چکیده
خلیج فارس ازمناطق استراتژیک دنیای سیاست است که از دیرباز بحران های امنیتی فراوانی به خود دیده است.پس ازرفتن انگستان از این منطقه،آمریکا خود را مالک خلیج فارس می داند. با توجه به نیاز فزاینده چین به انرژی،این کشور خود را به عنوان بازیگری فعال در بخش انرژی و بر اساس منافع و سود متقابل تلقی کرده و همواره آمادگی خود را برای گسترش گفتگو و همکاری با دیگرکشورها به منظور تضمین ثبات و امنیت انرژی جهانی بیان داشته است، لذا حضور روزافزون چین به عنوان دومین قدرت اقتصادی دنیا و مهم ترین رقیب آمریکا در قرن بیست و یکم شرایط ویژه ای برای سیاست خارجی آمریکا به وجود آورده است.تامین امنیت این منطقه که استراتژیک ترین حوزه منافع ملی ایران به شمار می رود،یکی ازدغدغه های امنیتی حکومت های مختلف ایرانی بوده وهمچنان نیزهست،لذا منافع ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در منطقه خلیج فارس درگرو رسیدن به توانمندی های تبدیل شدن به قدرت منطقه ای بی بدیل می باشد.پرسش اصلی دراین پژوهش این است که«ماهیت سیاست خارجی جمهوری خلق چین در قبال منطقه خلیج فارس چگونه خواهد بود وچه تاثیری بر منافع ایران خواهد داشت؟» وفرضیه پژوهش نیزاین چنین است:«خیزش چین در منطقه خلیج فارس و تلاش آن کشور برای تثبیت حضور خود در منطقه خلیج فارس، موجب افزایش قدرت منطقه ای ایران خواهد شد.»در این نوشتار چارچوب نظری «سیکل قدرت» به عنوان مناسب ترین چارچوب برای بررسی و اثبات نظریه فرضیه پژوهش به کارگرفته شده است.این پژوهش ازنوع توصیفی-تحلیلی و روش گردآوری اطلاعات به صورت کتابخانه ای می باشد.China's foreign policy towards the Persian Gulf region and its effects on the interests of the Islamic Republic of Iran (2015-2025)
The Persian Gulf is one of the strategic regions of the political world, which has seen many security crises for a long time. After the departure of England from this region, America considers itself the owner of the Persian Gulf. Considering China's growing need for energy, this country considers itself as an active player in the energy sector based on mutual interests and benefits, and always expresses its readiness to expand dialogue and cooperation with other countries in order to ensure the stability and security of global energy. therefore, the increasing presence of China as the second economic power in the world and the most important competitor of the United States in the 21st century has created special conditions for the foreign policy of the United States. Ensuring the security of this region, which is considered the most strategic area of Iran's national interests One of the security concerns of different Iranian governments has been and still is, so the national interests of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Persian Gulf region are in danger of reaching the capabilities of becoming an unmatched regional power. The main question in this research is "the nature of foreign policy" How will the People's Republic of China behave towards the Persian Gulf region and how will it affect Iran's interests? And the hypothesis of the research is as follows: "
