چکیده
تحقق آرمان ها و چشم اندازهای ملی نیازمند در اختیار داشتن امکان ها و توانمندی هایی است که با تغییرات آینده سازگاری داشته باشد. توانایی بهره مندی از فرصت های هوش مصنوعی و مدیریت مخاطرات آن یکی از استلزامات تحقق آینده مطلوب دانشگاه در ایران است. ازآنجاکه آینده محصول کنش بازیگران است، هدف این مقاله تبیین نقش راهبردی کنشگران و بازیگران عرصه دانشگاه در بهره مندی از هوش مصنوعی است. پرسش اصلی آن است که نقش کنگشران، بازیگران و ذی نفعان در تحقق آینده مطلوب نهاد علم در ایران در سایه پیشرفت هوش مصنوعی چگونه است؟ روش های به کارگرفته شده در این مقاله عبارت اند از: پانل خبرگان به منظور تعیین و اعتباربخشی نقش کنشگران و ذی نفعان؛ روش تحلیل ساختاری تفسیری با استفاده از نرم افزار مَکتُور به منظور شناسایی و تحلیل نقش کنشگران. یافته های اصلی پژوهش عبارت اند از: تحقق آینده مطلوب نهاد علم در ایران در سایه پیشرفت هوش مصنوعی نیازمند داشتن تصویری از آینده مورد انتظار و ترسیم کلان نمای آن است و این موضوع منوط به نقش آفرینی ذی نفعان و بازیگران اصلی و تأثیرگذار است.Artificial Intelligence and the Strategic Future Studies of the Iranian Academia: the Analysis of Goals and Actors
The realization of national ideals and visions requires having possibilities and capabilities that are compatible with future changes. The ability to benefit from the opportunities of artificial intelligence and manage its risks is one of the requirements for realizing the desirable future of the academia in Iran. Since the future is the product of different actors' behavior, the purpose of this essay is to explain the strategic role of actors in the Iranian academia in benefiting from artificial intelligence. The main question is that what is the role of actors and stakeholders in realizing the desirable future of the academia in Iran in the shadow of the advancement of artificial intelligence? The methods used in this article are: experts' panel in order to determine and validate the role of actors and stakeholders; The structural-interpretive analysis method through using Mactor application to identify and analyze the role of actors. The main findings of this research are: Realization of the desired future of the academia in Iran in the shadow of the progress of artificial intelligence requires having a picture of the expected future and drawing its macro view. In this regard, this issue depends on the role of the main influential actors.
