طراحی مدل شبیه سازی توسعه معنویت سازمانی در سازمان های ورزشی (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، طراحی مدل شبیه سازی توسعه معنویت سازمانی در سازمان های ورزشی بود. اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف ﯾﮏ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ اﮐﺘﺸﺎﻓﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ آﻣﯿﺨﺘﻪ و ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺘﺪﻻل ﻗﯿﺎﺳﯽ اﺳﺘﻘﺮاﯾﯽ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 12 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن ﻧﻈﺮی (اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ دانشگاه) و ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن ﺗﺠﺮﺑﯽ (ﻣﺪﯾﺮان سازمان های ورزشی) ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮی ﺑﻪ روش ﻏﯿﺮاﺣﺘﻤﺎﻟﯽ و ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ ﺑﻮده و اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮدآوری دادهﻫﺎ، ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. جهت ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪﻫﺎی ﺗﺨﺼﺼﯽ، روش ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ تم ﺑﻪﮐﺎر ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. و ﺳﭙﺲ ﻣﺪل رواﺑﻂ ﺑﻪ روش دﯾﻤﺘﻞ آزﻣﻮن ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. در نهایت ﻣﺪل توسعه معنویت سازمانی ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روﯾﮑﺮد ﻣﺪلﺳﺎزی ﻋﺎﻣﻞﺑﻨﯿﺎن شبیه سازی شده است. ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎی ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ در ﻓﺎز ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار Maxqda20 و در ﻓﺎز ﮐﻤﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار های Excel و AnyLogic اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش 46 کد اولیه، 10 تم فرعی و 4 تم اصلی احصا شد. همچنین ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺷﺒﯿﻪﺳﺎزی نشان داد، ﻣﺪل اراﺋﻪﺷﺪه ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﺮآورد ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﯽ از آﺗﯿﻪ توسعه معنویت سازمانی در سازمان های ورزشی را اراﺋﻪ دهد.Designing a Simulation Model for The Development of Organizational Spirituality in Sports Organizations
The purpose of this research was to design a simulation model for the development of organizational spirituality in sports organizations. This study is done from the point of view of the goal of an exploratory research that is mixed with the research method and based on deductive-inductive reasoning. The statistical population of the research includes 12 theoretical experts (university professors) and practical experts (managers of sports organizations). Sampling is a non-probability and purposeful method, and it is a tool for data collection, interview and questionnaire. To analyze the specialized interviews, the theme analysis method has been used. And then the relationship model has been tested by the Dematel method. Finally, the development model of organizational spirituality has been simulated using the factor based modeling approach. The analysis of the research data was done in the qualitative phase with Maxqda20 software and in the quantitative phase with Excel and AnyLogic software. Based on the research results, 46 primary codes, 10 sub themes and 4 main themes were counted. Also, the simulation results showed that the presented model can provide an appropriate estimate of the future of organizational spirituality development in sports organizations.
