چکیده
هنگامی که محمدرضا پهلوی در نیمه دوم سال 1355 از سوی محافل بین المللی و داخلی برای کاهش جو اختناق تحت فشار قرار گرفت، مجبور شد دست به اقدامات و اصلاحاتی بزند، اعلام فضای باز سیاسی در ایالات متحده امریکا توسط کارتر و انتصاب جمشید آموزگار به نخست وزیری در مرداد سال 1356 محصول این شرایط بود. روشن ساختن ابعاد این گفتمان جدید، آن هم بعد از سال ها فضای بسته سیاسی، نیازمند تامل در زمینه ها و مولفه های ایجاد شده آن در بستر زمانی مورد نظر پژوهش است. یکی از مهمترین مراجع برای تشخیص و شناسایی ویژگی های گفتمان فضای باز سیاسی، روزنامه اطلاعات و رویکرد آن در قبال تحولات و زمینه های گفتمان جدید است. سوال اصلی این تحقیق عبارت ازاین که گفتمان فضای باز سیاسی ایالات متحده امریکا چه بازتابی در دوره نخست وزیری جمشید آموزگار داشت؟ روش این پژوهش به صورت توصیفی-تحلیلی می باشد که پس ازتوصیف مطالب به تجزیه وتحلیل اطلاعات اقدام خواهد شد.نتایج ویافته های این تحقیق نشان می دهد که به دنبال اعلان فضای بازسیاسی ازسوی کارتر رییس جمهوری وقت امریکا محمدرضا شا هم اقداماتی درراستای جلب نظر امریکا انجام داد. انقلاب شاه و مردم، حزب رستاخیز، مشارکت مردم، آزادی بیان و قلم، حقوق بشر و آزادی فعالیت احزاب سیاسی، از شاخصه-های گفتمان فضای باز سیاسی در روزنامه اطلاعات بود و به مثابه گره گاهی بودند که گفتمان فضای باز سیاسی آن مفصل بندی شده است. .Reflection of the open political discourse of the United States of America in the political space of Iran (1978-1977).
