تبیین مدل اثربخشی آموزش کارآفرینی بر توسعه توانمندی های کارآفرینانه با استفاده از مدل کرک پاتریک، مطالعه ای در بستر رشته معماری (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
اثربخشی آموزشی به عنوان یکی از عوامل مهم در حوزه برنامه ریزی آموزشی، بر اهمیت تبیین اثربخشی آموزش کارآفرینی با قبول تاثیرگذاری آن در توسعه توانمندی های کارآفرینانه در افراد بیش از پیش تاکید می کند. مقاله به تبیین سازوکار اثربخشی آموزش کارآفرینی بر اساس مدل ارزشیابی کرک پاتریک، به عنوان مهمترین مدل ارزشیابی یادگیری، درراستای تحق و توسعه توانمندی های کارآفرینانه، در بستر رشته معماری می پردازد. پژوهش در گروه پژوهش آمیخته ازنوع طرح اکتشافی متوالی قرار می گیرد. دربخش کیفی با استفاده از تحلیل محتوا، با مرور ادبیات موضوع و تدوین یک چارچوب نظری، به طبقه بندی انواع اثربخشی های آموزش کارآفرینی درتوسعه توانمندی کارافرینانه می پردازد، و در بخش کمی چگونگی توسعه توانمندی های کارآفرینانه در دانشجویان معماری ارزیابی می شود. جامعه آماری اساتید معماری سراسر کشور با تألیفات و سوابق پژوهشی مرتبط با حوزه معماری و کارآفرینی هستند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه های محقق ساخته، با طیف پنج درجه ای لیکرت،استفاده شدوباروش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری در نرم افزار SPSS و SMART PLS تجزیه وتحلیل شد. اعتبار داده ها از طریق خودبازبینی پژوهشگران و همسوسازی داده ها و اعتمادپذیری با هدایت دقیق جریان جمع آوری اطلاعات تعیین شد. پایایی و روایی سازه در بخش کمی با توجه به آلفای کرونباخ بالای 0.7 و میانگین واریانس استخراج شده(AVE) 0.67 تایید شد. یافته ها حاکی ازطبقه بندی اثربخشی آموزش کارآفرینی برچهاربعدبینش، دانش، مهارت و کسب وکار؛ و توانمندی های کارآفرینانه درچهار مولفه فرصتگرایی، خلاقیت، نوآوری، و ارزش آفرینی می باشد. براساس نتایج، اثربخشی آموزش کارآفرینی در توسعه توانمندی های کارآفرینانه در افراد، به صورت یکسان عمل نمی کند. مدل پژوهش با ایجاد درکی اختصاصی از فرایند اثربخشی آموزش کارآفرینی، سیاستگذاران برنامه ریزی آموزشی را درجهت نیل به اهداف آموزشی خود یاری می رساند.Explaining the model of the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education on the development of entrepreneurial capabilities using the Kirkpatrick model , development of educational planning
Educational effectiveness is one of the most important factors in the field of educational planning. Explaining the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education by accepting its effectiveness in realizing entrepreneurial components in people adds to the importance of paying attention to it; This is while the lack of indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education makes it difficult. The purpose of this article is to explain the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education based on Kirkpatrick's evaluation model, as the most important learning evaluation model, on the realization of entrepreneurial components. The model is evaluated in the field of architecture to determine how it works. The research method is descriptive, analytical and case study. The statistical population was architecture professors all over the country. To collect data, researcher-made questionnaires with a five-point Likert scale were used and analyzed by structural equation modeling in SPSS and SMART PLS software. The findings indicate the classification of the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education on the four dimensions of insight, knowledge, skill and business; And entrepreneurial components are in four components of opportunism, creativity, innovation, and value creation. Based on the obtained results, entrepreneurship education does not work in the same way in terms of effectiveness and realization of entrepreneurial components in people. Therefore, by creating a specific understanding of the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education, the research model helps educational planning policy makers to achieve their educational goals.
