چکیده
منطقه آسیای مرکزی را باید از نظر ژئوپلتیک یک خرده نظام بین المللی محسوب نمود و آن را به صورت یک کلیت واحد در نظر گرفت. هر چه زمان بیشتر می گذرد یکپارچگی هویت آسیای مرکزی و پیوستگی تحولات آن با همدیگر بیشتر روشن می گردد. رویکرد منطقه ای و کسب هویت یکپارچه از الزامات موفقیت سیاست های هر یک از کشورهای منطقه برای پیشرفت و توسعه محسوب می شود، چرا که ماهیت بسیاری از تحولات موجود در هر یک از این کشورها ماهیت فراملی داشته و سطح منطقه را پوشش می دهد. در این مقاله تلاش شد تا با در نظر گرفتن یک ایدئولوژی سیاسی- اسلامی به این سوال پاسخ داده شود که هویت وساختار سیاسی آسیای مرکزی از جمله تاجیکستان چیست؟ روش پژوهش تحلیلی- تبیینی بوده و با بهره گیری از منابع کتابخانه ای و نظری، به شناسایی و تحلیل منطقی اجزاء مساله خواهد پرداخت. در نهایت چنین نتیجه گیری شد که در تحلیل وضعیت سیاسی جمهوری های آسیای مرکزی آنچه بیش از همه باید به آن توجه نمود، پرهیز کردن از یکسان انگاری سیر تحولات در این کشورها و تحلیل بر اساس یک الگوی ثابت است. مولفه های تاثیرگذار بر هویت وساختار سیاسی آسیای مرکزی از جمله تاجیکستان تمامی عوامل و جریان های داخلی اعم از سیاسی، اقتصادی، امنیتی، جغرافیایی را شامل شده است. سیاست خارجی تاجیکستان در خلاء شکل نخواهد گرفت، بلکه معلول بستر، بافت و شرایط فرهنگی، اجتماعی، جغرافیایی و اقتصادی خاص این کشور است..Identity and political structure in Central Asia with an emphasis on Tajikistan
The Central Asian region must be considered geopolitically an international sub-system and considered as a single entity. As time goes on, the integrity of Central Asian identity and the continuity of its developments become clearer. The regional approach and the acquisition of an integrated identity are among the requirements for the success of the policies of each of the countries in the region for progress and development, because the nature of many developments in each of these countries is transnational in nature and covers the region. In this article, an attempt has been made to answer the question of what is the identity and political structure of Central Asia, including Tajikistan, by considering a political-Islamic ideology? The research method is analytical-explanatory and by using library and theoretical resources, it will identify and analyze the logical components of the problem. Finally, it was concluded that in analyzing the political situation of the Central Asian republics, what needs to be considered the most is to avoid the monopolization of developments in these countries and to analyze them on the basis of a fixed model. The components influencing the identity and political structure of Central Asia, including Tajikistan, include all internal factors and currents, including political, economic, security, and geographical. Tajikistan's foreign policy will not be shaped by a vacuum, but by the context, context, and specific cultural, social, geographical, and economic conditions of the country.
