چکیده
این مقاله معرفی مختصری از پروژه یواس تی سی (USTC) متعلق به دانشگاه سنت اندرو اسکاتلند است، که در آن به شناسایی و معرفی کتاب های چاپی منتشره طی سال های ۱۴۵۰-۱۷۰۰م پرداخته می شود. مؤلف در این مقاله ضمن اشاره به سابقه فهرست نگاری و شناسایی اولین کتاب های چاپی در اروپا فهرستی از اولین کتاب های چاپی فارسی که در این پروژه معرفی شده اند ارائه می دهد.Notes on Publishing Books (17) The First Printed Persian Books in Europe
This article provides a brief introduction to the Universal Short Title Catalogue (USTC) project, based at the University of St Andrews, Scotland. The USTC aims to identify and catalog printed books published between 1450 and 1700 CE. In this study, the author discusses the history of cataloging and identifying the earliest printed books in Europe, offering a list of the first Persian books recorded in this project.
