چکیده
روابط ایالات متحده-هند در دوران جنگ سرد، به دلیل رقابت دو بلوک شرق و غرب و سیاست عدم تعهد هند روابط سردی بود. فروپاشی شوروی نقطه عطفی در روابط دو کشور بود و هند را واداشت که تغییرات جدی انجام دهد و بستر مناسبی را برای نزدیکی دو کشور فراهم کرد. از طرفی با توجه به اوضاع اقتصادی آمریکا و روی کارآمدن دونالد ترامپ وشعارشکوفائی اقتصادی وی این کشور را در تلاش برای یافتن بازارهای جدید و تقویت همکاری با قدر تهای در حال ظهوری همچون هند دانسته اند، برای منافع ایران درخاورمیانه جایگاه متفاوت در روابط هند و آمریکا ترسیم شده است. آن دسته از بحث ها که هند را تابع آمریکا می دانند، معتقدند سیاست هند در قبال ایران تابعی از روابط ایران و آمریکا است. اما دسته دیگری از بحث ها معتقد به سیاست خارجی مستقل برای هند در قبال ایران هستند. در این مقاله به بررسی روابط هند و آمریکا و تأثیرآن بررابطه هند وایران درخاورمیانه پرداخته شده و موقعیت واقعی ایران در مناسبات هند وآمریکا تبیین شده است. نتیجه حاصل شده با توجه به منافع ملّی هندوستان و رویکرد صیانت از منافع ملی این کشور ونیز با توجه به مزیت های اقتصادی، امنیتی و استراتژیک ایران، منافع اقتصادی وسیاسی ایران در سیاست خارجی هند تثبیت شده است. سؤال اصلی پژوهش آن است که روابط هند وآمریکا چه تأثیری برمنافع اقتصادی وسیاسی ایران درخاورمیانه دارد؟ یافته پژوهش حاکی از آن است که علی رغم تغییر در رویکرد سیاست خارجی هند، به دلیل توسعه روابط با ایالات متحده، جمهوری اسلامی به لحاظExplain the economic-security relations between the United States and India in relation to the Middle East
