چکیده
زمینه و هدف: افزایش دسترسی همه اقشار جامعه به تسهیلات تعاونی ها، در سال های اخیر به عنوان ابزاری برای رشد بهره وری و استانداردهای زندگی، به تمرکز سیاستی عمده ای در کشورهای در حال توسعه تبدیل شده است. هدف اصلی تحقیق حاضر، بررسی رابطه ی میان تسهیلات اعطایی بخش تعاون در ایجاد فرصت های شغلی با توجه به طرح های توسعه وزارت تعاون کار ورفاه اجتماعی است. روش شناسی/ رهیافت : جهت آزمون فرضیه ها از مدل پنل دیتا استفاده شده است. پس از انجام آزمون اف لیمر و هاسمن جهت انتخاب مدل مناسب، مشخص گردید که مدل از نوع اثرات ثابت است. بنابراین رگرسیون با عرض از مبدأ های ثابت تخمین زده شد. داده های تمامی استا های کشور طی یک دوره ی 6 ساله (1396 تا 1401) مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.یافته ها و نتیجه گیری: نتایج تخمین نشان داد که تمامی متغیرها از حیث علائم با تئوری های اقتصادی سازگاری دارد. تسهیلات بخش تعاون، تعداد طرح های مصوب بر فرصت های شغلی ایجاد شده در کشور تاثیر مثبت و معنی داری داشته است. هم چنین مشخص شد ارزش افزوده سرانه استان ها و رشد سطح عمومی قیمت ها تاثیر مثبت و معنی داری بر متغیر وابسته داشته است.اصالت و نوآوری: در مطالعات پیشین تسهیلات و اعتبارات به عنوان یک متغیر فرعی در موفقیت انواع تعاونی ها معمولا مورد سنجش قرار گرفته است. در این تحقیق نقش تسهیلات در ایجاد فرصت شغلی در استانها مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است.Clarifying the relationship between the facilities granted by the cooperative sector in creating job opportunities according to the development plans of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare
Context and purpose:Increasing the access of all sections of society to the facilities of cooperatives has become a major policy focus in developing countries in recent years as a tool to increase productivity and living standards. The main goal of this research is to investigate the relationship between the facilities granted by the cooperative sector in creating job opportunities according to the development plans of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare. Methodology/approach: been studied.To test the hypotheses of the model Panel Data Used.After doing the test F Limer and Hausman to choose the right model, it was determined that the model is of fixed effects type.Therefore, regression with width was estimated from fixed origins .The data of all the provinces of the country during a period of 6 years (2017-2022) has Findings and conclusions:.The estimation results showed that all variables are compatible with economic theories in terms of signs.The facilities of the cooperative sector, the number of approved projects have had a positive and significant impact on the job opportunities created in the country. It was also found that the added value per capita of the provinces and the growth of the general price level had a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable.Originality.In previous studies, facilities and credits are usually measured as a secondary variable in the success of cooperatives. In this research, the role of facilities in creating job opportunities in the provinces has been studied.
