چکیده
کاربرد و اعمال نفوذ در زندگی سیاسی و روابط بین الملل از سابقه دیرینه ای برخوردار است، اما طرح نظریه نرم افزارگرایی، گفتمانی تازه را شکل داده که در چهارچوب آن، مفهوم راهبردی نفوذ و شیوه های اعمال آن مورد بازخوانی، بازسازی و بازتولید واقع شده و درنتیجه چهره جدیدی از نفوذ را شکل داده که نسبت به گذشته به مراتب تأثیرگذارتر و مؤثرتر در تغییر رفتار و ساختار است. این چهره جدید نفوذ، معارضه امریکا با جمهوری اسلامی ایران را وارد پارادایم جدیدی کرده است. ازاین رو، هدف اصلی این پژوهش، شناخت ماهیت نفوذ در عصر نرم افزارگرایی با تأکید بر فاز جدید حملات نرم دشمن در سپهر سیاسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. برای دستیابی به این هدف، از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی بهره گرفته شد و جمع آوری داده ها نیز براساس اسناد و مدارک علمی بوده است. براساس تحولات بنیادین قدرت در عصر رواج گفتمان نرم، نفوذ سنتی قابلیت توضیح معارضه دشمن برضد جمهوری اسلامی ایران را ندارد. در این عصر نفوذ از سخت به نرم، و از مضیق به موسع و از بسیط به مرکب و از ساده به پیچیده توسعه یافته است و دولت ها شاهد الگوهای جدیدی از نفوذ نظیر نفوذ تقرب پایه، اغواگرایانه، جاذبه محور و هویت سازند.Influence in Software Age with Emphasis on Islamic Republic of Iran
The use and influence of political life and international relations has a long history, but the theory of software development has formed a new discourse in which the strategic concept of influence and its practices are reconsidered, reconstructed and reproduced, resulting in a new face. It has shaped the influence that is far more effective and effective in changing behavior and structure than ever before. This new form of influence has introduced a new paradigm of US conflict with the Islamic Republic of Iran. Therefore, the main purpose of this research is to understand the nature of infiltration in the software age with emphasis on the new phase of enemy soft attacks in the political sphere of the Islamic Republic of Iran. To achieve this goal, a descriptive-analytical method was used and data collection was based on scientific documents. Given the fundamental changes in power in the era of soft discourse, traditional influence cannot explain the enemy's opposition to the Islamic Republic of Iran. In this age, penetration has developed from hard to soft, from narrow to broad, from very complex to simple to complex, and governments are witnessing new patterns of influence such as basic, seductive, gravitational, and identity-based influence.
