چکیده
ایالات متحده آمریکا از زمان تأسیس تا کنون با مشکل جدائی طلبی دست و پنجه نرم می کند. به عنوان نمونه، جنگ داخلی آمریکا (1861 تا 1865) پیامد جدایی طلبی 11 ایالت جنوبی آمریکا به شمار می رود که با شکست ایالت های جنوبی توسط ایالت های شمالی به نتیجه نرسید. با شکست ایالت های جنوبی در جنگ داخلی، گرایش های جدائی طلبانه به پایان نرسیدند و کماکان تمایلات شدید به جدایی وجود دارد و جنبش های جدائی طلبانه متعددی فعالیت می کنند. با توجه به اهمیت جدائی طلبی در آمریکا و تأثیرات ملی و بین المللی این پدیده، مقاله حاضر هدف پژوهشی خود را بررسی ریشه ها و پیامدهای جدائی طلبی در آمریکا تعیین کرده است. برای تحقق این هدف، داده هایی که با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای گردآوری شده اند با استفاده از روش توصیفی تحلیلی مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفته اند. یافته های مقاله نشان می دهد نابرابری، تبعیض، آزار، احساس محرومیت و استثمار منابع بزرگترین محرک جنبش های جدائی طلبانه آمریکا به شمار می روند. نظرسنجی های متعددی که در راستای گرایش های جدائی طلبانه در ایالات متحده انجام شده است نشان می دهد بخش مهمی از مردم این کشور به ویژه اقلیت ها و مردمان ساکن در ایالت های جنوبی خواهان جدایی ایالت های شان از اتحادیه هستند. اگر چه روندها و شرایط موجود نشان می دهد جدائی یک ایالت از اتحادیه دور از دسترس است اما در صورت جدائی ایالت های مهمی مانند کالیفرنیا یا تگزاس یا تجزیه ایالات متحده به چندین کشور، چالش ها و مسائل مهمی مانند چگونگی تعیین سرنوشت پایگاه ها، تجهیزات و سلاح های نظامی استراتژیک مانند سلاح های هسته ای، پایان ابرقدرتی آمریکا و تغییر بنیادین نظم و نظام بین الملل پدید خواهد آمد.Investigating the origins and consequences of separatism in the United States of America
The United States of America has been struggling with the problem of separatism since its founding. For example, the American Civil War (1861 to 1865) was the result of the secession of 11 southern states of America, which did not end with the defeat of the southern states by the northern states. With the defeat of the southern states in the civil war, the secessionist tendencies did not end and there are still strong secessionist tendencies and numerous secessionist movements are active. Considering the importance of separatism in America and the national and international effects of this phenomenon, this article has determined its research goal to investigate the origins and consequences of separatism in America. In order to achieve this goal, the data collected using library resources have been examined and analyzed using the descriptive-analytical method. The results of the article show that inequality, discrimination, harassment, feeling of deprivation and exploitation of resources are the biggest drivers of separatist movements in America. Although the existing trends and conditions show that the separation of a state from the Union is far from reach, but in the case of the separation of important states such as California or Texas or the division of the United States into several countries, important challenges and issues such as how to determine the fate of strategic military bases, equipment and weapons Like nuclear weapons, the end of America's superpower and the fundamental change of the international order will emerge.
