شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفه های مناظرات مطلوب انتخابات ریاست جمهوری در ایران از منظر رهبر معظم انقلاب (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
مناظرات انتخاباتی به عنوان یکی از تأثیرگذارترین گونه های پیام دهی مبارزاتی، جایگاه مهمی در بازاریابی سیاسی دارد. از این رو در تحقیق حاضر به دنبال شناسایی مؤلفه های مؤثر جهت برگزاری مناظرات انتخابات ریاست جمهوری در جمهوری اسلامی ایران به نحو مطلوبی از منظر رهبر انقلاب هستیم. در حقیقت این تحقیق که برای اولین بار به بررسی سخنان رهبر معظم انقلاب پیرامون مناظرات انتخابات ریاست جمهوری پرداخته است، به دنبال ارتقاء کیفیت برگزاری مناظرات انتخاباتی در ایران است تا از این طریق، افزایش مشارکت مردم در انتخابات، ارتقاء آگاهی سیاسی مردم و حفظ سلامت انتخابات رقم بخورد. روش انجام تحقیق بدین صورت است که تمامی بیانات رهبری از ابتدا تاکنون که در رابطه با مناظرات انجام گرفته است، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و فیش برداری شده اند. پس از آن، بیانات کدگذاری شده و ابعاد و مؤلفه های مناظرات مطلوب از منظر رهبر معظم انقلاب شناسایی شده و تبیین شده اند. پس از بررسی فیش ها و کدگذاری اولیه، 64 شناسه ثانویه (مضمون پایه)، 19 مضمون سازمان دهنده و 5 مضمون فراگیر شناسایی شده که در این میان، ابعاد و مؤلفه های مناظرات مطلوب که به ترتیب مضامین فراگیر و سازمان دهنده می باشند، در قالب یک نمودار به نمایش گذاشته شده است. نتایج حاکی از این است که اصلاحات فرمی و محتوایی، در کنار اصلاح شیوه مدیریت مناظرات و توجه به اهداف، می تواند به ساخت و پرداخت یک مناظره مطلوب کمک کند، در این میان خود کاندیداها نیز وظایفی دارند که تا به آنها پایبند نباشند، فرآیند مناظرات اصلاح نخواهد شد.Identifying the dimensions and components affecting a favorable presidential election debate in Iran from the perspective of the supreme leader of the revolution
In this research, we seek to identify the effective components for holding the presidential election debates in the Islamic Republic of Iran in a favorable manner. In fact, this research, which for the first time examined the words of the supreme leader of the revolution regarding the presidential election debates, seeks to improve the quality of holding election debates in Iran in order to increase people's participation in elections, improve people's political awareness and maintain health. Elections take place. The method of conducting the research is that all the statements of the leadership from the beginning until now, which have been made in relation to the debates, have been examined and recorded. After that, the statements were coded and the dimensions and components affecting a favorable debate from the perspective of the supreme leader of the revolution were identified and explained. After reviewing the slips and initial coding, the findings indicate that; 64 secondary identifiers (basic theme), 19 organizing themes and 5 overarching themes have been identified, among which, the dimensions and components affecting a desirable debate, which are overarching and organizing themes respectively, have been displayed in the form of a diagram. The results indicate that reforming the form and content, along with reforming the way of managing debates and paying attention to the goals, can help to build and pay for a favorable debate. It will not be corrected.
