چکیده
استدلال اصلی این مقاله بر این مبنا استوار است که نظریّه های کلان روابط بین الملل از تحلیل بسیاری از ابعاد و زوایای موضوعات فرازمانی و فرامکانی (جنگ و صلح) و همچنین دغدغه های جدید (مشکلات محیط زیستی، شیوع بیماری های واگیردار، ماهیّت جنگ های آینده و وضعیّت قربانیان درآن و ...) بازمانده اند. این موضوع سبب شده است تا جهان بینی هایی شکل گیرند که اساس مساله شناخت در روابط بین الملل را به چالش کشند. رویکردهای اخیر، وضع موجود را یا به این دلیل که وضعیّت مطلوب نبوده و یا ارتباط مستقیمی با قدرت دارد؛ نپدیرفته و عملاً باعث ایجاد خلأ در نظریّه پردازی برای رشته روابط بین الملل گشته اند. در این بین، اندیشمندان دین مبین اسلام، با طراحی واقعیّت های صحنه روابط بین الملل، امکان نظریّه پردازی اسلامی برای روابط بین الملل را در اخذ مواضع متعادل اسلامی بین دو طیف واقع گرایی و آرمان گرایی می دانند. اسلام، برای انسان این هویّت را قائل گردیده است تا صحنه روابط بین الملل را بدون هیچ گونه تأثیر و تأثر از ملاحظات قدرت بشناسد و منابع شناخت از عقل گرفته تا وحی و فقه را در راستای تأمین عدالت و سعادت انسان و جامعه معرفی نماید.Crisis in international relations theories; suitable infrastructures for Islamic theories
The main argument of this article is based on the belief that the grand theories of international relations cannot analyze many aspects and dimensions of topics such as war and peace and also new concerns such as environmental problems, communicable diseases, the nature of war in future and the status of its victims in those. This has led to different worldviews to challenge the problem of knowledge in international relations. Current trends do not accept the status quo either because the situation is not desirable or direct connection to power. In fact, these theories create a vacuum in the field of international relations to theorizing. On the other hand, scholars of Islam assess the possibility of providing Islamic theories for International relations in obtaining a balanced position between realism and idealism. Islam, respect for human to understand the field of international relations, without influenced by considerations of power and introduce resources of knowledge such as revelation and wisdom to society towards justice and prosperity. Therefore, the main purpose of Islam theorizing in international relations is achieving justice, freedom and prosperity.
