The purpose of the research is to analyze the effects of ethical leadership and organizational politics on individual and team creativity, focusing on the mediating role of knowledge hiding. The study is a descriptive-correlational survey and is applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population included employees of selected public organizations in the Eqlid County, totaling 950 individuals. 270 individuals were selected using a non-probability convenience sampling method based on the rule of thumb for SEM as the sample. To collect data, the following measures were used: Brown's et al. (2005) Ethical Leadership scale, the Organizational Politics scale by Kacmar and Carlson (1997), the Knowledge Hiding scale by Serenko and Bontis (2016), the Individual Creativity scale by Zhou and George (2001), and the Hanke's (2006) Team Creativity scale. The validity of scales was confirmed using the content validity, and the reliability was examined using Cronbach's alpha, yielding values of 0.89 for the Ethical Leadership, 0.82 for the Organizational Politics, 0.92 for the Knowledge Hiding, 0.87 for the Individual Creativity, and 0.85 for the Team Creativity. For data analysis, SEM and the AMOS software were used. The results of the study fitted the research model, indicating that ethical leadership and organizational politics have a significant negative impact on knowledge hiding. Additionally, knowledge hiding has a significant negative effect on both individual and team creativity of employees. By reducing knowledge hiding behaviors through ethical leadership and organizational politics, the level of creativity among employees at both individual and team levels increases.
The role of job support, creativity, and Accountability in predicting job performance of education department estaff

This study aims to investigate the impact of job support on job performance, with the mediating role of responsibility and job creativity among the employees of the Education Department in District 1 of Zahedan. This descriptive-correlational research included all 85 employees of the Zahedan District 1 Education Department in 2021 as the statistical population. Given the small population size, all 85 employees were included in the study as the sample. Data were gathered through library and field methods. In the field method, questionnaires on job support by Spooner (2004), job performance by Patterson (1922), responsibility by Gilbreth (2010), and job creativity by Jazi and colleagues (2003) were used. Data analysis was conducted using multivariate regression tests in SPSS-21 software. The results indicated that job support, responsibility, and job creativity have a direct impact on the job performance of employees in the Education Department of District 1, Zahedan. Furthermore, job support indirectly affects job performance through responsibility, and similarly, job support indirectly impacts job performance through job creativity. Thus, job support influences job performance with the mediating roles of responsibility and job creativity among employees in the Zahedan District 1 Education Department.
The Role of Personality Traits in Prediction of Perceived Rejection, Age Feeling, and Social Exclusion in Retirees

The aim of this study is to investigate the role of personality traits in prediction of perceived rejection, age feeling, and social exclusion among retirees in Zahedan city. The statistical population of this study includes all retirees in Zahedan city in 2021 – 2022, of which 123 people were selected as samples through the convenience sampling method. To collect data for this study, questionnaires on personality traits, cognitive health, perception of rejection, feeling of aging, and social isolation were used. Pearson correlation coefficient, stepwise multiple regression, and simple linear regression were used to analyze the research data. The results showed that the perception of rejection had a positive and significant correlation with neuroticism (p<.05) and a negative and significant correlation with extraversion, agreeableness, and conscientiousness (p<.01). However, there was no significant correlation between perceived exclusion and openness to experience. According to the results of the study, it can be concluded that personality traits play a significant role in predicting perceived exclusion, feeling of aging, and social isolation in retirees.
رابطه خودشیفتگی و خودتنظیمی هیجانی با بهزیستی شغلی و اعتیاد به کار با توجه به نقش میانجی سلامت روان(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

از جمله مسائلی که هر سازمان می بایست توجه ویژه ای به آن نماید، شناخت مسائل روانی و شغلی کارکنان است. لذا امروزه توجه به سازه بهزیستی شغلی در میان کارکنان رو به افزایش است. همچنین با توجه به شرایط کاری کارکنان در سازمان ها و تمایل افراد به کار در ساعت های طولانی، می توان شاهد بروز عواقب ناشی از آن همچون اعتیاد به کار بود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه خودشیفتگی و خودتنظیمی هیجانی با بهزیستی شغلی و اعتیاد به کار با توجه به نقش میانجی سلامت روان انجام گردید. این پژوهش از نظر نوع، توصیفی و از نظر روش یک پژوهش همبستگی است و جامعه آماری آن را کلیه کارکنان یک سازمان در شهر اصفهان به تعداد دو هزار نفر تشکیل داده اند که از میان آنان، تعداد 310 نفر به عنوان نمونه از طریق روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسش نامه های اعتیاد به کار، بهزیستی شغلی، خودتنظیمی هیجانی، رگه تاریک شخصیت خودشیفته و سلامت روان بود. داده های حاصل از پژوهش با استفاده از روش همبستگی پیرسون و مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که رابطه خودتنظیمی هیجانی با سلامت روان، سلامت روان با بهزیستی شغلی و خودشیفتگی با اعتیاد به کار، مثبت معنی دار است و رابطه خودشیفتگی با سلامت روان و رابطه سلامت روان با اعتیاد به کار منفی و معنی دار است (05/0>p). همچنین مدل ارائه شده از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار است و سلامت روان، میانجی رابطه خودشیفتگی و خودتنظیمی هیجانی با بهزیستی شغلی و اعتیاد به کار است (05/0>p)؛ بنابراین به دلیل نقش و اهمیت پدیده هایی همچون بهزیستی شغلی و اعتیاد به کار در سازمان ها، توجه به این یافته های مهم باید مدنظر مدیران و سیاست گذاران سازمان ها قرار بگیرد.
Relationship between Depression, Anxiety, Stress and Job Burnout with Teachers' Working Memory

Job burnout results in decreased productivity and the depletion of human resources, leading to detrimental impacts on individuals, families, and society. This study aimed to explore the relationships among five key variables: stress, depression, anxiety, job burnout, and teachers' working memory. The study population comprised teachers from Zabul city during the 2022-2024 academic years. A sample of 120 teachers was selected using cluster random sampling for descriptive and correlational analyses. Working memory was assessed using the Working Memory Questionnaire (Daneman & Carpenter, 1980). Stress, anxiety, and depression were measured using the Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale (DASS-21). Job burnout was evaluated with the Maslach and Jackson's 1980 Burnout Inventory (MBI). The study utilized descriptive statistics and Pearson's correlation coefficient, as well as step-by-step regression analysis, to examine the relationships among stress, depression, anxiety, job burnout, and working memory. The findings indicated a strong correlation among these variables. Regression analysis showed that burnout was the most significant predictor of teachers' working memory compared to the other three variables.
Predicting Workplace Violence through Empathy and Self-Esteem in Working Women

This study aimed to examine the relationship between empathy and self-esteem with workplace violence against female employees in language institutes in Mashhad. The present study was descriptive-correlational, and sampling was conducted using the convenience method. The final sample included 138 employees who completed online questionnaires, including the Jolliffe and Farrington Empathy Questionnaire (2006), the Eysenck Self-Esteem Questionnaire, and the Workplace Violence against Women Questionnaire (Salehipour, 2021). Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation tests and multiple regression analysis. The results indicated that empathy (β=.332, p<0.001) and self-esteem (β=.170, p=0.037) are significant predictors of workplace violence against women. Empathy showed a stronger effect than self-esteem, highlighting the importance of developing emotional skills in the workplace. The findings of this study can contribute to the design of educational programs and organizational interventions to reduce workplace violence.Workplace violence is a prevalent and complex phenomenon that can have detrimental effects on the psychological, physical, and social well-being of employees. This phenomenon is defined as any behavior or action occurring in the workplace that aims to harm others, exert control over them, or create stress. The importance of examining this issue lies not only in its direct impacts on individuals but also in its broader implications for productivity, job satisfaction, and interpersonal relationships in the workplace (Lim et al., 2022). Workplace violence manifests in various forms, each presenting unique challenges and requiring effective management by organizations.
The Effect of Organizational Culture on the Organizational Effectiveness with the Mediation of Organizational Creativity

The presence of a suitable organization in the organization can improve performance and effectiveness, and as a result, increase the efficiency of organizations. Among the indicators that the organizational culture has an organizational effect according to its characteristics. This study was conducted with the aim of the effect of organizational culture on the organizational effectiveness of administrative staff with the mediation of organizational creativity in the employees of the education. The research method was correlational. The sample population was 172 employees based on Singh and Moscow's sample size determination table. data collect, Dennison's Organizational Culture Questionnaire (2000), Parsons (2005) Organizational Effectiveness Questionnaire (AGIL) and Dorabjee, Lumley, and Cartwright (1998) Organizational Creativity Questionnaire were used. The reliability of the questionnaires was obtained using Cronbach's test as 0.88, 0.90 and 0.89 respectively. The data were analyzed using SPSS25 and Lisrel8.8 software by structural equation modeling method. The findings of the research showed that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational creativity. Organizational creativity does not affect organizational effectiveness. Also, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the organizational effectiveness of office employees through the mediating role of organizational creativity. It is suggested that managers increase the level of organizational creativity in themselves and the organization by rediscovering and recognizing the organizational culture and using its strengths. They can accelerate this by providing continuous and diverse training and using different methods in order to increase the level of knowledge and improve job skills.
Does Stress Coping Strategies Predict the Quality of Life and Life Satisfaction among University Employees?

The aim of the current research was to examine how stress coping strategies predict quality of life and life satisfaction among staff at Sistan and Baluchestan University. A total of 94 employees from the University of Sistan and Baluchestan, Iran were chosen using a simple sampling method. To gather data, the Coping Inventory for Stressful Situations (CISS) by Endler & Parker (1990a), Huebner's Life Satisfaction Scale (1994), and the WHOQOL BREF Quality of Life Questionnaire were utilized. The data was analyzed using Pearson and multiple stepwise regression. The findings indicated a significant negative correlation between the avoidant approach to stress management and quality of life (r=.243, p<.01), whereas the problem-focused and emotion-focused strategies did not show a significant link with quality of life and satisfaction with life. The avoidant coping style accounted for 5.9% of the variance in quality of life. The other coping styles were excluded from the regression and did not make it into the regression equation. Avoidant style (Beta=.525, p=.0001) exhibited a negative and significant relationship with quality of life. It is determined that avoidant-oriented coping was a negative unique predictor of the employees' quality of life.
Meta-analysis of the effective factors of bullying in the workplace

One of the important challenges of organizational behavior is bullying in the workplace. The aim of the present study is to describe, analyze, and combine the analyses presented in the field of variables related to bullying in the workplace, and the meta-analysis method was used. The statistical population of this study included all scientific research articles and thesis available on the IranDoc website in Iran from 2011 to 2014. Among the studies conducted, 16 studies were selected for review based on the inclusion criteria. The data from these 16 studies were statistically analyzed based on the Pearson r correlation coefficient and the t-statistic for the Hedges' g fixed and random effects model. All statistical analyses were performed using CMA2 software. The findings showed that the average overall and combined effect size for the fixed effects model was 0.07 g=0.05, which was significant (P<0.05) and for the random effects model was 0.10 g=0.05, which was not significant (P<0.05). Therefore, the average effect size of the factors cannot be interpreted. Among the 48 factors identified, the discriminant effect size of 45 factors was significant. The factors that have the greatest impact on workplace bullying (P<0.05) include authoritative leadership (g=-1.28), demand balance (g=-1.01), fairness (g=1.01), excessive self-interest (g=1.44), contextual factors (g=1.56), jealousy (g=1.35), moral climate (g=-1.96), and moral leadership (g=-1.13).
An Investigation on the components of emotional intelligence as predictors of Intention to entrepreneurship

the aim of this study was to investigate the emotional intelligence components as predictors of entrepreneurship in people. the sample consisted of 380 undergraduate students (190 males and 190 females) who were studying at different faculties of Shahid Chamran University in Ahwaz. these individuals were randomly selected from the whole list of students. in this research, a number of measurement tools were used for gathering information. Which include; emotional intelligence questionnaire BAR-ON and questionnaire measuring of your entrepreneurial traits MET, whose validity and reliability were repeatedly investigated in Iran. also, to increase the accuracy of measurement tools, the reliability of some of these questionnaires was calculated using Cronbach 's alpha and split - half methods. the analysis of the present research data was done in both descriptive and inferential levels. at the descriptive level, average and standard deviation of the scores of the subjects and in the inferential level, Critical analysis was used in a simultaneous and step-by-step method. the results showed that except components of reality test and Impulse control of emotional intelligence, Other variables are good predictors for entrepreneurship in people. in fact, this study showed that is possible Entrepreneurship and non-entrepreneurship of people can be predicted from emotional intelligence variables. This study showed that it is possible to predict Entrepreneurship and non-entrepreneurship based on emotional intelligence variables. finally, the results obtained of this study were discussed in detail.
Investigating the association between burnout components and self-concept components among educational supervisors

The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between burnout and self-concept among educational supervisors. The sample of the present study consisted of 92 educational supervisors in Zahedan city who were selected using simple random sampling and participated in the study. Burnout and self-concept scales were used to collect data. Pearson correlation coefficient test was used to analyze the data. The results showed that emotional exhaustion had a negative and significant relationship with health and gender appropriateness, self-confidence, self-acceptance, beliefs and guilt, but emotional exhaustion had a positive and significant relationship with feelings of shame and guilt. However, emotional exhaustion had no significant relationship with abilities, self-worth, present, future and past, beliefs and guilt, sociability and emotionality. The results showed that depersonalization had a negative and significant relationship with physical health and gender appropriateness, self-acceptance, beliefs and guilt, but a positive and significant relationship was observed between depersonalization and feelings of shame and guilt. Depersonalization was not related to abilities, self-confidence, self-worth, present, future and past, self-esteem, and emotionality. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between personal functioning and self-esteem. However, personal functioning had no significant relationship with the other subscales of self-concept.
The Role of Sleep Quality and Self – Efficacy in Job Burnout of Teachers

This study aimed to explore the influence of teachers' sleep quality and self-efficacy on burnout in Iranshahr City. The statistical population for this study comprised all secondary high school teachers in Iranshahr city during the academic year 2023 – 2024. The sample consisted of 118 teachers who were chosen using the convenience sampling method. To gather the data, the job burnout questionnaires developed by Maslach, Jackson, and Leiter (1986), the Petersburg sleep quality questionnaire (1989), and the teacher self-efficacy questionnaire created by Schanen, Moran, and Woolfolk (2001) were utilized. To analyze the data, Pearson correlation and multiple regression were conducted, with all analyses carried out using SPSS software version 24. The results of the Pearson correlation coefficient indicated that emotional exhaustion and depersonalization had a negative correlation with comprehensive involvement, educational strategies, and class management (p<.01), while personal accomplishment showed a notable positive correlation with comprehensive involvement, educational strategies, class management, and sleep quality (p<.01). The overall model accounted for 24.7% of the variance in emotional exhaustion and 11% of the variance in depersonalization. Thorough involvement accounted for 14.5% of the variance in personal accomplishment, while sleep quality explained 9% of the variance in personal accomplishment.
Effectiveness of Digital Competence on Entrepreneurial Mindset and Lifelong Learning of Students

The present study was conducted to determine the impact of digital competence on entrepreneurial mindset and lifelong learning of sixth-grade female students in Mirjaveh city during 2022-2023 academic years. The research method was quasi-experimental design with pretest-posttest and control groups. The statistical population consisted of all sixth-grade female students in Mirjaveh, and Meraj-2 Elementary School was randomly selected. The sample members included two classes of sixth grade, one assigned as the experimental group and the other as the control group. Students in the experimental group underwent 12 sessions, each lasting 45 minutes, under the supervision of the researcher to acquire digital competence skills. The data collection instruments included the Lifelong Learning Questionnaire (Li & Cheng, 2010) and the Entrepreneurial Mindset Questionnaire (Bahramzadeh et al., 2009). Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (one-way and multivariate analysis of covariance). The results of the covariance analysis were examined for comparing the scores of entrepreneurial mindset, lifelong learning, and their components between the experimental and control groups in the posttest. The F value for each was significant at that indicating that the effect size of digital competence on entrepreneurial mindset and lifelong learning was significant. Furthermore, considering the higher mean scores of the experimental group students in the posttest, it was concluded that the digital competence has a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial mindset and lifelong learning of students.
نقش تعدیل گر آموزش طرحواره ای و رفتاری در رابطه بین نتایج کانون ارزیابی با ارزیابی عملکرد خود، همکاران و سرپرستان(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

نقش ارزیابان و آموزش آن ها به منظور افزایش دقت و کاهش خطا در نتایج کانون ارزیابی انکارناپذیر است. از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر مطالعه نقش تعدیلی دو نوع آموزش چهارچوب مرجع (FOR) طرحواره ای و رفتاری ارزیابان در رابطه بین نتایج کانون ارزیابی با ارزیابی عملکرد خود، همکاران و سرپرستان بوده است. بدین منظور در مرحله نخست پژوهش مهارت ارزیابی به دو گروه از دانشجویان دکتری و ارشد رشته های روان شناسی با گرایش های مختلف به شیوه چهارچوب مرجعِ طرحواره ای و رفتاری آموزش داده شد و به گروه سوم به عنوان گروه کنترل هیچ آموزشی ارائه نشد و از آن ها خواسته شد در کانون ارزیابی شایستگی های دو گروه 28 نفری از مدیران مجموعه صنایع واقع در شهر اصفهان را رتبه دهند. لازم به توضیح است شایستگی های مورد ارزیابی شامل قضاوت، رهبری، برنامه ریزی، روابط بین فردی و پردازش اطلاعات بوده است. این شایستگی ها در تمرین های شبیه سازی جستجوی حقیقت، بحث گروهی، ایفای نقش و ارائه شفاهی بود. سپس بعد از گذشت 6 ماه در فاز دوم پژوهش از خود مدیران، همکاران و نیز سرپرستان مدیران خواسته شد تا فرم ارزیابی عملکرد (Nouri et al., 2007) را تکمیل کنند که در تحلیل ها به عنوان متغیر ملاک در نظر گرفته شود. با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی گشتاوری پیرسون و تبدیل z فیشر به رابطه میان نتایج کانون ارزیابی و ارزیابی عملکرد (خود، همکاران و سرپرستان) و نیز تفاوت همبستگی پرداخته شد. از مهم ترین نتایج می توان به تأثیر معنی دار آموزش ارزیابان به دو شیوه چهارچوب مرجعِ طرحواره ای و رفتاری اشاره کرد. اگرچه مقادیر همبستگی بین ارزیابی عملکرد و نتایج کانون با ارزیابانی که آموزش طرحواره ای دیده اند کمی بیشتر از ارزیابانی بود که آموزش رفتاری داشته اند، لیکن این تفاوت معنی دار گزارش نشد. علاوه بر این، راجع به شیوه های آموزش ارزیاب و نیز جهت گیری پژوهش های آتی و همچنین پیشنهادهای کاربردی و پژوهشی بحث شده است.
اثر حمایت ادراک شده از بهداشت روانی و تعهد عاطفی بر قصد ترک شغل: نقش میانجی رفتار شهروندی سازمانی(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

در دنیای رقابتی امروز، ترک خدمت کارکنان یکی از مشکلات عمده سازمان هاست که در نتیجه بسیاری از سرمایه گذاری ها به راحتی از دست می رود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده از سلامت روان و تعهد عاطفی بر تمایل به ترک خدمت با نقش میانجی رفتار شهروندی سازمانی انجام شد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش جمع آوری داده ها، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق را کارکنان شرکت خالص سازان روی تشکیل داده اند. با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، تعداد حجم نمونه آماری برابر با 73 نفر به دست آمد. در این پژوهش از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس استفاده شده است. همچنین برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS و Smartpls استفاده شد. یافته ها نشان داد که تعهد عاطفی بر کاهش تمایل به ترک خدمت کارکنان اثر مثبت دارد. حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده از بهداشت روانی نیز بر تعهد عاطفی کارکنان اثر مثبت دارد. همچنین نقش میانجی رفتار شهروندی سازمانی در رابطه بین تعهد عاطفی با تمایل به ترک خدمت کارکنان تأیید گردید.
اثر سرمایه روان شناختی بر اشتیاق شغلی، تعهد شغلی و خشنودی شغلی: نقش میانجی عواطف شغلی(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش میانجی عواطف شغلی در رابطه بین سرمایه روان شناختی با اشتیاق شغلی، تعهد شغلی و خشنودی شغلی بود. طرح پژوهش همبستگی از طریق الگویابی معادلات ساختاری است که یک روش همبستگی چند متغیری می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان خوزستان می باشند که از بین آن ها تعداد 150 از طریق روش نمونه گیری چندمرحله ای به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسش نامه سرمایه روان شناختی (Luthans et al., 2007)، مقیاس بهزیستی عاطفی مرتبط با شغل (Van Katwyk et al., 2000)، پرسش نامه اشتیاق شغلی (Schaufeli et al., 2002)، پرسش نامه خشنودی شغلی (Judge & Bono, 2000) و پرسش نامه تعهد شغلی (Blau & Boal, 1989) بود. ارزیابی الگوی پیشنهادی از طریق الگویابی معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم افزارهای SPSS و AMOS ویراست 23 انجام گرفت. نتایج حاکی از اثر مستقیم سرمایه روان شناختی بر عواطف مثبت، عواطف منفی، اشتیاق شغلی، تعهد شغلی و خشنودی شغلی، اثر مستقیم عواطف مثبت و عواطف منفی بر اشتیاق شغلی، تعهد شغلی و خشنودی شغلی و اثر غیرمستقیم سرمایه روان شناختی بر اشتیاق شغلی، تعهد شغلی و خشنودی شغلی از طریق عواطف مثبت و عواطف منفی بود. بنابراین می توان با آموزش سرمایه روان شناختی به کارکنان، علاوه بر کاهش عواطف منفی و بهبود عواطف مثبت آنان، باعث افزایش اشتیاق شغلی، تعهد شغلی و خشنودی شغلی کارکنان شد.
Investigating the Relationship between Organizational Justice and Job Involvement and Work Performance among Secondary School Teachers in Chabahar, Iran

The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the role of organizational justice in the job involvement and work performance of secondary school teachers in Chabahar city. The research method was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population includes all secondary school teachers in Chabahar who were teaching in the academic year 2023-2024. Among the target population, 130 people were selected by available sampling method. The collection tools included Niehoff & Morman's organizational justice questionnaires, Lodahl & Kejner's job involvement and Patterson's job performance. Data were analyzed through Pearson correlation test and multiple regression. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational justice and job involvement, and the components of procedural justice and distributive justice were able to explain the variance related to job involvement (p<0.01). Also, the results showed that there is a significant relationship between organizational justice and teachers' job performance, and procedural justice had the largest contribution in explaining job performance variations (p<0.01). Conclusion: The existence of organizational justice in the workplace expresses the importance of the organization to the employees, therefore, increasing the level of organizational justice increases job involvement and the desire of employees to provide high quality performance.
Relationship of Spiritual Intelligence and Hardiness with Quality of Work Life in University Employees

The present study aimed to ascertain the relationship of spiritual intelligence and hardiness with quality of work life in employees of University of Sistan and Baluchestan. The sample consisted of 240 employees (125 female and 115 male) that were selected at random. To collect the data Spiritual Intelligence, Hardiness and Quality of Work Life questionnaires were applied. For analyzing data, Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression analysis were used. Results of Pearson correlation coefficient demonstrated that spiritual intelligence and hardiness were positively correlated with overall score of quality of work life. Moreover, results of stepwise regression analysis revealed that transcendental awareness (a dimension of spiritual intelligence) and overall scores of hardiness were positive predictors of overall score of quality of work life. Findings of the present study indicated that spiritual intelligence of the employees of University of Sistan and Baluchestan was significantly related to their hardiness and quality of work life. Therefore, it can be concluded that spiritual intelligence plays a key role in determination of employees' hardiness and quality of work life.
A Cross–Cultural Study on Job Satisfaction, Quality of Work Life and Emotional Intelligence between Iranian and Indian Female Employees

Women in developing countries have competed to initiate an identity and make a capacity for themselves and show their abilities at work environment. The study was intended to examine whether cross - cultural differences exist with regard to job satisfaction, quality of work Life and emotional intelligence between Indian and Iranian female university employees. This study is a causal – comparative study. The sample size including 93 female employees from University of Sistan and Baluchestan and 70 employees from Delhi University that were randomly chosen for this research and they completed the measures of Job Satisfaction, Quality of Work Life and Emotional Intelligence. For analysing the data One – Way MANOVA was performed. The findings illustrated that there was significant cross – cultural differences on job satisfaction, job and career, homework interface, working conditions, sensitivity, maturity, and competency with regard to gender. The significant finding was that Iranian female employees felt more entitled than did Indian female employees.
ارائه مدل مدیریت هوشمند استعداد در سازمان های دولتی با بهره گیری از روش تحلیل مضمون (تم)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

مدیریت هوشمند استعداد، به معنای مدیریت اثرگذار یا هوشمندانه منابع انسانی است که دربرگیرنده سرمایه دانشی یک سازمان و قابلیت در تولید، حفظ و نگهداری، ذخیره، انتقال و به کارگیری دانش در حمایت از سازمان برای تحقق اهداف و مقاصدش می باشد. مسئله تحقیق حاضر این است که ابعاد و جوانب مختلف مدیریت هوشمند استعداد چه مواردی هستند و چگونه می توان نسبت به ادغام موفق مدیریت استعداد و مدیریت دانش اقدام نمود. از این رو هدف تحقیق شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفه های مدیریت هوشمند استعداد در سازمان های دولتی است. این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی بوده و در زمره تحقیقات آمیخته اکتشافی محسوب می شود. در مرحله کیفی این تحقیق، از تکنیک تحلیل تم و در مرحله کمی از روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و نرم افزار Smart PLS استفاده شد. در مرحله کیفی به منظور طراحی الگوی تحقیق، با 31 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی و اجرایی که به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته به عمل آمد. در مرحله کمی به منظور تأیید اعتبار مدل از 85 نفر از مدیران منابع انسانی در وزارت ارتباطات و فناوری اطلاعات نظرخواهی شد. روش نمونه گیری از نوع تصادفی ساده و ابزار گردآوری داده پرسش نامه بود. براساس یافته ها، سه دسته متغیر شامل هدایتگرها، بسترها و اقدامات مدیریت هوشمند شناسایی شدند. همچنین برای متغیر اقدامات مدیریت هوشمند استعداد هفت بعد تأمین استعدادهای دانشی، توسعه استعدادهای دانشی، به کارگیری استعدادهای دانشی، ارزشیابی استعدادهای دانشی، نگهداری استعدادهای دانشی، ارزش آفرینی از استعدادهای دانشی و بسترسازی فعالیت استعدادهای دانشی تعیین گردید. یافته های بخش کمی نشان داد که متغیرهای تحقیق قابل قبول است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که مدیریت هوشمند استعداد پدیده ای پیچیده و چندبعدی است و از نظر ماهیت با مدیریت استعداد تفاوت هایی دارد. مهم ترین تفاوت در زمینه پویا بودن مدیریت هوشمند استعداد (با توجه به ماهیت نسبتاً ایستای مدیریت استعداد) است که این ویژگی به دلیل ادغام با مدیریت دانش و بهره گیری از ظرفیت های آن ایجاد شده است. همچنین بهره گیری از رویکرد مدیریت هوشمند استعداد در سازمان های دولتی، می تواند آثار و پیامدهای کوتاه مدت و بلندمدت متعددی به همراه داشته باشد و سطح کیفی سرمایه های انسانی را ارتقاء دهد.
