چکیده
دانشگاه علامه طباطبائی به عنوان زادگاه مطالعات حقوق رسانه در کشور، باید متناسب با سرعت و حجم بالای تحولات عرصه فناوری اطلاعات و چالش های حقوقی ناشی از آن ، برنامه ریزی و محتوای آموزشی رشته حقوق ارتباطات را روزآمد و کارآمد کند. هدف این پژوهش کمک به همگام سازی آموزش حقوق ارتباطات با تغییرات پویای اجتماعی در کشور است. این مقاله درصدد پاسخ به این پرسش است که جایگاه مطالعات رسانه های نوین در دانشگاه های هاروارد؛ آکسفورد و کمبریج چیست و چگونه می توان از برآیند این بررسیِ تطبیقی به ارائه الگوی مطلوب برای دانشگاه علامه طباطبائی رسید؟ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﭼﮕﻮﻧﮕﯽ ﮔﺮدآوری داده ﻫﺎ «ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪ ای» و ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ «ﺗﻮﺻﯿفی» و «تبیینی» است. براساس یافته های این تحقیق، برنامه آموزشی دانشکده حقوق هاروارد نسبت به دانشگاه های آکسفورد و کمبریج از انعطاف و تنوع بیشتری برخوردار است. در این دانشکده تمرکز اصلی در درجه اول بر تربیت وکلای حرفه ای است و تربیت پژوهشگران و سیاست گذاران حقوقی اولویت دوم است اما در برنامه آموزشی دو دانشگاه انگلیسی، شاهد فاصله گرفتن از تخصص گرایی محض و تدریس محتوای چند رشته ای هستیم. گفتنی است که براساسِ مطالعه برنامه دانشکده های حقوق سطح یک دنیا، برنامه آموزشی رشته حقوق ارتباطات در دانشگاه علامه طباطبائی نیازمند بازنگری و به روز رسانی جدی است.New Media Studies at Harvard universities; Oxford and Cambridge Presenting the ideal model for Allameh Tabataba'i University (ATU)
Advances in information and communication technologies have posed a number of challenges and legal issues that have also affected the discipline of communication law. Therefore, this study seeks to investigate the discipline of communication law in the world one-ranked universities and adaption and benefit of its findings in the curriculum of the Iranian higher education system. Since Allameh Tabataba'i University is the birthplace of this educational field, it can also be a place for its growth to review which in terms of criteria of efficiency and being up-to-date and with a local-global approach. The method of data collection in this research is library, and data obtained have been studied by descriptive and explanatory methods with an interdisciplinary approach. According to this study, both groups of the studied faculties presented their educational content in an innovative way. But in general, American universities offer more specialized education and newer courses, and practical experience is more important to students. The curriculum of American law schools is more flexible and diverse than English law schools. In curriculum of some college, staying away from pure specialization and teaching multidisciplinary content is significant.
