Modeling the Agility of Education Departments with a Digital Transformation Approach(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide a model of organizational agility in Fars education departments with a digital transformation approach. Methodology: This study is applied research from the perspective of the purpose of agile modeling of education departments' digital transformation strategy. Based on the data collection method, it is mixed research that was done by qualitative-quantitative methods. The participants include experts familiar with the structure and organizational relationships in education. Using the purposive sampling method, 15 people participated in this study. The main tools for collecting data are interviews and questionnaires. The interview consisted of 6 initial questions in a semi-structured manner. Content analysis has been used to identify the underlying categories of the research. The structural-interpretive modeling method has been used to design the initial model. Data were performed in the qualitative phase with ATLAS TI software and the quantitative phase with MicMac software. Results: Using qualitative analysis, the views of experts were identified through content analysis, and 5 categories and 19 components were identified. Then, based on the interpretive structural model, a model was designed for organizational agility of the Department of Education. There are 5 main themes of maturity, visionary leadership, structural flexibility, knowledge-based and socialism, and 19 organizing themes in this model. Conclusion: Education as a knowledge-creating organization acts in a coordinated and directional manner by creating an agile environment, thus providing the necessary platform for increasing the flow of information to create new knowledge and increase added value in its economic fields.

The Effect of Architectural Design Parameters on IEQ in Accomplishing School Smartification(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose : The study aims to study the effect of architectural design parameters on IEQ in accomplishing school smartification. Method : The research was conducted in school buildings located in Tabriz, Iran. The indicators chosen to represent IEQ are the adaptive PMV model used for thermal comfort, imageless daylight glare probability used for visual comfort, and CO2 concentration used for IAQ assessment. The simulation technique was used to collect data for a generative parametric school model. The method of data analysis includes a multivariate linear regression algorithm, t-test statistic, and one-way analysis of variance. The studied variables are dimensions of classrooms with the fixed area, Percentage of window area on a wall, window height, Shading, and protrusions in plan design. The stepwise method for multivariate linear regression in SPSS was used to assess the vital IEQ indicator in terms of thermal and visual comfort and CO2 concentration. Findings : The study found that among studied indicators, the south facade window ratio significantly correlates with IEQ. The other CRI parameters are the north window ratio and north window height. the findings revealed that to increase the IEQ in schools, facade design is more critical than the plan. The higher the window surface on the south, north, west, and east faces, the greater the thermal comfort and glare probability is. Conclusion : However, increasing the height of the windows can reduce glare and also increase thermal comfort. Thermal comfort improves as the length of the southern classrooms rises. On the bright side, it has no noticeable glare effect.

Purpose : Customer experience management is one of the most important activities for managers who are trying to grow and develop to achieve a favorable competitive position. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the dimensions of customer experience in the process of using electronic services in information technology organizations (Hamrah-e-Aval). Method : The method of this study is quantitative. In this regard, a questionnaire was designed and distributed among the statistical population by the available sampling method. The data analysis method is structural equation modeling and the software used is SPSS25 and SMART PLS 3.0. Findings : Findings show that awareness is the first step in managing customer experience. The second step deals with the active organizational actor. The third step, or evaluation, is based on service characteristics and service arrangements. The fourth step (buying decision). Purchasing and the resulting experience is the fifth step. Step 6 (Use) is a function of activities including delivery and use. The seventh step is to repeat the purchase, complain or not react to the use of the product (service). Finally, the customer's secondary response is the last step of the customer experience model. Conclusion : Based on the findings of the present study, information interface can play a decisive role in shaping customer experiences. Therefore, it is suggested that in the active businesses in the information and communication technology industry, by studying the media and customer information tools, the most optimal and effective tools should be selected and used.

Purpose: The research is intended to extract repetitive themes in the field of semantic-rich learning and to express the basic opportunities and challenges therein. Method: The method applied was to review the articles published in the WOS database, during the years 2000 to 2020 by using the paradigm funnel technique; moreover the Nvivo software was used for document analysis and theme extraction. Findings: In the study, it was found that establishing access to appropriate educational content, proper analysis and representation of knowledge, human capabilities enhancement, personalization of learning, and improving the quality of assessment, are the most important positive effects of using STs in learning; Also, in this study, nine themes and seven major challenges in the field of semantic-rich learning were identified. Conclusion: personalization and adaptation, and the development of various ontologies, are the most cited themes; and access to learning content and concerns about the design and development of learning systems are the most important challenges facing semantic-rich learning environments. We believe that in order to overcome the enumerated challenges, the combination of STs with other emerging cognitive and communication technologies, such as IoT, is necessary and could be the subject of future research in this field.

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the model for removing obstacles and executive mechanisms to implement servant leadership in the health insurance organization to achieve the digital health system. Method: The present research has been exploratory and qualitative. Content analysis method has been used to identify server leadership mechanisms. The statistical population of the study includes employees of different levels of the Health Insurance Organization that 12 people were selected based on theoretical saturation through purposive non-random sampling method. Library methods and semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. The data analysis method was theoretical coding derived from server leadership theories using MAxqda software. Findings: The results obtained from data analysis show that the components of humility, service, trustworthiness, interaction with employees and collection and ethics are the most important barriers to implementation and executive mechanisms of health insurance servant leadership, respectively. Using MAxqda software, the indicators desired by the experts are prioritized. Conlusion: Accordingly, the most important and effective barriers to the implementation of servant leadership are "inappropriate structure", "moral barriers", "centralism and self-centeredness" and "subordinate conditions", respectively. The components of ethics, cooperation, communication, planning and scientism are among the main mechanisms of servant leadership in the first to fifth priority, respectively.

Purpose : The main purpose of this study is to present a change management model in the automotive industry based on general industry policies in the fourth-generation industrial revolution. Method : To achieve this goal, first the effective factors and indicators affecting change management are identified based on the data model of the foundation and then these factors and indicators are categorized. Given that the purpose of this research is exploratory, the use of the grounded theory research method and semi-structured interviews with experts and professors led to the development of research model criteria. Findings : Based on the interviews and previous studies, the factors affecting the management of change in internal and external categories have been identified. Finally, change management strategies have been identified in three components: selecting acceptable managers, using consultants and expert staff, and creating a sense of empathy and trust. Conclusion : The use of expert managers and appropriate leaders causes change management to be implemented productively. Ultimately, these strategies result in increased survival under the components of greater brand acceptance and profitability. The developments of digital marketing in the banking industry have affected the speed of changing customer demands. Therefore, the ability to quickly and agilely adapt to changes plays a key role in creating competitive advantages. Despite the significant role of agility in responding to changes, so far there is no research that identifies the agility components of the banking industry in digital marketing. Thus, based on the designing methods of qualitative research, and investigating digital marketing experimentally and theoretically, this study presents a new model for digital marketing agility in the banking industry. In this research, the key theoretical dimensions of digital marketing agility are identified and some suggestions for facilitating the model implementation are provided. The findings of this study include important results for marketing managers in the banking industry and indicate what strategic measures are needed to establish agile practices in the structure, processes and communications of their digital marketing from a practical perspective in the context of agile digital marketing.

Identifying and Modeling Factors Affecting Success or Failure of Gamification in Organizational Training(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The importance of training in organizations cannot be overlooked. This has motivated organizational decision-makers to look for new ways for achieving proper training in order to reach their organizational goals. Nowadays, one of new approaches to realize the training and gaining an effective output is gamification. Many factors can influence the use of this new approach in organizational training. Therefore, the present research seeks to identify and model the factors affecting on success and failure of gamification in organizational training. Accordingly, qualitative research method is used in this research. Also, three processes is conducted to collect data needed to answer the research question. In the first step, semi-structured interview is used to identify the factors affecting on gamification of organizational training. In the second step, the Interactive Management (IM) method is used to identify and extract the most important factors among the identified factors of the previous step. Finally, Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) software was used to model the factors and determine the causal relationships among them. The results demonstrate seven important factors which are respectively staff demographic characteristics, availability of infrastructure and facilities, staff information literacy, staff attitudes toward gamification, management attitudes towards gamification, gradual inclusion of gamification in the training process, and rich (learning) content. At the end, the research findings have been discussed.

Organizational Adequacy Promotion Model for Digital Maturity of Organizations in Iran(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to improve the organizational adequacy model for the digital maturity of Iranian offices with a data-based approach. Methodology: This research was conducted with a qualitative-inductive approach and the Strauss-Corbin contextual theory method. The research tool (data collection) was a semi-structured interview, which means that by analyzing qualitative data, it identifies the unknown aspects of the research variables. Using the grounded theory method, the data obtained from interviews with 10 elites and qualified specialists of the Telecommunication Organization were analyzed in three stages of open, axial and selective coding. Results: 14 general categories were presented in the form of a paradigm model that these factors include causal conditions (law and regulations, organizational culture, organizational structure, need for organizational adequacy, customer relationship management) central phenomenon (promotion of organizational adequacy in the Iranian administrative system), underlying conditions (Organizational development method), intervening conditions (effectiveness of human resources, organizational principles, and criteria, organizational adequacy thinking) and strategies (growth and development of administrative culture, development of basic criteria of organizational adequacy, organizational excellence strategy) and consequences (achievement of organizational goals, achievement of master goals Reference). Conclusion: Human resources are most valuable factor of production and most important capital and main source of competitive advantage and the creation of basic capabilities and real estate wealth in the areas of talent recognition, monitoring of any organization is considered, so performance capital It is necessary to improve it. Telecommunication organization with knowledge developments can continuously improve organizational adequacy to achieve digital maturity.

Explosion of information and the continuous necessitate for its effective dissemination to the appropriate users at the right time have created a dilemma for the libraries. It’s become enormously complicated to competently handle and manage the ever-growing volume of digital information and accommodate to the knowledge needs of the users. To solve these problems, libraries are converting their useful resources into digital form and trying to place it on the websites for information sharing. Digital Libraries help the users to access an organized and coherent repository of knowledge and information regardless of their physical location and time and various remote location. The learners can be networked through computers, laptop, mobile and other devices to make a virtual library. Digital Library Software is an important requirement for the creation of a digital library. Various open-source digital library software is available today to serve this purpose. An attempt has been made in this article to explain various kind of Open Source Digital Library Software.

Building children and adolescents’ electronic book reading system: a conceptual model(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Regarding to design an applicable electronic book reading system for children and adolescent, this study’s struggle is to prepare a conceptual model. We used quantitative approach and Delphi method in order to analyze data. In this regard, criterion based sampling is used to identify the research population. 15 experts were identified which had criteria such as having subjective publications, teaching experience, and so on. We supposed that these experts could present more information that we expected to collect. Moreover, 8 electronic book systems were selected to be reviewed, because of their plenty of active audiences, and their international and also standard presence. Firstly identified practical criteria in designing electronic books by extracting them from related resources and checking active systems. These data helped us to prepare primitive version of the checklist and it completed after passing validity control step with participation of three experts. Then the checklist presented to experts in Delphi panel. Finally, consensus on the components was reached after three rounds of Delphi panel. The results showed that in designing electronic books for children, there are five original components. The components are display screen features with 12 criteria, screen organization with 13 criteria, interaction and feedback with 8 criteria, search and retrieval features with 10 criteria, and help and guidance features with 10 criteria. Consequently, display screen features with score of 3,706 and interaction and feedback with score of 3,700 were selected as the most important components in designing electronic book systems by the viewpoints of Delphi experts.

Background: The advancement of information technologies has many effects on library services and collection management. Most of the librarians and library managers would like to work in libraries with a focus on modern devices and technologies. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine applying new devices of IOT technologies in different parts of libraries and changing library environments and services according to these new technologies. Method: The present research has been using a library study. In fact, equipping libraries with modern technologies would improve library services and increase users’ satisfaction. Findings: Librarians should be aware of important aspects of IoT in library services. The IoT will continue to affect libraries and their services through the building, collection management, instruction, data security, data mining, and information literacy. In this study, authors try to design a practical model for academic libraries based on IoT devices to improve the quality of services, increase user’s satisfaction and reduce costs. Conclusion: It is expected that this new technology, in addition to improving services, can greatly reduce the additional costs of libraries and help the library get closer to green and environment-friendly libraries.

Persian Speech Emotion Recognition Approach based on Multilayer Perceptron(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Emotion recognition from speech has noticeable applications within the speech-processing systems. The goal of this paper is to permit a totally natural interaction among human and system. In this paper, an attempt is made to design and implement a system to determine and detect emotions of anger and happiness in the Persian speech signals. Research on recognizing some emotions has been done in most languages, but due to the difficulty of creating a speech database, so far little research has been done to identify emotions in Persian speech. In this article, because of the dearth of a suitable database in Persian to detect feelings, before everything, a database for moods of happiness and anger and neutral (with no emotion) in Persian, including 720 sentences was set up. Then the frequency features of speech signals obtained from Fourier transform such as maximum, minimum, median and mean as well as LPC coefficients were extracted. Then, the MLP neural network was used to detect emotions of happiness and anger. Results show that our algorithm performs 87.74% accurately.

Purpose :  E-tourism is the most cost-effective way to communicate with the target market and to publish information. It is also an easy way for customers to buy travel products. Recent advances in mobile communication technologies are leading the way for the next generation of travel commercial applications. Location-based services are among these facilities available on the mobile platform. These services use mobile tracking techniques to provide users with relevant information at the right time, based on their current location. This study investigates the LBSs value in tourism and their effect on destination brand equity components and tourist behavior. Method : The sample of the study totaled 210 visitors from Isfahan as one of the popular tourist cities in the world. The research hypotheses were analyzed using Smart-PLS3 software. Findings : The research findings revealed that LBSs have positive and significant effects on destination brand image, destination brand loyalty and WOM. Conclusion : As this paper is among the first studies investigating the positive effect of LBS on destination brand equity components and tourist behavior, the findings are beneficial for DMOs and their marketing managers. Due to their potential to create a unique travel experience as well as to personalize and tailor tourism services based on tourists' needs and personal preferences, LBS provide them with significant added value.

Analyzing Social Engineering Research through Co-authorship Networks Using Scopus Database during 1926-2020(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: Hacking the human brain and manipulating human trust to obtain information and get monetary gains is called social engineering. This study aims to visualize and analyze the co-authorship networks in the Scopus citation database's social engineering research from 1926 to 2020.  Method: The present quantitative study used the bibliometric method and social network analysis. The study collected data from the Scopus database. A total number of 1994 records were taken as the sample of the study. Researchers used descriptive and inferential statistics and social network analysis to obtain results; to do this, different software types were used in the study (SPSS, Microsoft Excel, Text Statistics Analyzer, ISI.exe, Pajek, and VOSviewer). Findings: The findings indicate the top three sources of publishing and the related subject areas. Furthermore, the top three core authors and countries were identified. Also, the authors with high centrality measures in the co-authorship networks were identified. A large majority of papers had only one author. The Collaborative Coefficient among researchers was 0.36. Based on the results of Spearman's test, there was a significant association between the number of documents, the number of citations, and the rate of total link strength of the countries. Likewise, there was a positive and high significant association between degree and closeness centralities.  Conclusion: The researchers' frequently used keywords in this area were social engineering, phishing, and information security; in addition, the frequency of keywords was not compatible with Zipf’s Law. A small sample of keywords will not properly follow Zipf’s distribution.

Since the accessibility of the internet, cyber literature can function by bringing ease, evolving preferences and mindsets. This research is a survey focused on the opinions of the respondents on the nature of social media cyber literature; of its advantages and effects on the reader. This research is limited to the collective poems on Facebook. The logic is simple; the shortened version is preferred. Poetry is more likely to be used for the interpretation of reader-writer interactivity in cyber literature. The technique is the literary theory of reader reaction with attention to Facebook's reader-writer personalization. The objectives of this article were to expose the impetus of audiences to react to the submitted text, the reasons why they really like it, and what its benefits are. The findings showed that cyber literature is effective in implementing a substitute writing style that also improves writers’ enthusiasm and imagination to make use of the digital content.

Indicators Related to Theorizing Measurement (a Capacity Measurement Framework)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: Relatively much research has been done into theorizing and its importance. However, the number of studies related to the understanding of contexts is very negligible and so far no framework has been provided including indicators and evaluation methods. This research has been done with the aim of achieving the indicators related to theorizing and subsequently presenting a formula to measure the potential and theorizing capacity of scientific institutes. Method: Library and field methods have been used to collect information. Data were first collected through a checklist and then through the AHP questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed among experts and the AHP method was used to analyze the data. Expert Choice software was used to analyze the data obtained from the AHP questionnaire. Findings: The results indicate that the individual index is 9 times more important than the non-individual index in the theorizing process. Pairwise comparison of individual sub-indices showed that "awareness of theorizing" and "research ability” have an equal portion in theorizing. The "coherence of personality traits" is sextuple as important as the "awareness of theorizing”. "Coherence of personality traits" up to sextuple "research ability" can be considered important in the theorizing process.  Pairwise comparison of non-individual index sub-indices showed that "communication level" is twice as important as "institutional index level". However, the “effect level" is twice as important as the "communication level". The "communication level" is 7 times more important than the "management index level". The "effect level" can be considered 7 times more important than the "institutional index level". "Institutional index level" is quadruple more important than "management index level". The "effect level" is extremely important compared to the "management index level". Conclusion: Although theorizing is done by a researcher or a group of researchers, ultimately, it is a collective matter, or at least, several components are involved in its formation. Theorizing is a coherent, dynamic, purposeful, and thoughtful practice whose results can lead researchers to recognize the credible generalizable relationship between causes and effects. Finally, the formula Tp= (0.9I + 0.1NI) was presented, which can be used to assess the capacity of theorizing in institutes.

Purpose :The main purpose of this research was the pathology of strategic human resource management system based on digital transformation governance. The analysis has been done in Gachsaran Oil and Gas Exploitation Company with the grounded theory approach. Method : This research is a heuristic combination of consecutive type and model tooling, model design and compilation based on the criteria designed by the model. Library method and documentary studies were used to collect theoretical foundations. In the qualitative section, using the research method of case study and semi-structured interviews with experts and professors, the criteria of the research model were developed. In order to select a suitable sample from the community of experts and university professors, non-random sampling method, selective purposeful sampling method (snowball) and theoretical saturation criterion were used and from the sample technique of key individuals (experts) 15 people were selected. Findings : Findings show that in the digital transformation path, factors such as employment system balance, equitable distribution of responsibilities, career path management, functional stability, manpower capability, fitness and work environment, individual creativity, political and legal factors, cultural conflict, environmental developments, specific individual and organizational components, and financing influence the strategic human resource management system. Conclusion : In the path of digital transformation in the organization, in order to eradicate organizational harms and improve the productivity of the organization and the workforce, the factors found in this research should be considered and examined so that the organization can progress.

The aim of this study is to review and redefine the interaction process with information based on a holistic approach. The data required for this qualitative study were collected through semi-structured interviews among 18 individuals and analyzed using thematic analysis. The network of themes making up the information interactions consists of 5 global themes which have been extracted among 23 organizing ones. The new view of interaction with information has taken it beyond the interpretation scope from the human user’s perspective and observes it alongside non-human factors. As a result of such an approach, the non-human factors in the role of infrastructure and technology-tool context, meet specific and interpretable effects along with human ones, external and internal contexts.
