چکیده
معمای امنیت و ژئوپلیتیک بسته در نتیجه ماهیت شکل گیری و قرار گرفتن در میان طیفی از دشمنان، تعدد کمربندهای حفاظتی و افزایش عمق استراتژیک را برای اسرائیل حیاتی کرده است. در این راستا پس از ارتباطات دومینووار با اعراب، عادی سازی روابط با پاکستان به عنوان کشوری برجسته در صفحه شطرنج خاورمیانه مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. موضوعی که در قالب دکترین پیرامونی اسرائیل طراحی و پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش تحقیق توصیفی-تحلیلی و ذکر این سوال که اهداف سیاسی و امنیتی اسرائیل برای عادی سازی روابط با پاکستان چیست؟ و طرح این فرضیه که اسرائیل با اهداف امنیتی از جمله تکمیل حلقه محاصره و نظارت بیشتر بر فعالیت های ایران در کنار اهداف سیاسی مانند بهره مندی از دو عنصر مشروعیت و تفرقه درون اسلامی با توجه به جایگاه پاکستان، در پی ارتباط بیشتر با این کشور بوده، به دنبال تبیین پاسخ به سوال اصلی مقاله و در راستای نظریه مذکور برآمده است.یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد ارتباط با پاکستان به عنوان عامل تنوع بخش در روابط بین الملل اسرائیل، علاوه بر مزایای اقتصادی، با دارا بودن مزایای امنیتی از جمله کنترل گروه های افراطی و برنامه های هسته ای تنها کشور مسلمان دارای این سلاح ها در کنار استفاده دوگانه در برابر ایران مانند فلج کردن ارتباط با همسایگان و نظارت بر برنامه هسته ای اجتناب ناپذیر و رابط بودن با این کشور، به عنوان حوزه جدید تنفسی سیاسی اسرائیل عمل کرده و علاوه بر گسست درون اسلامی، مشروعیت عملی و افزایش ردپای راهبردی اسرائیل در منطقه، موجبات تقلیل مسئله فلسطین به موضوعی عربی-اسلامی را فراهم می کند.Israel's regional political-security strategy in the light of the development of relations with Pakistan
mystery security and closed geopolitics as a result nature formation and being among a range enemies has made multiplicity protective belts and increasing strategic depth vital for Israel.In this regard, after Dominovar's relations with Arabs, normalization relations with Pakistan as a leading country in Middle East chessboard has been considered.The issue that is designed in framework Israel's peripheral doctrine and the present research using the descriptive-analytical research method and mentioning question that what are Israel's political and security goals for normalization relations with Pakistan?and proposing hypothesis that Israel, with security goals including completing blockade ring and monitoring more Iran's activities, along with political goals such as benefiting from two elements legitimacy and division within Islam with regard to the position of Pakistan, was seeking more communication with this country, to It seeks to explain answer to main question of the article and in line with the mentioned theory.The findings of the research show that connection with Pakistan as a diversifying factor in Israel's international relations, in addition to economic benefits, with security benefits including control of extremist groups and nuclear programs only The Muslim country that has these weapons,along with the dual use against Iran, such as paralyzing relations with its neighbors and monitoring the inevitable nuclear program and being connected with this country, has acted as a new political breathing area for Israel,and in addition to the rupture within Islam, practical legitimacy and Increasing Israel's strategic footprint in the region will reduce the Palestinian issue to an Arab-Islamic issue.
