چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف تعیین تاثیر اﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩﻩ اﺯ ﭘﻠﺘﻔﺮﻡ ﻫﺎی ﻓﺮﻭﺵ برخط ﺑﺮ ﺑﻬﺒﻮﺩ کﺴﺐ ﻭکﺎﺭ ﻣﺸﺎﻏﻞ ﻏیﺮ ﺭﺳﻤی به صورت یک پژوهش پس رویدادی از نوع علی مقایسه ای انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه دستفروشان سطح شهر کرج و نمونه پژوهش، 150 نفر از دستفروشان جامعه آماری می باشد که بر اساس تعیین حجم نمونه با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری تعیین حجم نمونه Gpower تعیین و با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند و با استفاده از پرسش نامه استاندارد عملکرد کسب و کار مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. به منظور بررسی فرضیات تحقیق از تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره و تک متغیره با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 26 استفاده شد. بررسی نتایج تحقیق نشان داد عملکرد کسب و کار دستفروشان که از پلتفورم های فروش برخط استفاده می کنند در مقایسه با دستفروشانی که از این پلتفورم ها استفاده نمی کنند بیشتر می باشد. لذا با توجه به نتایج تحقیق می توان بیان کرد استفاده از بستر فضای مجازی و پلتفورم های فروش برخط می تواند باعث بهبود عملکرد کسب کار در افراد شاغل در مشاغل غیر رسمی گردد.Evaluating the impact of using online sales platforms on improving informal jobs in Karaj metropolis
This research was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of using online sales platforms on the improvement of informal jobs in the form of a post-event comparative causal research. The statistical population of this research includes all peddlers in the city of Karaj and the research sample is 150 peddlers of the statistical population who were selected based on the determination of the sample size using Gpower statistical software to determine the sample size and were selected by simple random sampling. The use of standard business performance questionnaires were investigated. In order to check the hypotheses of the research, multivariate and univariate analysis of variance was used using SPSS version 26 software. Examining the results of the research showed that the business performance of peddlers who use online sales platforms is higher compared to peddlers who do not use these platforms. Therefore, according to the results of the research, it can be said that the use of virtual space and online sales platforms can improve the business performance of people working in informal jobs.
