طراحی الگوی مفهومی نظام جامع آموزش کارآفرینی:ابعاد، عناصر و مولفه ها (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی الگوی نظام جامع آموزش کارآفرینی انجام شد. روش پژوهش، کیفی و مبتنی بر نظریه داده بنیاد است. جامعه آماری پژوهش متخصصان حوزه های؛ برنامه ریزی آموزشی، برنامه ریزی درسی، تدریس، روان شناسی و آموزش کارآفرینی، بودند. هجده نفر نمونه به شیوه هدفمند انتخاب و با آنان مصاحبه درحد اشباع انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده، فرم مصاحبه نیمه ساختاری بود. داده های حاصل از مصاحبه به منظور دریافت معانی نهفته بر حسب رهیافت گلیزری کد گذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی شد. جهت تامین اعتبار یافته ها از روش بازبینی اعضا و برای افزایش پایایی از روش های؛ اجرای فرایند نظام مند ثبت، ضبط و نوشتن داده ها، استفاده شد. شش بعد نظام آموزشی شامل؛ سیاست گذاری، برنامه درسی، معلم، دانش آموز، تدریس و یادگیری از دید صاحب نظران جهت دست یابی به عناصر و مولفه های نظام جامع آموزش کارآفرینی تحلیل داده بنیاد شد. نتایج نشان داد در بعد سیاستگذاری؛ نیازسنجی و تضمین کیفیت، در بعد برنامه درسی؛ استاندارد سازی برنامه درسی و بلوغ برنامه درسی، در بعد معلم؛ وی به عنوان برنامه ریز درسی و نیز مجری فعال، در بعد دانش آموز؛ خبرگی، توسعه شخصی، خطرپذیری و عزت نفس دانش آموز، در بعد تدریس؛ تعامل های پیوسته و پویا و در بعد یادگیری؛ یادگیری چند بعدی و یادگیری مستمر، از جمله بنیادی ترین مولفه های نظام جامع آموزش کارآفرینی می باشند.Designing a Conceptual Model of a Comprehensive Entrepreneurship Education System: Dimensions, Elements and Components
The present study was conducted to design a model of entrepreneurial education system based on the elements of the education system. The research method is qualitative and based on Grounded theory. The statistical population of the study was experts in the field of management and educational and curriculum planning, psychology, entrepreneurship education, which was performed using Purposeful sampling with eighteen of them in a saturated interview. The data collection tool was a semi-organized interview in which the Strauss-Corbyn inductive approach was used to understand the meanings and themes contained in it.In this study, six elements of the educational system including educational process, curriculum, learning process, educational policies, teacher and student were examined and tried to form the components of each of these elements in order to form Identify the entrepreneurial education system. Based on the research findings, the most important components of the education process element (interactions and dynamics), curriculum element (standardization of curriculum and maturity of curriculum), learning element (multidimensional learning and continuous learning), policy element (needs assessment) And quality assurance), the element of teacher (teacher as curriculum and teacher as active executor) and student element (expertise, personal development, risk-taking and self-esteem).
