting activities in the implementation of strategic objectives by the executive authorities at any level of government. The ways and methods of organizing consulting activities on the basis of digital platforms for the purpose of informational and analytical support of management technologies of public administration and civil service reform analyzed. Based on the results of the study, a model of using consulting services in the public administration system was developed. The criteria of efficiency of realization project management consulting in the public sector, based on digital platforms highlighted.
Formation of an Integrated Approach to Conducting Financial Analysis of the Company's Equity Based on Aspects of Information Management(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Equity is the basic structural component of the development of any business, so it is important for an industrial enterprise to develop tools to determine its effective management. It it is impossible without conducting qualitative financial analysis, timely and effective adaptation of valuation approaches in the modern conditions of functioning of enterprises. The effective functioning of enterprises is impossible without the use of modern complex methods, which include not only a methodology, a system of indicators, but also modern technologies for their assessment, planning and control. Information management is one of these technologies. To solve the problems of the study we used the method of structural-logical analysis, methods of theoretical generalization and comparative analysis, synthesis and method of grouping of absolute and relative values, graphical method and information management methods. The result of the study is the formation of a comprehensive approach to the financial analysis of the equity of the enterprise on the formed system of four groups of indicators. These indicators take into account the state of equity, its efficiency, ensuring risks in the process of the enterprise and directions of financial analysis.

The article focuses on the relevance of the implementation of information and analytical support mechanisms in the activities of local state administrations. Information resources and information processes in general become the main prerequisites for the effectiveness of public administration and local governments. This requires public authorities to implement systems and structures of information and analytical support of government activities, new forms and technologies of information use, new technologies for its collection, processing and analysis, creation and interaction of information databases. Theoretical bases of functioning of information and analytical maintenance mechanisms of local administrations activity are substantiated; practical offers concerning the improvement of processes of their formation and functioning in system of public administration are generalized and developed.
The Use of Social Media Application as a Factor Influencing the Students' Decisions-Making to Enrol at Private Higher Education Institutions using Smart PLS(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

This study assessed the use of social media application significantly influence the students' decision-making to enrol at private higher education institutions (HEIs) within the Malaysian context. The underpinning theory applied in this study was the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA). A quantitative method, stratified sampling technique and systematic sampling technique applied in this study to test the proposed hypotheses based on a sample of 500 first-year students in their first academic semester at 23 selected private HEIs in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Data analysis was carried out using smartPLS software. The analysis outcome of the focal study had expounded a significant positive relationship between the use of social media application and students' decision-making as a direct relationship. Thus, analysis of the structural model had further verified that hypotheses h1 of the focal study were accepted. The result shows a significant positive relationship between social media application and students' decision-making indicated by a path coefficient of 0.630, t-value of 24.103, and p-value of 0.000.
Investigation of the Joint Effect of Economic Cycles and Industry Specific Sector on Credit Scoring Models(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

One of the most important risks that the banks and financial institutes face, is credit risk which is related to not-paid instalments or the instalments paid with delay by borrowers. Banks use credit scoring models In order to prevent this type of risk. The goal of this research is to investigate the joint effect of economic time cycles and the industry sector on credit scoring models we are seeking to answer the key question: “when should bank change their credit scoring models based on economic time cycles and for which industry sectors?”. The dataset of the research involves all companies that were applied for a loan in one of the Iranian major banks during the years 2008-2011. The companies have been divided into four industry sectors including “Industry and Mine”, “Oil and chemical”, “Service and Infrastructure” and finally “Agriculture”. Based on the sector of the industry and year, 54 explanatory variables, both financial and non-financial, 12 distinct industry sectors and time-specific data sets are built then classification methods were used to classify customers into two groups of defaults and non-defaults. Finally, we compared the results by Wilcoxon Test. The results show that the companies that are in the groups of Industry and Mine and Agriculture, need their own special credit scoring based on industry type model and time but two other groups don’t need of course in the studies dataset duration. Finally, the study concluded by introducing the credit scoring strategies for different four-cycle of economies

تنوعِ کاربردِ واژه دانش، مفهوم این اصطلاح را پیچیده کرده است و به تبع آن درک درست و تعریف مورد توافقی از اصطلاح مدیریت دانش وجود ندارد. همان گونه که در چرایی مدیریت دانش نیز تفاوت نظر است. این پژوهش، به روش توصیفی تحلیلی در تلاش است با بررسی کاربردهای دانش، تبیین کند که منظور از دانش چیست و چه چیزی با مدیریت دانش رخ می دهد که انجام آن را ضروری می سازد؟ ازاین رو؛ پس از بررسی ماهیت دانش در قلمرو ذهنی و عینی و کاربردهای آن، مدیریت دانش را که موضوعی میان رشته ای است از زاویه های مختلف مورد مطالعه قرار داده است و به چرایی مدیریت دانش، بر پایه استراتژی و راهکارهایی استاندارد پرداخته و در جمع بندی، بر کیفیت مدیریت دانش و مدیریت پویا و اجتهاد علمی تاکید کرده است.
آینده نگاری صنعت بانکداری ایران با تأکید بر نقش استارت آپ های فین تک در افق 1404(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

امروزه در عصرتحولات دیجیتال، فناور ی های مالی(فین تک ها) به بخش جدایی ناپذیری از صنعت بانکداری تبدیل شده اند. این فناوری ها آینده صنعت بانکداری را با چالش مواجهه نموده اند. هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی سناریوهای پیش روی صنعت بانکداری و استارت آپ های فین تک در ایران، در افق 1404 است. پژوهش برحسب نوع هدف، کاربردی بوده و از بعد روش شناسی، به دلیل استفاده از روش های آینده نگاری از نوع متوالی- اکتشافی است. جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل 17 نفر از هم بنیان گذاران استارت های فین تک و مدیران و خبره های بانکداری و فین تک است. با توجه به هدف تحقیق، از نمونه گیری هدفمند برای انتخاب نمونه ها استفاده شد و انجام مصاحبه ها تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. درگام نخست با استفاده از تحلیل مصاحبه ها و مرور پیشینه، تعداد 38 پیشران م ؤثر بر آینده صنعت بانکداری و فین تک شناسایی شدند. از میان پیشران های مذکور تعداد 4 عدم قطعیت های کلیدی، با استفاده از ترکیب نتایج دو روش تحلیل ساختاری و دلفی آنی شناسایی شدند. با توجه به ترسیم دو حالت ممکن برای هر کدام از آنها در آینده، 16 سناریو احتمالی به دست آمدند. در این میان، بعضی از سناریوها به دلیل تشابه با سایر سناریوها و بعضی دیگر به دلیل ناسازگاری پیش فرض های دو یا چند عدم قطعیت کلیدی با همدیگر، حذف شدند. بر اساس تحلیل ریخت شناسی از بین 16 سناریوی ممکن 5 سناریو باقی ماندند و سایر سناریوها حذف شدند. بدین ترتیب پنج سناریوی؛ بهشت فین تک ها در نظام بانکی،کوچ فین تک ها، فین تک های مصلوب، فین تک های مقاومتی و فین تک های رونده شناسایی شدندکه براساس نظر خبرگان، سناریوی بهشت فین تک ها در نظام بانکی، به عنوان سناریوی مطلوب در افق 1404 معرفی شد.

Information technology is becoming a basic tool for many industries, as well as creating an opportunity for direct active communication of all market participants, which significantly increases competition. As a result, customers have a very large selection of goods and services, fairly easy access to them, and significant price diversification. All this leads to new requirements for modern marketing. Modern marketing significantly changes not only the functions but also the approaches to business processes. A highly competitive environment requires companies to use a system of interconnected marketing tools using an integrated marketing approach. The paper is devoted to investigating advertising prices and advertising strategies of Google. The list of major Google products is analyzed. The relevance of advertising strategies to goals, ad placement, message creation, budget constraints, and ad delivery is determined. The difference in advertising prices in different countries has been studied. The cost per click analysis of European countries is carried out. Using the DEA model analyzed advertisement efficiency by VRS technology and input-oriented efficiency for European countries.
Implementing the Blockchain Technology in Islamic Financial Industry: Opportunities and Challenges(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Blockchain technology is rapidly gaining the attention of financial institutions around the world, especially among decision makers in Islamic financial institutions who are planning to apply this innovative technology into their institutions activities which could be an upright solution for their issues and challenges. This paper contributes to the emerging literature on financial technology by discussing some of the innovative applications of blockchain in Islamic financial institutions. In addition, this paper sheds light on the main opportunities and challenges facing application of Blockchain Technology in the Islamic financial industry and highlight the way forward to address these issues. Relying on the previous literature and analysis; this paper confirms the enormous opportunities for utilizing blockchain technology in various Islamic financial applications such as Waqf, Zakat and Sukuk. On the other hand, the main challenges towards implementing blockchain in this industry are the complexity of Islamic finance products added to the opacity of its application which end up with unclear regulations and lack of standards.

Mobile Banking has always been the focus of the banks to provide an alternative banking channel for the bank customers. However, the adoption rate was still relatively low and increased gradually over the decade. Thus, it is important to examine the factors affecting Mobile Banking Adoption to provide better insights to improve the situation for the bank customers to adopt it for banking purpose. In this conceptual article, the past literature related to the investigation of Technology Adoption was reviewed. Based on the review and also the understanding of the theory, this article further explores on the interactions of the constructs from Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) & Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), Perceived Trust, Technology Awareness and Mobile Banking Adoption. With the study of these interactions, it is very likely to create new avenues for future research.
Optimizing OLAP Cube for Supporting Business Intelligence and Forecasting in Banking Sector(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The data stored in data warehouse is used for making strategic decisions by integrating heterogeneous data from multiple sources at a single storage place, where data is used for querying and analysis purposes. With the advancement in the technology, Business Analytics and Business intelligence are being increasingly used in the financial sector for forecasting business decisions. Many On-Line Analytical Processing (OLAP) tools are being largely explored that can contribute to business decision making. Banking operation handles a lot of data as they operate daily. Subsequently, preparing of this tremendous volume of information requires instant and quick tools that can process the information at high processing speeds. Through this research paper, we represent the OLAP cube as one of the tools which can be used for business analysis. A case study of a bank and loan approval process is considered as one of the areas for implementation and analysis of business decisions using business intelligence which can serve as a key factor for increasing intelligence in the banking sector to make reliable business decisions. Higher management can forecast and predict various outcomes from the bank data warehouse using On-Line Analytical Processing technology which provided a multidimensional view of the data. Analysts can make business decisions by analyzing the reports and pattern trends in the graphs. Management can modify existing policies and procedures to increase the growth of the bank and can have a healthy competition with their competitors.
Challenges in Creating Business Value from Health Information Systems (HIS): A Hybrid Fuzzy Approach(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

For the last three decades, research on Information Technology Business Value (ITBV) has highlighted how organizations can create greater value from IT investments in different industries, including the healthcare sector. There has been some research investigating the business value of Health Information Systems (HIS). However, the current body of knowledge regarding the challenges in front of proper business value realization of these systems is limited. This study investigates the challenges of HIS business value creation using a combination of the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and fuzzy Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL). First, this study reviews the literature to identify the main challenges in the field. The outcome of this step revealed three main categories and 22 challenges, including technological (ten challenges), organizational (eight challenges), and environmental (four challenges). Then, this study first uses FAHP to evaluate the weighting for each criterion and then adopts the fuzzy DEMATEL method to establish contextual relationships among those criteria. We find out that technological challenges are the most crucial dimension. Moreover, we observed that “infrastructure costs” has the highest priority. Under the technological dimension, “maintenance costs” and “systems compatibility” challenges are the most critical since they are in the cause area and directly influence the HIS outcomes. Under the organizational dimension, “Change in strategic objectives” is the most important challenge. Moreover, “inter-departmental coordination”, “training costs”, “proficiency”, and “users’ knowledge” are affected by each other as well as influenced by the net causes. The outcome of this study shows that to handle HIS business value creation challenges, healthcare executives should start with infrastructure costs, maintenance costs, and systems compatibility challenges.
Accurate and Effective Data Collection with Minimum Energy Path Selection in Wireless Sensor Networks using Mobile Sinks(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

In many significant characteristics of the modern world, including particular industry, agriculture, and military applications, Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) have begun to emerge. Even though energy consumption is the greatest challenge confronting WSNs, it is essential to analyse the feasibility of the use of mobile components for the data collection on WSN networks. To collect information from their sensing terrain, WSNs use significant numbers of wireless sensor nodes. The method of acquiring data from the sensor nodes and forwarding this data to the node or base station is Data Collection (DC). In such methods, data collection is effective and efficient in data transfer for an extended WSN lifetime. The scientific and investigational analysis demonstrated that Routing Path Selection-DC has the robustness and low energy, is required to reduce the mobile sink's energy demand, which provides better results, and is adaptable dynamically to multiple situations, including the variance between the ground robot and the cost of energy. The research paper developed an approach that creates a data collection schedule that is collision-free where appropriate power limits are allocated and verifies its overall performance of virtual environment network latency.
Hybrid Weighted Random Forests Method for Prediction & Classification of Online Buying Customers(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Due to enchantment in network technology, the worldwide numbers of internet users are growing rapidly. Most of the internet users are using online purchasing from various sites. Due to new online shopping trends over the internet, the seller needs to predict the online customer’s choice. This field is a new area of research for machine learning researchers. A random forest (RF) machine learning method is a widely used classification method. It is mainly based on an ensemble of a single decision tree. Online e-commerce websites accumulate a massive quantity of data in large dimensions. A Random Forest is an efficient filter in high-dimensional data to reliably classify consumer behaviour factors. This research article mainly proposed an extension of the Random Forest classifier named “Weighted Random Forests” (wRF), which incorporates tree-level weights to provide much more accurate trees throughout the calculation as well as an assessment of vector relevance. The weighted random forest algorithm incorporates the C4.5 method named a “Hybrid Weighted Random Forest” (HWRF) to forecast online consumer purchasing behaviour. The experimental results influence the quality of the proposed method in the prediction of the behaviour of online buying customers over existing methods.
An Archive-based Steady-State Fuzzy Differential Evolutionary Algorithm for Data Clustering (ASFDEaDC)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

In the current paper, we have assimilated fuzzy techniques and optimization techniques, namely differential evolution, to put forward a modern archive-based fuzzy evolutionary algorithm for multi-objective optimization using clustering. The current work account for the application of a cluster associated approach. Specific quantitative cluster validity measures, i.e., J-measure and Xie-Beni, have been referenced to carry out the appropriate partitioning. The proposed algorithm introduces a new form of strategy which attempts to benefit the feasible search domain of the algorithm by minimizing the analysis and exploration of less beneficial search scope. This clustering method yields a group of trade-off solutions on the ultimate optimal pare to front. Eventually, these solutions are united and maintained in an archive for further evaluation. The current work summarizes and organizes an archive concerned with excellent and diversified solutions in an effort to outline comprehensive non-dominated solutions. The degree of efficiency is revealed with respect to partitioning on gene expression and real-life datasets. The proposed algorithm seeks to reduce the function assessment analysis and maintains a very small working population size. The effectiveness of the proposed method is presented in comparison with some state-of-art methods.

The aim of the study is to develop a set of organizational and pedagogical conditions for integrated training of working teachers and students of pedagogical institutions of higher education to perform labor functions, highlighting the role of teachers in the professionalization of the educational process in a Smart Environment. The article considers the main directions of transformation of the role position of future teachers in the professionalization of the educational process. The article has presented structurally functional model development of role positions of teachers in the formation of professional competencies of students. The development of the role position of the teacher has considered in relation to his professional and personal development and self-awareness as a subject of the educational process under the influence of a Smart Environment. The mechanism of realization of such model has offered by the integrative program which provides integration of formal and informal education and formation on such basis of new competences and development of components of a role position of the future teacher.

In an EPS lesson, the student can learn in three different ways, including learning by doing, observing, or thinking; the last method will be the subject of our study, the objective of which is to show how a debate of ideas (sociocognitive conflict), between a group of students will make it possible to construct learning through the educational mediation of the teacher? So by verbalizing the problems encountered in learning situations and concretizing theoretical behaviors (proceduralization of knowledge), students will be able to learn in an autonomous and responsible manner (self-management). This expected result is one of the purposes of competence-based pedagogy as well as the pedagogical orientations, namely to train a citizen capable of developing powers of analysis and reflection and the ability to adapt (the national charter for education and training) Control groups were planned to facilitate comparison of the results. At the end of the experiment, we noticed that the students in the experienced groups made greater progress than those in the control groups. The progress that has been made by the experienced groups confirms the research hypothesis that the learning built by the students themselves through a collective project based on the verbalization of actions and problem solving is not only more profitable for the students but also for the teacher
