بررسی رابطه خلاقیت در تعدادی از دانشجویان رشته های مهندسی با متغیرهای انگیزش بیرونی، انگیزش درونی و جنسیت

چکیده
هدف از اجرای این پژوهش بررسی رابطه انگیزش بیرونی و درونی با خلّاقیت دانشجویان مهندسی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی (واحد لاهیجان) بوده و تفاوتهای جنسیتی نیز در میزان خلّاقیت مطالعه شده است. نمونه های مورد مطالعه شامل 280 دانشجو (139 زن و 141 مرد) بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. یافته ها از طریق پرسشنامه خلّاقیت عابدی و پرسشنامه ترجیح کاری نسخه مخصوص دانشجویان جمع آوری و سپس، از طریق روش آماری تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیره تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که انگیزش بیرونی و جنسیت رابطه معنی داری با خلّاقیت دانشجویان ندارد، اما انگیزش درونی دارای رابطه مثبت و معنی داری با میزان خلّاقیت دانشجویان است.Examining Relationship of Creativity in Some Students of Engineering Fields with Intrinsic Motivation, Extrinsic Motivation and Sexuality Variables
The purpose of conducting this research is to examine the relationship between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation with the creativity in students of Engineering Islamic Azad University (Lahijan Branch). Sexuality differences in creativity quantity has been studied among these students. Samples of study includes 280 of students (139 girls and 141 boys) selected with the use of stratified sampling method. Results were gathered through the abedi creativity and job preference questionnaires (special copy of student) and then analyzed through statistical method of multivariable regression analysis. The results showed that there isn't any meaningful relation between extrinsic motivation and sexuality with the creativity of students, but intrinsic motivation has positive and meaningful relation with the quantity of creativity in students
