چکیده
در دهه های متوالی در بطن نظام بین الملل دوقطبی، تک قطبی و پساتک قطبی متشکل از قطب های قدرت متعدد، آمریکا سیاست خارجی بین الملل گرا و سلطه طلبی را دنبال کرده است. برای تحقق اهداف در طی این برهه زمانی آمریکا مجموعه ای از مولفه های مادی و معنایی را به کار گرفت تا با قلیل ترین هزینه ها فزون ترین دستاوردها را به صحنه آورد. با به قدرت رسیدن دونالد جان ترامپ به عنوان چهل و پنجمین رئیس چمهور آمریکا باید انتظار داشت تا اعتبار فزون تری برای توانایی های اقتصادی و نظامی به عنوان اهرم های فشار بر بازیگران رقیب و دشمن در جهت اثرگذاری بر رفتارها و دگرگون ساختن درک و استنباط آنان مطرح گردد. از طرفی، رئیس جمهور آمریکا که خود را پرچمدار سیاست خارجی ملی گرا قلمداد می سازد به ضرورت این نوع نگرش توجه متفاوتی به ظرفیت های مادی قابل انتظار است. سوالی که مطرح می گردد این می باشد که جایگاه قدرت نظامی و توان اقتصادی درسیاست خارجی ملی گرای آمریکا تحت زعامت دونالد جان ترامپ چه خواهد بود. او محققا در کسوت پرچمدار سیاست خارجی آمریکامحور، در سطحی وسیع تر از اهرم های اقتصادی و نظامی بهره خواهد گرفت تا تحقق اهداف را ممکن سازد.Trump and the centrality of economic and military capabilities in foreign policy
For decades, at the heart of bipolar, monopoly, and post-polar international system consisting of multiple power poles, America has pursued internationalist and hegemonic foreign policy. To accomplish its goals during this period of time, the United States employed a set of material and semantic components to bring about the greatest achievements at the lowest possible cost. With the rise of Donald John Trump as the forty-fifth president of Chamore America, it is to be expected that greater credibility for economic and military capabilities as leverage will put pressure on competing and adversarial actors to influence their behavior and transform their understanding. On the other hand, the President of the United States, who considers himself the flagship of nationalist foreign policy, needs to expect a different kind of attention to material capacities. The question is what will be the position of military power and economic power in US nationalist foreign policy under Donald John Trump. He will certainly use the leverage of economic and military levers to achieve the goals on a broader scale, in the direction of US-led foreign policy.
