چکیده
عمده نقش هایی که برای آموزش عالی ایرانی- اسلامی در نظر گرفته می شود در قالب تربیت نسل متخصص و کارآمد علمی، ترویج و ارتقای دانش ملی و از رهگذر اتخاذ تدابیر و سیاست های کلان آموزشی و مساعد کردن زمینه لازم برای توسعه کشور خلاصه می شود. به این منظور نظام آموزش عالی از مهم ترین سازوکارهای توسعه علمی و کارآمدی در کشور محسوب می شود که با طیف قابل ملاحظه ای از نسل های مختلف جامعه از قشر جوان، متخصص، باتجربه و پویا تشکیل می شود. با این حال، از سوی دیگر، نظام آموزش عالی، به مفاهیمی متعالی، که متجلی ارزش های موجود در متن جامعه است، از جمله صلح که از دیرباز ضامن پیوند اجزا و عناصر اجتماع است، بی اعتنا نیست و با الهام از مفاهیم و مقولات ارزشی که علاوه بر مفاهیم اخلاقی، ریشه در فرهنگ، باور و حتی قوانین موجود دارند، می کوشد تا به بهترین نحو ممکن به اعمال خطی مشی و سیاست هایش جامه عمل بپوشاند. از این حیث، آموزش عالی، ضمن لزوم توجه به مفهوم و کارکرد صلح در جامعه بین المللی، به برقراری پیوند وثیق میان صلح و توسعه علم در مرزهای ملی می پردازد که توسعه بومی دانش در چارچوب قلمروهای حاکمیتی دولت ها، خود، به تحول مفهوم علم در سطح بین المللی می انجامد و از این رهگذر، هم زمینه های استقرار صلح فراهم می شود و هم توسعه علمی مهیا می گردد. این مقاله ضمن تأملی در ارتباط ماهوی صلح و توسعه علم، و لزوم توجه جدی نظام آموزش عالی به این مهم، به بررسی سازوکارها و چارچوب های عملی برقراری پیوند میان تحکیم صلح و ترویج علم در قالب این نظام پرداخته است.The role of the higher education system in the link between science development and peacebuilding
Most of the roles considered for Iranian-Islamic higher education are summarized in the context of nurturing an expert and efficient scientific generation, promoting and enhancing national knowledge through adopting macro-educational policies and policies and facilitating the development of the country. To this end, the higher education system is one of the most important mechanisms of scientific and efficient development in the country, consisting of a remarkable range of different generations of society from young, expert, experienced and dynamic. However, the higher education system, on the other hand, is not oblivious to the transcendent concepts that embody the values existing in the context of society, including peace, which has long been a guarantor of the union of elements and social elements, and inspired by the concepts and categories of values that In addition to ethical concepts, they are rooted in culture, beliefs, and even laws, trying to best implement their policies and policies. In this respect, higher education, while paying attention to the concept and function of peace in the international community, establishes a strong link between peace and the development of science across national boundaries, which transforms indigenous knowledge development within the sovereign territories of states, transforming itself into a science-level concept. Internationalization leads and provides both the ground for peace and scientific development. This article delves into the essential relationship between peace and science development, and the need for serious attention by the higher education system to this end, examining the mechanisms and practical frameworks for establishing a link between peacebuilding and promoting science as such.
